تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة فعالٌة الإشهار الإلكترونً عبر الموالع الإلكترونٌة للصحف الجزائرٌة ، مولع الشروق أون لاٌن كنموذج ، الدراسة تمت خلال الفترة الممتدة من شهر مارس 2016 إلى غاٌة شهر ماي 2016، و لد تمت الدراسة بإجراء ممابلة مع مسئولٌن الشروق أون لاٌن (مدٌر، نائب ).وكذا طلبة لسم إعلام و إتصال دفعة 2015-2016 كمجتمع بحث، و تعتبر هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث الوصفٌة الاستكشافٌة و اعتمدنا فً دراستنا هذه على المنهج المسحً (العٌنة)بدراسة 30%من مفردات مجتمع البحث(طلبة لسم علوم إعلام و اتصال)معتمدٌن على استمارة الاستبٌان، و لصد مسئولٌن الشروق أون لاٌن معتمدٌن على استمارة الممابلة غٌر ممننة كأداة لجمع البٌانات ،الدراسة مكونة من أربع أجزاء:جزء الأول و الثانً متعلك بممابلة بمساهمة عائدات الإشهار الإلكترونً لمولع الشروق أون لاٌن فً استمرار المؤسسة الإعلامٌة و إستمطاب المعلنٌن و جزء الثالث و الرابع باستمارة الاستبٌان وعن فعالٌة المولع الإلكترونً للشروق أون لاٌن بجذب وأخٌرا الجانب التطبٌمً للدراسة بداٌة نعرف على مجتمع البحث و عٌنة الدراسة عرض الجداول و تحلٌلها و تفسٌرها و توصل للاستنتاجات الخاصة بكل محور وصولا إلى نتائج العامة الدراسة بإجابة على التساؤلات.

Ce travail est présenté en deux volets. Le premier, permet d’évaluer la possibilité d’utilisation du procédé d’ultrafiltration pour le traitement des eaux faiblement chargées issues d’un barrage pour fournir de l’eau potable à une population de l’ordre de 3000 habitants. La qualité de l’eau a été déterminée par la mesure de la turbidité et de la concentration de la matière organique. Les résultats indiquent une réduction importante des matières en suspension et de la matière organique, ainsi qu’une amélioration de la qualité bactériologique de l’eau traitée. L’évaluation économique du procédé d’ultrafiltration à partir d’une unité d’eau potable de 20 m3/h indique que le prix du mètre cube d’eau traitée est de 0,235 $ seulement. Le second volet, consiste à traiter des eaux fortement chargées provenant du rejet d’une huilerie d’olive, par combinaison des procédés d’ultrafiltration et d’oxydation avancée (POA) par UV/H2O2. Les résultats montrent une élimination de plus de 90% du taux de matières solides et de carbone organique.

Cette étude porte sur la prévalence de la symbiose et la diversité des Rhizobia associés chez les légumineuses de la tribu des Loteae en Algérie. L’examen de 87 plants, représente 45 taxons et 8 genres, prélevés de différentes régions ont permis d’établir que la symbiose à Rhizobia est courante chez ce groupe de plantes. La caractérisation phénotypique et génotypique (séquençage du gène de l’ARN 16S) de 84 souches de Rhizobia associées à permis de montrer que les Loteae d’Algérie sont nodulés par au moins 18 espèces réparties en 3 genres : Mesorhizobium, Bradyrhizobium et Ensifer. Elles sont largement dominées par les espèces du genre Mesorhizobium impliqués dans la nodulation de près de 71% des plants examinés, en dehors des espèces du genre Mesorhizobium, la nodulation des espèces de Lotus est assurée dans une moindre mesure par des souches du genre Bradyrhizobium (16%) et du genre Ensifer (13%

تتناول الباحثة في هذه الدراسة رواية "عزازيل" وتدرسها من جوانبها كافة، وتظهر جماليات النص الروائي الذي تتمتع به الرواية، الذي ميزها عن بقية النصوص الأخرى، كما تطرقت إلى الأسباب التي أدت إلى تميز هذه الرواية وشهرتها، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بتوظيف الدين والتاريخ المصري القديم في حقبة كانت تشهد صراعاً شكل تحولاً فاصلاً في تاريخ المسيحية، والهجوم الذي تعرضت له الرواية بسبب تناولها لقضايا خلافية جدلية تمس العقيدة المسيحية من قبل كاتب مسلم.وتقوم هذه الدراسة على مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، احتوت المقدمة على أسباب اختيار الباحثة لرواية "عزازيل"، وموقع هذه الرواية وأهميتها بين الأعمال الأدبية الأخرى، وأهم الدراسات التي تناولت الرواية بالبحث، والمنهج المتبع في دراسة الرواية، هو المنهج التكاملي.أما الفصل الأول فتناول كيفية تلقي الدارسين للرواية، من خلال قراءة أهم الكتب والمقالات والأبحاث التي درست الرواية، وتطرق إلى جميع الآراء التي انقسمت ما بين مؤيد ومعارض لها.وفي الفصل الثاني توقفت الباحثة عند أهم الموضوعات التي احتوتها الرواية، منها المتخيل التاريخي والديني، ومدى تأثر الرواية بالأعمال العالمية "كشيفرة دافنشي" (لدان براون) ورواية "اسم الوردة" (لأمبرتو إيكو).وفي الفصل الثالث درست الباحثة جماليات التشكيل الفني في الرواية، بما في ذلك سيميائية العنوان والغلاف وعلاقتهما بالنص الروائي، وصيغة الخطاب السردي، والزمن وتقنياته، والفضاء المكاني وأبعاده الرمزية الدالة، والشخصيات الروائية ودورها في الرواية، وتقنية الوصف، وجمالية اللغة الروائية، والتناص.وختمت الباحثة الدراسة بنتائج أهمها:1. قلة الدراسات التي أنجزت عن الرواية لاسيما فيما يتعلق بمضامينها بسبب حساسية الموضوعات التي تعالجها.2. تميز الرواية من ناحية الشكل والموضوع، جعلها تحظى بهذه الشهرة والتميز الواسعين.3. تميز لغة الكاتب بحيث استطاعت أن تنقلنا إلى أجواء الحقبة التاريخية التي كتبت عنها الرواية، والتعبير عن أغراض الكاتب والمعاني التي يريد ايصالها إلى القارئ.4. أسهم الفضاء الروائي في إظهار الأبعاد النفسية لشخصية الراهب (هيبا).

L'évaluation d'entreprise est une opération qui consiste à calculer la valeur de l'entreprisepar l'application de différente méthode d'évaluation qui doivent être compatibles tout enexpliquant les motifs du choix car chaque méthode a ses spécifiés qu'il convient de connaitrepour faire un choix éclairé. Sachant qu'il y a plusieurs cas qui nécessitent une évaluation etdiagnostique d'entreprise dont le capital investissement, l'introduction en bourse et fusion dedeux sociétés. L'objectif de notre travail est de valoriser la société GEMA avec deux méthodes différentes pour obtenir une fourchette de valeur et tout ça pour définir sa situation si elle estsurévaluée ou sous-évaluée et voir s'il y a une méthode meilleure.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels of burnout among the teachers of English in the Northern Governorates of Palestine (NGP), and to recognize their relationship with a number of demographic variables 'including age, gender, education level, years of teaching experience,' marital status, and place of residence.To determine the degree to which burnout is spread among the teachers in the NGP the researcher put the following question:To what extent is burnout spread among the teachers of English as a foreign language in the NGP?Also, the researcher put six null hypotheses to determine the effect of the independent variables on burnout.The population of the study consisted of all male and female teachers in the state schools of the NGP for the first semester of the scholastic year 1999-2000,excluding teachers in the directorates of South Hebron and Suburbs of Jerusalem. The population was (1,498). The random sample of the study was (400) teachers. It represents 26.7% of the population.The researcher used Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) after approving its validity and calculating its reliability. The MBI measures the three dimensions of burnout: emotional exhaustion, (EE), depersonalization (DE), and lack of personal accomplishment (LPA).After the statistical treatment, the researcher came up with the following results:- The teachers of English have reported a high level of burnout as regards EE, whereas they have reported a moderate level of burnout as regards DE and LPA.- There are significant differences attributed to the age variable as regards the three dimensions of burnout in favor of the older teachers who have demonstrated lesser degrees of burnout.There are significant differences .attributed to the gender variable as regards DE and LPA in favor of the females who have reported lesser degrees of burnout. While no significant difference was found between males and females as regards EE.- There were significant differences attributed to the education level. The differences were in favor of the Secondary and Diploma, and BA groups. As the education level decreases, burnout decreases too.- There were significant differences attributed to the years of experience in teaching variable. Less experienced teachers have revealed greater degrees of burnout.- There were significant differences attributed to the marital status variable in favor of the married group. They have reported lesser degrees of burnout than the teachers under different categories.- There were significant differences attributed to the place residence variable in favor of the teachers who live in villages.They havereported lesser degrees of burnout than residents of camps and cities. In the light of the results of this study, the researcher suggested recommendations for teachers and the educational authorities.

Zinc oxide (ZnO) is an important material that has been investigated for several technological applications, such as ultraviolet optoelectronics, transparent conductors, photovoltaics and gas sensing. ZnO is characterized by its excellent attributes, such as a wide band gap (3.3 eV) and a high exciton binding energy. For ZnO to be adopted for these applications, its properties have to be suitably modified to meet certain requirements. In this work, the influence of hydrogen annealing and substrate temperature on the properties of radio-frequency (RF) sputtered zinc oxide thin films were studied. First, the effect of hydrogen annealing temperature on the properties of zinc oxide films deposited on unheated substrates was studied. The range of temperatures under investigation was 300 to 600 oC in steps of 100 oC. Second, the effect of substrate heating was also investigated at 400 oC. Structural properties of the films were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) techniques. Chemical analysis was done with the aid of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The optical and electrical properties were studied using spectrophotometry and and Hall measurement techniques, respectively. The films were all polycrystalline with (002) orientation as the most preferred growth direction for films deposited on unheated substrates. However, this direction was altered to (100) by substrate heating. Furthermore, the films showed improvement in the lateral grain size and crystallinity upon annealing. The chemical analysis revealed the increase in oxygen vacancies upon annealing. The electrical results revealed that the highest conductivity was obtained when the films were deposited on heated substrates and annealed at 400 oC. Reduction in the resistivity of the annealed films was attributed to increased oxygen vacancies, while desorption of oxygen at the grain boundary was responsible for the increased mobility. There was a slight reduction or increase in the band gap for films deposited on unheated or heated substrate, respectively. The increase in the band gap was attributed to Burstein- Moss effect.
