إن المتأمل لفلسفة نتشه يجد أنها توحي بصورة فيلسوف كانت نفسه قلقة وثقافته رومنطقية وتجربته مؤلمة فما كان منه إلا أن عرضها على أنها رسالة ووحي، وما أراد من خلاله إلا أن يعلم الإنسان كيف يستكشف ذاته، وكيف يؤمن بقدراته وطاقاته الخلاقة على الإبداع والإنشاء وانطلاقا من هدا كان رفضه لمجمل التصورات الفلسفية السابقة ، راجع لكن نفسه كانت تتوق لرؤية جديدة للوجود وهو ما حاولنا الوقوف عليه من خلال بحثنا لإشكالية العلاقة بين الوجود والقيمة

إن موضوع النفايات الصلبة يأخذ مكان الصدارة في إهتمامات مجالس المدن والبلدان، لإرتباطه إرتباطا وثيقا بالحياة اليومية للمجتمع، ولضخامة كمية النفايات المولدة والمطروحة يوميا التي تتأثر بصورة مباشرة من الجوانب العديدة والقضايا الإقتصادية والتنموية والإجتماعية. رغم أهمية موضوع التلوث بالنفايات الصلبة، إلا أن الكثير من المدن لا تقوم بدراسة عملية التخلص منها بطريقة علمية وموضوعية، مما يؤدي إلى تفاقم الظاهرة ، وفي المدن الجزائرية ومنها مدينة المسيلة، فإن هناك العديد من المشاكل والصعوبات التي تعترض عملية التخلص منها، إن وجود هذه المشاكل والصعوبات قد يعكس حدوث بعض السلوكيات الخاطئة في مجال التخلص من النفايات الصلبة، مما يؤثر على المجال الحضري وعلىنظافة المدينة، وبالتالي على مدى نجاح تطبييق التشريعات الخاصة بالنفايات الصلبة بالرغم من وجود النصوص المتعلقة بمراقبتها وإزالتها.

Notre étude consiste à déterminer le rôle que joue la dynamique entrepreneuriale dans le développement de l'espace littoral, à travers l'identification des facteurs auxquels l'investisseur est sensible dans le choix d'implantation de son entreprise. Après avoir évoqué les aspects théoriques et conceptuels relatifs à l'entrepreneuriat et l'espace littoral à l'aide d'une revue de littérature, un travail d'investigation a été ensuite réaliser auprès de 20 entreprises répartis sur certaines zones côtières de la wilaya de Bejaïa.En terme de notre enquête de terrain, nous avons constaté qu'une forte concentration de l'entrepreneuriat touristique est observée au niveau du littoral, mais le secteur reste peu dynamique, la localisation des entreprises sur la frange littorale est motivé par certaines facteurs essentiels dont : la disponibilité de terrain, l'attachement et l'appartenance au milieu ainsi que les bonnes infrastructures de base.

As the UAE is classified among the highest countries in road accidents; it’s an urgent necessity to derive proper and effective solutions. One of the well-known solutions is to move to the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). ITS is achieved by the implementation of advanced technologies to help the roads to be smarter, safer and more coordinated. There are different studies and researches published in this area. This thesis is mainly conducted to achieve the same goal, which is increasing the safety on our roads. The aim of this research is to build a new clustering protocol in the Hybrid Sensor Vehicular Networks (HSVN). HSVN is introduced as a new concept that integrates wireless sensor networks along with vehicular networks to increase the overall performance of both networks and the need of such new protocol in these networks is high. Although there are many published proposals, there is still a need to have a complete protocol that can reduce the shortcomings in the proposed solutions. The main features in the proposed protocol are creating a balance system by dividing the clustering process overheads between the vehicles in the network and the Road Side Unit (RSU), so instead of relying only on the vehicles’ resources, the RSU shares the process’s overhead by collecting data, calculating weighting factors, and electing suitable cluster heads. Moreover, the proposed protocol reduces the computational and the communication costs by electing two cluster heads for each cluster; one acts as the main cluster head and the other as a standby cluster head. By this feature, if a cluster head moves outside the cluster region, there is no need to run the clustering process again to elect a new cluster head as a standby cluster head exists. Also, one of the main characteristics of the new protocol is minimizing the collision in the system, and consequently increasing the throughput by defining the upper bound of the number of members in each cluster. The overall performance of the proposed protocol is very good and promises to solve many challenges in the existing protocols. In addition, the results show that this protocol outperforms one of the best existing mobility protocols in terms of the total number of clusters formed in the network, the number of single node clusters, and the saturation throughput of the clusters, the communication overheads and energy consumption reductions.

أن أحداث الحياة الضاغطة اليومية تعد من احد هذه المظاهر الرئيسية التي تتصف بها حياتنا المعاصرة ، وهذه الأحداث الضاغطة ما هي إلا انعكاس للتغيرات الحادة السريعة التي طرأت على كافة جوانب الحياة. وقد أدى هذا التغير المتسارع والتحولات بالغة السرعة في الاقتصاد العالمي وانهيار الأيديولوجية الماركسية في الاتحاد السوفيتي السابق ودول أوربا الشرقية وتعقد المدنية إلى خلق مواقف ضاغطة وموترات أجبرت الفرد على بناء نماذج سلوكيــة وقيميــــة واجتماعية متجددة تتفق مع متطلبات العصر وهذا كله يسبب قلقًا وتوترًا نفسيًا للفــرد. (جودة ،1998 ، ص2 ) وبالتالي لم يكن الإنسان بحاجة إلى فهم نفسه أكثر مما هو عليه الآن نظرًا لما يتعرض له من صراع نتيجة الفجوة العميقة بين تقدم مادي ، يسير بخطى سريعة..، وتقدم يسير بخطى حثيثة فيما يتعلق بالجوانب القيمية والروحية والأخلاقية من جانب آخر ولقد اتسعت معارف الإنسان المادية ، وازدادت سيطرته على الظواهر الطبيعية تزايدًا ملحوظًا ، وحقق إنجازات حضارية فذة. (القريطي، والشخص ، 1992 ، ص2) إلا أنها تحمل في طياتها أيضًا الكثير من الآلام والمتاعب النفسية ، والكثير من مقومات التدمير والتخريب ، وبالتالي الكثير من الشقاء الإنساني وهذا يستلزم بنا بناء للشخصية أقدر على مواجهة ضغوط هذا العصر ومتطلباته ، وأكثر استجابة لمقومات التقدم والارتقاء. (منصور ، 1982 ، ص65)ولئن كانت الضغوط النفسية قضية العصر الذي يعيشها الإنسان في المجتمعات المتقدمة والنامية على السواء إلا أن الشاب الذي يعيش واقعًا يتميز بخصوصية فريدة لا مثيل لها، لا شك يعاني من ضغوط نفسية واجتماعية واقتصاديه وسياسية فريدة من حيث النوع والكيف. ويتعرض الفرد في مختلف مراحل حياته لضغوط نفسية مختلفة الشدة ، نتيجة لما يمر به من أحداث وما يحيط به من ظروف ، وتختلف في تأثيرها والمواقف المسببة لها باختلاف الأفراد. ويواجه الشباب في مختلف مراحل حياتهم ضغوط نفسية مختلفة نتيجة للعديد من المتطلبات والأعباء الملقاة على عاتقهم ، فهناك المتطلبات الدراسية التي تتعلق بالاستذكار ، والتحصيل ، والامتحانات ، وهناك المتطلبات ذات الطابع الاقتصادي التي تتعلق بالرسوم والمصاريف الحياتية الباهظة التكاليف ، وبالرغم من أن هناك كثير من الدراسات قد أوضحت أن هناك علاقة سببية بين التعرض لأحداث الحياة الضاغطة والإصابة بالاضطرابات النفسية والجسمية ، إلا أنه يوجد أيضًا مصادر وعمليات تحمل وأساليب مواجهة تعد بمثابة عوامل مساعدة تمكن الفرد من التصدي للضغوط النفسية ، وبالتالي توفر له الاحتفاظ بالصحة النفسية. ( بوناماكي، 1988، ص 36 ) إن الإنسان في هذه الحياة يعيش دائماً تحت ضغوط مستمرة وذلك نتيجة طبيعيـة لتسارع وتيرة الحياة وكوجه من وجوه العصـر الذي نعيشـه الآن وذلك ما يدفع الكثيرين إلي تسميته بعصر الضغوط ، ولأنه لا توجد حياة بدون ضغوط تسمي أحياناً هذه الضغوط بالضغوط الحياتية أو أحداث الحياة الضاغطة بما فيها من ضغوط دراسية ونفسية ومهنيـة واقتصادية وأسرية وصحية .
