The objective of our study is to evaluate dietary diversity and adequacy to nutritional recommendations inadolescents (Constantine, 2016) by nutritional scores.We conducted a descriptive cross-sectional survey in Constantine in 2016 in 1 126 adolescents aged 11 to19 (55.6% girls) attending 13 middle and high schools. Anthropometric data were collected from theregisters of screening and monitoring units of school health. A Food Diversity Score (SDA) wascalculated by counting the number of food groups consumed the day before. We have defined 9 foodgroups (FAO, 2013). In order to assess adequacy to nutritional recommendations, we calculated the MeanAdequacy Ratio (MAR) which is the average of Nutrient Adequacy Ratio (NAR) calculated for energyand 16 nutrients (Hatloy et al., 1998). The SDA was interpreted in relation to the mean value : aboveaverage scores reflect a diverse diet. The reference value for MAR and NARs is ""one"". These scores wereanalyzed according to 4 factors associated with the quality of the diet: age, gender, state-weight status andsocio-economic level (NSE).The average SDA is 3.97 ± 1.25. It is shifted to the lowest values compared to the theoretical averagevalue of 4.5. Inadequate scores (SDA≤4) concern 65.0% of subjects. The average MAR is 0.59 ± 0.20.Adolescents with values below ""one"" represent 79.1%. The highest NAR is for simple carbohydrates (4times> ANC). The lowest NAR is the intake of vitamins A and D and calcium. The phosphocalcic ratio islow. The dietary diversity of adolescents decreases significantly with age and increases with NSE. Itinfluences positively the adequacy to nutritional recommendations that is higher in boys. BMI increasesconsumption of sweet products, tubers and fruits. A positive and significant correlation was recordedbetween SDA and MAR (r = 0.55, p <0.0001).The diet of the adolescents surveyed is insufficiently diversified and far from nutritionalrecommendations for most nutrients, for simple sugars and phosphorus. An awareness of teenagers toreduce the consumption of empty calories and encourage that of fruits and vegetables is necessary.

L’oxyurose est une parasitose cosmopolite et très fréquente due à un nématode dont l’agent pathogène est Enterobiusvermicularis. Maladie a caractère infectieux et contagieux qui touche majoritairement les enfants d’âge scolaire. Afin d’évaluer la prévalence de l’oxyurose dans les milieux scolaire rural et urbain une étude prospective a été menée.Un scotch-test anal a été appliqué, accompagné d’une fiche de renseignement sur 207 écoliers. Parmi les cas examinés, 66 ont été atteints d’oxyurose soit une prévalence de 32%.

AbstractIn this thesis we will discuss some basic and general theory of the finiteelement method. We will also discuss the variational formulation and discretizationin order to assess the amount of error in the approximate solution appliedto the space segmentation into triangles. For this purpose, first we are goingto study the finite element method for second order elliptic problems in oneand two dimensions and find a posteriori error estimates for Reaction-diffusionproblems and Poisson equation. After that, we will review the modular solutionmethod and the system of fragmentation of differential equations in differentconditions on the limits of the definition range. Also illustrative examples willalso be analyzed using the mathematical programming language ’Matlab’.The a posteriori errors reviewed in this thesis are quantities that measurethe rate of convergence of the numerical solutions of differential equationsto the exact solution using a particular element method that can be estimatedbased on the approximate solution and the information available on differentialequations. The advantage of the numerical errors of differential equations is tomeasure the size of the error in order to make it as small as possible and thus getthe best approximation of the solution. To discuss these errors, there are basicconcepts that will be addressed to explain, and then the errors will be reviewedin details for some partial differential equations.

La chaux est un matériau naturel qui a su continuer à travers les âges et lestemps. Avec ses caractéristiques chimiques et physiques, plusieurs domaines trouventleurs réponses. Son emploi dans le bâtiment comme mortier, plâtre ou peintureremonte à plusieurs millénaires, mais au cours de ses dernières années, elle s’est vuesupplantée par le ciment, son successeur artificiel. Avec le développement des idéessur le patrimoine architectural et sa préservation, la chaux retrouve un nouveausouffle. Étant le matériau de base dans l’ancien bâti, elle possède des propriétéscompatibles avec les exigences de la réhabilitation, et son usage apporte desavantages, que ce soit sur le côté constructif, esthétique, historique, ou encoreenvironnemental. Le but de ce travail est d’étudier l’influence de la poudre de fer surles caractéristiques à l’état frais et durci des mortiers de la chaux.Tous les matériaux utilisés sont locaux, la poudre de fer ajouté à la chaux encinq taux : 0%, 2%, 5%, 8%, et 15 %. Les Cinque formulations ont été caractérisés àl’état frais (temps de prise) ainsi, qu’à l’état durci la résistance de (RC, RT).Les résultats de ce travail sont généralement positifs et prouvent la faisabilitéde l’incorporation de la poudre de fer dans les mortiers de réhabilitation à base dechaux aérienne. Ils montrent notamment une amélioration sensible de la prise parrapport au mortier de chaux de référence ainsi qu’une nette augmentation de larésistance. Une étude complémentaire sur la durabilité de ces mortiers est cependantnécessaire pour une évaluation totale.
