جاء موضوع المذكرة في باب الأحوال الشخصیة والمعنون بتوثیق عقد الزواج وأثره على أحكام الأسرة،والذي یهدف إلى توعیة الشباب من كلا الجنسین وخاصة المقبلین على الزواج بمخاطر والإنعكاسات السلبیةالتي قد تعكر صفو حیاتهم الزوجیة في حال عدم توثیق عقود زواجهم، وذلك من ضیاع لحقوقهم وحقوقأبنائهم، وعلى هذا الأساس ارتأینا إلى طرح الإشكالیة التالیة: إلى أي مدى حمي المشرع الجزائري حقوقالزوجة والأبناء من خلال إلزامیة توثیق عقد الزواج؟ فالمشرع الجزائري ألزم بضرورة توثیق عقد الزواج، لأجلالمحافظة على حقوق الزوجة والأبناء المادیة والمعنویة والمتمثلة في مهر، نفقة، میراث، نسب، وقطعالمنازعات بین الزوجین.

The Holy Quran has employed the different rhetoric methods in a way that Arabs have never known before, so much so it was miraculous and unique in its style and rhetoric. This includes the many images that the Holy Quran has employed to explain the meanings and approaches that would help in conveying the idea to the mind of the receiver.This study focused mainly on representative metaphor in the Holy Quran so as to highlight its importance and role in creating the Quranic text. The researcher first explained the meaning of metaphor particularly representative metaphor. Then she discussed this type of metaphor in the old rhetoric heritage through explaining its definition in old rhetoric books such as “Poetry Criticism” by Qudama Bin Ja’far, “Al-Sina’tain” by Abi Hilal Al-Askari and “Al-'Umdah fi mahasin al shi'r wa adabihi wa naqdihi” by Ibn Rashiq Alqairawani.Following that, the researcher addressed the subjects around which representative metaphor in the Holy Quran revolved and provided examples of some statements in the Holy Quran in accordance with these subjects that included the issue of stubbornness and determination to stay in delusion.Then it deals with phenomenon expressions that is listed in the construction of the representative metaphore in the Holy Quran, and the indication of each of them in forming the representative image.

Ce mémoire examine l’importance de l’évaluation numérique en FLE pour les élèves de troisième année primaire à l’école CHEBICHEB Mohamed, située en zone rurale.Notre étude compare l’efficacité des évaluations numériques et papier en analyse deux groupes d’élèves : un groupe expérimental utilise une évaluation numérique et un groupe témoin utilise un évaluation papier. Les résultats indiquent que les élèves du groupe expérimentale ont nettement améliorer leurs compétences en compréhension et production de l’écrit par rapport aux élèves du groupe témoin. Les atouts des outils numidiques, tel que l’interactivité, le feedback immédiat et la personnalisation des exercices, ont été déterminant dans ce progrès. De plus, l’étude souligne une motivation accrue chez les élèves bénéficiant des évaluations numériques.En conclusion, l’intégration des technologies numériques dans le processus d’évaluation en FLE s’avère bénéfique pour l’amélioration des compétences linguistiques et la réduction des inégalités éducatives, même en milieu rural. . This thesis examines the importance of digital assessment in FLE (French as a foreign language) for third -year primary students at CHEBICHEB Mohamed school, located in a rural area. Our study campers the effectiveness of digital and paper assessments by analyzing two groups of students: an experimental group using digital assessments and a control group using paper assessments. The results indicate that the students in the experimental group significantly improved their written comprehension and production skills compared to the students in the control group. The advantages of digital tools , such as interactivity ,immediate feedback , and personalized exercises, were crucial in these improvements . Additionally, the study highlights increased motivation among students benefiting from digital assessments.In conclusion, integrating digital technologies into the assessments process in FLE proves to be beneficial for enhancing language skills and reducing educational inequalities, even in rural areas.

إن العقد الالكتروني كغيره من العقود الأخرى إلا أنه يتم بوسائل الإلكترونية وبمجرد إبرامه يرتب مجموعة من الالتزامات الملقاة على عاتق أطرفه.أمام التطور الذي شهدته التجارة الإلكترونية كان لابد من إثبات المعلومات الإلكترونية عن طريق الكتابة الإلكترونية والتوقيع الإلكتروني، وأمام المعاملات التجارية التي تحدث لا يستبعد نشوء نزاعات بين الأطراف الأمر الذي يؤدي لتحديد الجهة المختصة والبحث عن القانون الواجب التطبيق وبالرغم من تنوع وسائل حسم النزاع تم الأخذ بالتحكيم الإلكتروني كأهم آلية لتسوية النزاعات
