Water is the major chemical component of living system and universal solvent. It makes up to about 70 percent of human body weight and is the principal medium for metabolic processes. The aim of study was to analyze the chemical inorganic constituents of blue Nile water and Sennar town network waters and compare their concentration with the standard recommended by WHO. The water were collected from various places in Sennar town, 5 from blue Nile after the Dam (A), 5from blue Nile before the Dam (B) and 5from the Sennar network (C). Then analysis preformed for the parameters PH, TDS, Hardness as CaCO3, sodium, potassium, calcium, chloride, carbonate and bicarbonate. The methods used to the study was flame photometer and titration method. The PH was measured by PH merter and TDS measured by EC meter, sodium and potassium were measured by flame photometer whereas hardness, calcium, chloride, carbonate and bicarbonate were measured by standard titration methods. The results of PH for three samples A, B and C were 7.6 7.3 7.6 respectively. The TDS results were 80.0, 84.0, 76.0 mg/L respectively, whereas hardness results were 115.6, 114.4, 104.4 mg/L respectively. According to the results the three samples were classified moderately hard. The results obtain for anions, chloride were 12.0, 20.44, 39.16 mg/L respectively and bicarbonate results were 17.53, 16.33, 15.0 mg/L respectively, the three samples have non carbonate 0.00 mg/L.. For cations the results for the three samples A,B and C have the same values of Na+ and K+ ; 7.0, 0.6 mg/L respectively, whereas Ca+ have the same values in samples (B,C) 24.96 mg/L and sample (A) 21.28 mg/L. The chemical species studied were permissible with the level of WHO. The research recommended bioanalysis studies
