يسلط موضوع الدراسة الضوء على "تداعيات الأزمة السورية على العلاقات الروسية التركية في فترة 2013-2017"،الذي يهتم بالأزمة الدائرة حاليا في سوريا لكن من زاوية تداعياتها على العلاقات الدولية حيث اردنا ان نتتبع انعكاسات الازمة على اكثر الأطراف تأثيراوتأثرا بها، فكل المتابعين والمهتمين بالأزمة السورية يتفقون ان روسيا وتركيا تعدان من الأطراف المحركة للإحداث في سوريا، وعليه جاء اختيارنا لهذا الموضوع.ومن خلال معالجة اشكالية تدور حول حجم التأثير الذي مارسته الازمة السورية على العلاقات بين كل من روسيا الاتحادية وتركيا حيثركزنا على السلوك الخارجي لكل من روسيا وتركيا تجاه الازمة السورية، كما تم استعراض طبيعة الازمة وأهم تداعياتها بالنظر إلى الأهمية الجيواستراتيجية التي تحتلها سورية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط الأمر الذي زاد من خطورة تداعياتها على مختلف الاصعدة والمستويات.كان من المهم ان نتبنى مقاربة منهجية تنسجم مع الاهداف المتوخاة من هذا الموضوع، حيث حرصنا على التنويع في المناهج وفق ما يقتضيه سياق التحليل وعليه فقد تعددت المناهج والمقاربات التي اعتمدنا عليها في محاولة منا لالمام بطبيعة العلاقات الروسية التركية قبل وأثناء الأزمة وسعيا منا للتوضيح حجم تأثير الازمة السورية على حاضر ومستقبل العلاقات الروسية التركية توجهنا نحو بناء مجموعة من السيناريوهات، بناءا على مجموعة من المؤشرات الامر الذي يجعل هذه الدراسة مختلفة عن الكثير من الدراسات من هذا النوع، اين قمنا ببناء سيناريو تفاؤلي وأخر راديكالي وسيناريو ثالث محافظ،وهذه السيناريوهات تم وضعها بالنظر الى مدى استمرار الازمة او حلها الامر الذي سينعكس سلبا او ايجابا على مسار العلاقات الروسية التركية.

This study aimed to submit an analytical and critical study about Al-Andalus physicians' poets in the sixth Hijri century. The study spotted the light on eleven physicians (doctors), who had, beside their medical practice as physicians, another side; that was poem, in which their poems had covered twelve different and diverse poetry's fields.The research involved an introduction, preface, and two main chapters, in addition to a conclusion and a references' list. In the introduction section, I offered a brief summary about the research methodology, previous studies, and the reasons behind my choice and preference of this interesting topic. This part (the introduction section) had, also, pointed out the main challenges and difficulties that faced me during carrying out the research, in the stage of collecting data and clarifying poems.The second part of the research, the preface, was an informative section that endeavored to prepare the reader for well-recognition of the political and social conditions, as well as, prose and art life in Al-Anduls during the sixth Hijri century, including the spread of medical sciences in this era.The first chapter of this research involved studying the different purposes and aims of poems that had been covered by the doctors, according to the frequency of using these themes.These purposes were:Love, panegyric, asceticism, description, elegizing, complaint and nostalgiaIn the second chapter, the main significant traits and characteristics of the doctors' poems were discussed.This involved: the linguistics constructions, the art structure and musical rhythm and tune of these poems. For a comprehensive background and revision of the topic, the research introduced a brief but inclusive identification of everyone of these doctors, as well as, a translation of their lives and history.In the conclusion, the research demonstrated the results that have been derived from the findings of this study, including an index of the first part of the poems according to the purposes of these poems. At the end of the research, a list of the research's references were listed.All praise to The God, the most Almighty

L’Algérie avec les gisements de Djebel Onk, dispose des réserves importantes enphosphate. La production annuelle actuelle est d’environ 2.3 à 2.5 millions de tonnes deminerai titrant de 25 à 26% de P2O5. L’horizon productif est constitué par des phosphates decouleur claire (brun-beige) ou par des phosphates sombres (gris-noir). Ces teintes sombressont liées en partie à l’existence de composés organiques attestant que la couche phosphatéen’a pas subi d’altérations météoriques importantes et qu’elle a été protégée des phénomènesd’oxydation. Cependant, la présence de cette matière organique dans le phosphate noir influeconsidérablement sur les rendements en phosphate, en raison de la formation des mousses enquantités importantes. Dans ce cadre, des études détaillées sont nécessaires pour mieuxappréhender les caractéristiques physico-chimiques et pétro-minéralogiques, en vue de définirun plan d’exploitation approprié. A cet effet, nous nous sommes intéressés à une étudecomparative entre ces deux minerais (beige et noir) de façon à mieux appréhender leurcomportement minéralogique, chimique, granulométrique et thermique. Cette étude est baséesur une caractérisation par différentes techniques d’analyses qualitatives et quantitatives(DRX, IR, ATD-ATG, MEB, BET, CG-MS, HPLC…etc.). L’étude a été appliquée sur lesphosphates bruts et ceux des fractions granulométriques (500) .m. Lesrésultats obtenus ont montré des différences appréciables entre les deux minerais.
