L'aliment est un élément d'origine animale ou végétale (parfois minérale), consommé par des êtres vivants à des fins énergétiques ou nutritionnelles. Les aliments peuvent devenir nuisibles sous l'action de plusieurs agents biologiques, mécaniques ou physiques.La conservation des aliments vise à préserver leur comestibilité et leurs propriétés gustatives et nutritives, elle implique notamment d’empêcher la croissance de microorganismes et de retarder l’oxydation des graisses. Il existe des méthodes de conservation de la nourriture qui reposent principalement sur un transfert d’énergie ou de masse ou de les transformer par le jeu de réactions biochimiques ou de changement d'état.L’objectif de cette recherche est d’étudier l’impact des différentes dates de conservation des aliments sur les qualités nutritionnelles et physicochimiques des crèmes glacées commercialisées au niveau de Mostaganem.La problématique et par conséquent : dans quel mesure les caractéristiques des crèmes glacées commercialisées conservées a une DLC donnée vont être modifiées.Pour répondre la problématique, cinq échantillons de trois différentes dates de conservation ont été récupères pour analyse. Les résultats récupérer montrent qu’il y a une différence significative entre les cinq échantillons des crèmes glacées. La réglementation nous exige de mettre la date de fabrication et la date de péremption, mais dans le cas de la crème glacée, ce n'est pas une sécurité suffisante, car le produit peut avoir été fabriqué deux jours avant, voire la veille, mais peut être contaminé par des bactéries si on ne respecte pas la température.

قمنا بإعداد مذكّرة بعنوان " الحقيقة التّاريخية والمتخيّل السّردي في رواية الأمير " لواسيني الأعرج، حيث وبعد دراستنا لهذه الرّواية تبيّّ لنا أنّّا شملت حقائق تاريخية مثل الشّخصيات، والمكان ، الزّمن والأحداث، وشمل المتخيّل السّردي هذه العناصر كذلك.والنّتائج المهمة المتوصّل إليها في هذه الرّواية هي أنّ الرّوائي اعتمد على الوثائق والنّصوص التّاريخية، وتمكّن من خلال هذا العمل أن يجمع بيّن التّاريخ والإبداع بطريقة فنية رائعة، وقدّم للقارئ تفاصيل مهمّة من حياة الأمير عبد القادر بطريقة فنية في غاية الرّوعة.وما يمكن قوله أنّ واسيني الأعرج قد نجح نجاحا باىرا في مغامرة توظيف الحقائق التّاريخية في هذه الرّواية.

Breast cancer is a major cause of morbidity and mortality as it is the most common cancer in women worldwide. In Sudan is the most commonly diagnosed type of cancer. Approximately 836 women developed breast cancer in the year 2007 and 895 in the year 2008, this is accounting for more than (30%) of all cancers in women in Sudan, so that this study was conducted in West Suba area, Khartoum state, Sudan within the year 2012. The aims of the study were to assess the knowledge, attitudes and practices in relation to health among the women of reproductive age, and to evaluate the health care services provided for breast cancer awareness. The tools used in the study were a questionnaire, and SPSS-soft ware for data analysis. The study covered one hospital and five PHC centers in the area, and 300 women of reproductive age. The result obtained in this study was low levels of awareness and knowledge among respondents on breast cancer (60.7%), knowledge on BSE (61.7%), because lack of health education programs provided through PHC centers (8%), and low of practice of BSE (65.2%), the main reason of non-practice was they were did not know how to conduct (9.3%), but the study showed the high level of awareness if they found problems in the breast by direct review of specialist doctors (88%) and reasons of not review the doctors was the beliefs (43.2%), the study also showed lack of knowledge on the other tools used in the early detection of breast cancer (77%), the reasons that the respondents did not conducted mammography was the lack of exam centers (35%) and beliefs (33%). The most important recommendations of the study was stressing on the health education of women, inclusion of the breast cancer awareness programmes within the curriculum, activating the role of PHC centers, mass media and educational institutes, increasing PHC centers and mobile examination centers and using a larger sample size with women in rural and urban areas, including the cost-effectiveness of designing and implementing preventive care.
