ان الاقتراض الحكومي من المؤسسات المالية قد يعد احد أسباب فشل القطاع المصرفي في توجيه الاستثمار نحو القطاعات الاقتصادية المتنوعة ومن ثم الوصول الى مايعرف بالكسل المصرفي، ، وقد هدفت الدراسة الى تحليل اتجاه حجم الاقتراض الحكومي من المؤسسات المصرفية وكذلك تحليل حجم الائتمان المصرفي المقدم للمؤسسات العامة والخاصة ومعرفة تأثيرالاقتراض الحكومي في دراسة ظاهرة الكسل المصرفي، اذ يعتمد الاستثمار الخاص في البلدان النامية بشكل أساسي على توافرالائتمان المصرفي ، لذا فإن استبعاد الائتمان المصرفي قد يكون له آثار سلبية على الاستثمار الخاص ومن ثم على النمو الاقتصادي ، اذ اعتمدت الدراسة على مجموعة من البيانات المستحصلة للمصارف العراقية بين 2016 لغاية حزيران 2022، وقد تم استخدام برنامج E views12 و Excel لتحليل النتائج، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين متغيرات الدراسة إلا ان الاقتراض الحكومي من المؤسسات المالية والمصرفية لم يؤثر في حجم الائتمان الممنوح للقطاع الخاص ما يعني ان المصارف العراقية لم تأخذ دورها في توجيه الاستثمار عبر منح الائتمان النقدي بشكل فاعل. وأوصت الدراسة بمراعاة توجيه الاقتراض الخاص اكثر من القطاع العام تجنباً للوقوع في الكسل المصرفي.

بغض النظر عن الهدف النهائي مع استخدام مجموعة أدواتNVIDIA ، التي تقدم الموارد المتاحة مع نماذج مدمجة محدودة عادة .وتسمح مجموعة أدوات Jetson NVIDIA™ Nano للمستخدمين باالستفادة من قدرات جديدة التصدق لماليين األنظمة الصغيرة ذات الكفاءة في استخدام الطاقة .وهو يطلق حقول جديدة من التطبيقات المدمجة في نظام المعلومات واالتصاالت (IOT ، (وتشمل مسجالت الفيديو الشبكية المبتدئة (NVR ، (والروبوتات المنزلية ،والعالم الذكي باستخدام التحليالت والتحليالت بالكامل.ومن ثم ، فإن هناك حاجة شديدة إلى تصميم مقترح للهياكل األساسية وخطوط األنابيب لتوضيح جميع الخطوات المنفذة .وفي الوقت نفسه، إدماج نهج منظمة العفو الدولية القائمة على التعلم العميق في المشاريع المدمجة.ويغطي المشروع المقترح تدفق العمل الخاص بالكشف عن العقرب، الذي يضم أجهزة استشعار، وكابالت،وترانزستورات، ومجموعة أدوات TMNano Jetson NVIDIA وجرس، وكاميرا RaspberryPI4 ، معاستخدام االستدالل باستخدام تقنيات تعلم نقل مع نهج منظمة العفو الدولية القائمة على التعلم العميق للتكنولوجيا المستخدمة في AI-Edge وهنا يظهر تطبيق متنقل لمهمة كشف الأجسام التي تجري على تكنولوجيا Jetson. TensorRT باستخدامNano™ويستقبل التطبيق المحمول إشارة من جهاز (Nano Jetson ،(وتنفذ واجهة مستخدم على الهاتف المحمول، ويرمز لها باستخدام Dart and Flutter ، وهي مجموعة أدوات UI الخاصة بشركة Google لبناء التطبيقات المذهلة التي تدير بشكل ناقص للحساب المحمول. ويتمتع هدف النظام المحقق بالقدرة على الحياة الآمنة ويساعد على الحد من لسعات العقارب عن طريق تتبع العقارب وتنبيه أصحاب الفضاء بدقة .الخيار الإضافي المضاف هو القدرة على التنبيه مع الجرس بمجرد اكتشاف العقرب. ويمكن نشر هذا المشروع في ميدان البحوث المعروف ""المدينة الذكية وتطبيقاتها""، ويمكن لهذا المشروع في المستقبل أن يستكشف على نطاق واسع ألسباب ومتطلبات عديدة.

The Sultanate of Oman has long relied on international markets to supply its food needs, making its food security dependent on trade. The country is highly dependent on food imports, which makes it vulnerable to supply chain disruptions and volatility in global markets. Recent food crises and pandemics, such as COVID-19 and the Russia-Ukraine war, have highlighted the risks of food shortages and rising import prices. Consequently, understanding price transmission in food markets is crucial for all parties involved in the food supply chain and should be a key consideration for policymakers. Given the implications for Oman’s food security, this study aims to explore the co-movement dynamics and lead-lag relationships between global and local food commodity markets in a time-frequency domain. Wavelet analysis will be employed to examine the dynamic relationship between global and Omani food prices using monthly data from January 2013 to January 2024. The primary objective of the study is to determine whether global food prices and Omani food prices are causally related, and whether this relationship is consistent across the food sub-groups that constitute the food price index. The results indicate that Omani food prices are significantly correlated with global food prices, particularly after 2020, over both short-term and long-term periods. Among the food commodities examined, local cereal prices showed strong coherence with global cereal prices throughout the study period, primarily in the long term but extending into the short term after 2020. Additionally, a lead-lag relationship was observed between global cereal prices and Omani cereal prices, as well as between global vegetable oil prices and Omani edible oil prices.

The post-cold war witnessed the emergence of terrorist groups that attacked the security of some countries. The clash between the algerian government and the extremist groups led to the aggravation of the status quo. A conflict was the outcome of the state of chaos in the 1990's. It pushed some algerians to leave the country and to apply for asylum in the UK. Their number was increased from 45 applications in the early 1990's to 10,672 in 2001. So, the aim of the present paper is to provide an appropriate definition for asylum seekers, as well as to analyze the conditions that pushed algerians to leave their country. It also describes the major legislations that the UK made them as a reaction to the presence of algerian asylum seekers. In particular, the memoire examines the history of Algerian asylum seekers in the UK and their situations there. It shows how their presence in UK started to be considered as a threat after the events of September. Finally, this study reveals that those Algerians who enter britain as asylum seekers were deemed to be terrorists.

Ce travail traite l’étude, la modélisation et le contrôle d’un système éolien à base d’une GADA. Un modèle a été établi pour chaque composant de l’éolienne (Turbine, GADA et cascade redresseur–onduleur). Une commande vectorielle basée sur l’orientation du flux statorique de la machine est appliquée pour contrôler indépendamment les puissances active et réactive. Plusieurs structures ont été développées ces structures concernant la combinaison de déférentes techniques de commandes pour aboutir à des meilleurs résultats. Dans ce contexte nous avons proposé deux méthodes de combinaison entre le contrôleur flou et le contrôleur RST à savoir le contrôle RST-FLC et le flou avec gain de commande adaptative, afin de surmonter les inconvénients des contrôleurs RST et FLC, avec ces techniques les oscillations des puissances sont réduites, la réponse statique et dynamique du système a été améliorée. D’après ces résultats, on peut dire que les deux techniques basées sur la logique floue peuvent se présenter comme une solution attractive pour l'optimisation de la conversion énergétique dans les systèmes éoliens.
