Background Effective policy, strategies and planning realization is essential in achieving rehabilitation system at the national level. The providers of rehabilitation services, must be know the factors influencing the implementation of rehabilitation policy, strategies and planning in the northern districts of the West Bank to improve and develop the rehabilitation system at the national level that meets the needs of the patients.Objectives: To determine the factors that affects the implementation of rehabilitation policy, strategies and planning in the Northern districts of the West Bank.Methods: A cross sectional study (Nablus, Jenin, Tubas, Tulkarm, Qalqiliya, and Salfit,) of the West Bank in Palestine. The study population Consisted of (85) providers who represented the institutions providing rehabilitation services in the northern districts of the West Bank.Exploratory descriptive design utilizing a structured questionnaire designed by the researcher and reviewed by 3 advisors with a research background was utilized. The questionnaire consisted of (15) sections, and parts: The first section was related to socio demographic variables. Sections two was related to the most common types of rehabilitation services. The other sections was related to the level of factors influencing the implementation of rehabilitation policy, strategies and planning covered these topics, quality and quantity of rehabilitation services, size of rehabilitation services, financial matters, human resources, administrative system, patient- referring system, national policies and rehabilitation policies, legislation, laws, and rehabilitation system, the most serious problems facing the development of rehabilitation services, the top priority rehabilitation needs, the most suggestions that appropriate and necessary for the develop rehabilitation policies, and the most appropriate and needed to improve the quality of rehabilitation services.Analysis: Data was collected through face-to-face interviews. The analysis of the data revealed that the private sector provides (50.6%) of the total rehabilitation services in the northern West Bank, (69.4%) of the rehabilitation centers are located in cities.• A physiotherapy service is the most rehabilitation service provided in the north districts (87.1%).• Quality of rehabilitation facilities, goods and services must be scientifically and rehabilitation appropriate and of good quality (93.4%).• The size of rehabilitation services should be distributed according the needs (90.6%).• The budget for rehabilitation services should be part of the regular budgets of relevant ministries (89.6%).•Policies, laws and plans are relevant to the Palestinian reality (51.8%).•Cooperation and coordination between institutions is essential to improve rehabilitation (90.2%).•The rehabilitation policy should be comprehensive and Nation-wide (94.2%).• Distribution of rehabilitation centers in Palestine is just and appropriate (43.8%).•Rehabilitation system factor came in the first rank with very high mean of response (4.34).•The top priority to develop rehabilitation services is re-evaluating the rehabilitation system where the mean of response was (4.06).Conclusion: The connection between factor (5) (Administrative system), factor (3) (Financial matters) and factor (8) (Legislation and laws) was the third main factor contributing to explain (82.6 %) of factors influencing the implementation of rehabilitation policy, strategies and planning in the northern districts of the West Bank.

الاتجاه المذهبي سمة بارزة في كتب التفسير لا يسع المفسّر الانسلاخ منها وإنّما التفاوت في شدّة التمسّك بها فاطفيّش في تفسيره كان أشدّ تمسّكا ودفاعا عن مذهبه ممّا أوقعه في التعصّب المذموم ، بينما الثعالبي اكتفى بإيراد مذهبه دون تعرّض للمخالف والردّ عليه .

Peganum harmala L. (Zygophyllaceae) est une plante largement utilisée dans la médecine traditionnelle dans divers pays, en particulier en Algérie. Le but de notre travail est de conduire une étude bibliographique approfondie sur cette plante. L’analyse de la bibliographie a montré que cette plante est assez riche en métabolites secondaires tels que les flavonoïdes et les alcaloïdes. Ces derniers sont principalement concentrés dans les graines plutôt que dans d'autres parties de la plante, ce qui explique les activités biologiques associées à ces parties et leur utilisation pour traiter divers troubles tels que le diabète, le virus A de la grippe, l’Alzheimer, etc. Cependant, un dosage excessif de l’Harmel peut entraîner des intoxications affectant différents organes tels que le coeur, les reins et le foie.Mots clés : Peganum harmala L., métabolites secondaires, activités biologiques, toxicité.

لقيام أي نظام ديمقراطي حقيقي يقتضي أن تعمل الدولة على ضمان قاعدة اختيار الشعب لممثليه عن طريق انتخابات نزيهة وشفافة، تجرى على أساس الاقتراع وعلى قدم المساواة بين جميع الأطراف المشاركة في العملية الانتخابية، وال يتحقق هذا المبدأ إلا إذا وضعت الدولة الآليات الكفيلة لتحقيقه، ومن هذه الآليات التي جاء بها المؤسس الدستوري الجزائري في ظل المتغيرات الدولية والإقليمية، وكذا الإصلاحات السياسية التي شهدتها الجزائر، التعديل الدستوري 6102 ،استحداث هيئة دستورية هي الهيئة العليا المستقلة لمراقبة الانتخابات، تسهر على شفافية ونزاهة الانتخابات بدءا من استدعاء الهيئة الناخبة إلى غاية الإعلان المؤقت للنتائج، بالإضافة إلى تفعيل دور المجلس الدستوري وذلك بتوسيع تشكيلته ووضع شروط جديدة للعضوية، تسمح دون شك بوصول كفاءات للمجلس الدستوري بالنظر إلى الاختصاصات المخولة له، وحفاظا على استقلالية المجلس الدستوري أصبح أعضاءه يتمتعون بالحصانة القضائية في المسائل الجزائية خلال عهدتهم، بالإضافة إلى تمديد حق الإخطار للوزير الأول وأعضاء البرلمان، مع تمكين المتقاضين بالتعنيف الأحكام التشريعية الماسة بالحقوق والحريات، لكن هذه التعديلات التي طرأت على المجلس الدستور يلم تمس الدور الذي يقوم به في مجال الانتخابات التشريعية، حيث حافظ على كل اختصاصاته بالرغم من استحداث هيئة دستورية جديدة تسهر على رقابة الانتخابات

In this study, 25 isolates of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) were isolated from different types of fermented foods consumed in Sudan. Phenotypic tests revealed that, all isolates were homofermentative LAB. Among these, 40% were identified as lactobacilli, 44% as enterococci, and 16% of them were identified as pediococci. Standard disk diffusion method was used to determine the resistances of these isolates to 8 different antibiotics ; amoxicillin, ceftriaxone, ciprofloxacin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, tetracycline, tobramycin, and vancomycin. All isolates showed multiple resistances to the antibiotics used, specifically, tobramycin, ceftriaxone and ciprofloxacin. 50% of Lactobacillus isolates and 27% of Enterococcus isolates were resistant to vancomycin, whereas all Pediococcus isolates were resistant to vancomycin. 36% of Enterococcus isolates were resistant to amoxicillin and erythromycin, whereas, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus isolates were susceptible amoxicillin and erythromycin. All isolates were susceptible to chloramphenicol and tetracycline.

Dans ce travail, nous avons étudié l'efficacité de l'utilisation des nanoparticules dans les procédés d'oxydation avancée. Les résultats obtenus par plusieurs chercheurs montrent que cette technique améliore considérablement les performances des POAs. Il a été montré que les nano-oxydants utilisés possèdent une surface spécifique plus élevée et une réactivité plus forte ce qui entraine des taux d'élimination des polluants très grands de l'ordre de 90% à 100% dans certain cas. Cependant, des recherches supplémentaires sont nécessaires afin d'améliorer la compréhension du potentiel des nanoparticules pour les POAs.
