تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة المؤسسية الصادرة عن منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية في تعزيز واستدامة نمو المؤسسات، من خلال فحص حالة بعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية المتواجدة بولاية جيجل (مؤسسة مدبغة جيجل، ومؤسسة الكاتمية للفلين، ومؤسسة عياشي السعيد لإنتاج البلاط) خلال الفترة .2102-2102وقد تم قياس درجة تطبيق المؤسسات عينة الدراسة لمبادئ الحوكمة المؤسسية ودور ذلك في نموها واستمراريتها، باستخدام أدوات الاستبانة والقوائم المالية للفترة .2102-2102وقدتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات قيد الدراسة تتباين في تبني مبادئ الحوكمة المؤسسية وفي مستوى مؤشرات نمو استمرارية المؤسسات. كشفت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباط عكسية وضعيفة بالنسبة لمتغيرات الدراسة مع عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بينهما

The wind and buoyancy forces acting on a naturally ventilated building that has a distributed heat source on the floor can lead to multiple steady state regimes. These two driving forces are also present in a building with leaky windows. However, in this case the vents vary in size and location. This difference is expected to result in different flow dynamics. In this study, we are interested in studying the interior flow pattern and thermal behavior of a single building space fitted with the rail-type window design that prevails in buildings across the Middle East. This popular window design is inherently leaky, and air leakage in the winter months can lead to poor thermal comfort and-or increased heating bills. We apply particle imaging velocimetry PIV and thermometry to probe the interior flow of a model building with a prescribed pattern of small orifices to represent leaking sites of a window. The results from the naturally ventilated model and air infiltrated model show similar regimes and global energetic, while varying interior flow patterns. The temperature measurements show comparable results indicating that the physics behind natural ventilation and air infiltration are alike.

On s'est fixé comme objectifs d'évaluer et de comparer les effets que risquent d'induire deux éléments traces métalliques, le plomb et le nickel, sur la germination des graines de Marrubium vulgare L., ainsi que sur les premiers stades de croissance et de développement des plantules. Ces deux éléments testés à des concentrations variées (100, 200, 300, 400, 500 et 600 ppm), ont été utilisés sous forme de nitrate de plomb (Pb(NO3)2) pour ce qui est de l'élément Pb et sous forme de sulfate de nickel (NiSO4) pour ce qui est de l'élément Ni.Les résultats obtenus montrent que le Pb et le Ni ne modifient en rien le pouvoir germinatif des graines et ce quel que soit la concentration testée. Les taux maximums de germination atteints culminent à hauteur de ceux des témoins. Cependant, la croissance des plantules résultantes est fortement influencée par l'effet toxique induit par notamment l'utilisation du nickel par rapport au plomb. En effet, les mesures biométriques des racines et des hypocotyles montrent que l'effet toxique du nickel s'installe dès la concentration de 100 ppm, par contre celui relatif au plomb ne s'installe qu'au-delà de 200 ppm. Par ailleurs, les contenus protéiniques des plantules indiquent une baisse notable dès une application de 200 ppm en Ni et de 300 ppm en Pb.Après transfert des plantules en pots, la suppression du stress métallique imposé au préalable aux graines en phase de germination, a permis le développement d'un 1er axe feuillé chez les prétraités uniquement au Pb, quasi absent chez les prétraités au Ni.Ces résultats montrent que si le stade germinatif des graines n'est pas influencé par un stress métallique, les stades ultérieurs relatifs à la croissance des plantules y sont sensibles. Aussi, le Ni s'est révélé plus toxique que le Pb par rapport à la croissance des plantules de Marrubium vulgare L.

This study aims to investigate thebarriers of oral communication: A case study of Sudanese English Language students at secondary school in Khartoum locality. Oral communication is considered as one of the major skills of English language learning. Sudanese students have different difficulties when they want to communicate orally with their teachers and to each others. They find it difficult to converse in English in front of their classmates. They resort to the use of mother tongue to communicate orally with their teachers and classmates. This has a negative effect on the general standard of learning.The main objective of this study is to investigate the above mentioned problems to find out whether the cause concerns the lack of vocabulary, confidence and motivation as well as interest of the part of the students. They feel afraid and anxious when they try to talk in English. Some English language teachers participate in these problems especially those lack experiences in teaching English through English and instead of this they teach English through mother tongue, therefore, they play a passive role.Also the techniques of teaching oral communication effectively at secondary school may need tackling. Beside the cultural differences among the students, weakness in vocabulary, lack of grammatical and socio-linguistic competence are other factors. However, the barriers of oral communication aggravate gradually and it comes to existence as a real problem.

يحتل التخطيط الاستراتيجي موقعا بارزا في الإدارة فمن خلاله تتمكن من التعرف على حقيقة إمكانياتها الداخلية، وكذا نقاط قوتها للاستفادة منها ونقاط ضعفها لمعالجتها، والإدارة المحلية من بين الإدارات التي تهتم بالتخطيط الإستراتيجي من أجل النهوض بالتنمية المحلية وتلبية حاجيات المجتمع، وبلدية المقارين كإحدى الإدارات المحلية التي تسهر من أجل تحقيق أهدافها التنموية في جميع القطاعات من جهة وتقريب المواطن من الإدارة وتحسين المستوى المعيشي لسكانها، وذلك من خلال فعالية ونجاح مخططاتها التنموية المحلية ، إلا أن هذه الأخيرة تواجهها عدة عراقيل تحول دون قيامها بدورها نتيجة الصعوبات التي تواجهها هذه البلدية. كضعف التمويل المالي المركزي وعدم كفاءة الجهاز الإداري المحلي لقيامه بأعباء النشاط التنموي، ونقص الكفاءات الإدارية في عملية التخطيط.
