Il est aujourd’hui évident que les espaces naturels et ruraux connaissent une régression progressive sous l’effet d’une urbanisation accélérée et souvent peu maîtrisée. Cette dynamique spatiale se traduit par une extension du bâti, généralement marquée par un déficit d’organisation et une insuffisance dans l’application des instruments d’aménagement du territoire. Ce phénomène, observé à différentes échelles, soulève d’importants enjeux environnementaux, fonciers et socio-économiques, ce qui a conduit plusieurs recherches à s’y intéresser afin de mieux comprendre ses mécanismes et ses impacts. Dans le cadre de ce mémoire, l’objectif est d’analyser l’évolution spatio-temporelle de l’expansion urbaine au niveau des zones rurales périphériques de la ville de Djelfa, en mettant en évidence les transformations des usages du sol ainsi que l’avancée du tissu bâti sur les espaces agricoles et naturels durant la période allant de 2005 à 2025. Cette étude repose sur l’exploitation des techniques de télédétection et des outils des systèmes d’information géographique (SIG), à travers l’analyse d’images satellitaires et de données géographiques. Ainsi, les approches géomatiques constituent aujourd’hui des outils incontournables pour le suivi, l’évaluation et la gestion des mutations spatiales, permettant une meilleure compréhension des dynamiques territoriales et un appui efficace à la planification urbaine durable.

The accelerating pace of the information technology and the growth size and power of both computer systems and software make the use of computers in many industries essential. This study investigates the use of computers by large, medium, and small sized contractors in Saudi Arabia. The main objectives of this study is to investigate the type and the extent of computer use among contractors, to reveal the areas and functions of contractors that are computerized, and to investigate the factors that are responsible for the observed extent of use. The results show that only 55 percent of all contractors are using computers, mainly microcomputers, in their firms. However, it was found that as the size of the firms get bigger, the percent of users increases. All large size contractors, sixty two percent of medium sized contractors, and only 41 percent of small sized contractors are using computers in their business operations. The results show that accounting process is widely computerized among those who use computers. The creation of databases is the second function that computers are used for in construction firms. Contractors use computers widely for word processing. The results indicate that lack of computer experience and difficulty in selecting the appropriate computer systems are heavily ranked as factors hindering the use of computer technology by construction contractors, especially small and medium sized contractors.

Durant ces dernières décennies, plusieurs séismes de différentes intensités ont frappé plusieurs pays et occasionné des pertes considérables en vies humaines et d’importants dégâts matériels. Ces dégâts sont aggravés par la négligence et la mauvaise conception. Pour y remédier beaucoup de recherches ont été faites pour réduire le risque sismique, c.-à-d. comprendre l’effet sismique sur la structure, et son comportement. Pour améliorer le comportement sismique de la structure, il faut construire parasismique ! Le travail présenté dans cette étude, traite deux problématiques courantes : l’influence du système de contreventement et le saut en rigidité. Dans un premier temps nous avons étudié la réponse de la structure à l’excitation sismique en fonction du système de contreventement. Dans un deuxième temps, on a traité la question de l’influence dusaut de rigidité sur la stabilité et le comportement dynamique des constructions à travers un exemple simple d’un batiment en R+3. La modélisation des structures est faite avec le logiciel ETABS 2016.

The term "myocardial infarction" focuses on the myocardium (the heart muscle)and the changes that occur in it due to the sudden deprivation of circulating blood.The main change is necrosis (death) of myocardial tissue.The word "infarction" comes from the Latin "infarcire" meaning "to plug up orcram." It refers to the clogging of the artery.Myocardial infarction (MI) is a major health problem, with relatively high ratesof morbidity and mortality. Among epidemiologists, there has been increasinginterest in the characteristics of communities that influence health.The aim of this study was to measure the predisposing factors of MI versussome parameters and to test the response of MI to treatment.This study was conducted in the period of July 2012 to June 2014 in theultrasound department of the Sudan Heart Center in Khartoum-Sudan, 250participants (67.2% males and 32.8% females) and their ages range from 22 to 86years; mean age of 41 ± 1.2 years were included in this study. Echocardiographystudies were performed using MyLab 50 XVision-Esaote echocardiographymachine equipped with 2.5 MHz phased array probe. Statistical Package for theSocial Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the results.The mean and standard deviation (SD) of left ventricle ejection fraction beforeprescribed drugs was (43.10±4.2). This study had demonstrated a significantincrease in left ventricle ejection fraction occurred after treatment with drugs (p<0.001). The value after used treatment ranged from 25 to 75 with mean andstandard deviation 56.8±8.7 %.The study confirm that echocardiography is a valuable tool for evaluation ofpatients with myocardial infarction.This study conclud that; age, gender, body mass index, place of residence andpatient history show significant association with myocardial infarction riskworldwide (p <0.001).

Notre travail consiste en la synthèse de molécules hybrides Pyrone–DHPMs qui ontété obtenu via la condensation de 3-acetyl-4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one ainsi que 2Hchromen-2-one bromée avec les produits de biginelli. Les composés isolés ont été caractérisépar des méthodes d’analyses telles : la CCM, IR et UV/Visible.Ensuite des tests d’activité anti-oxydante si de plus antimicrobienne ont été effectuésaux produits en question, dans le but de confirmer leurs intérêts biologiques.

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع التجارة الالكترونية باعتباره أحد أكثر الموضوعات الحديثة إثارة للجدل القانوني، خاصة في ظل التطور المستمر و المتسارع لهذه الأخيرة، وقد حاولنا من خلال هذا الموضوع معالجة إشكالية رئيسية تمحورت حول مدى كفاية المنظومة القانونية الحالية على استيعاب التطور الحاصل في التجارة الالكترونية.وفي إجابتنا على هذه الإشكالية اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي باعتبارهما أنسب المناهج القانونية لمثل هكذا دراسات والتي تعتمد أساسا على أسلوب العرض والتحليل بالتشريعات والاتفاقيات المتصلة بموضوع الدراسة على غرار القانون النموذجي للتجارة الالكترونية والقانون النموذجي للتوقيع الالكتروني.ولقد سلكت في هذا البحث خطة متكونة من فصلين، عالجت من خلال الفصل الأول ماهية التجارة الالكترونية حيث انتهيت إلى أن التجارة الالكترونية ترتكز على عدة أمور أساسية من بينها فكرة النشاط التجاري الذي يعتبر الركيزة الأساسية لها، فهي لا تختلف في مضمونها كثيرا عن مفهوم التجارة بصفة عامة، أما وجه الخصوصية فيها فيتمثل في وسائل مباشرتها، كذلك اللامادية التي تتطلب المعالجة الآلية للمعلومات، مما يؤدي إلى استبدال الوسائط الورقية بالوسائط الالكترونية، إذ يتم إبرام العقود عن طريق وسيط الكتروني، وأفردت الفصل الثاني لدراسة عقود التجارة الالكترونية فبينت كيفية انعقادها من خلال مفهومها وأركانها ثم تبيان الآثار المترتبة عليها والحماية القانونية المقررة لها.وختمت موضوع بحثي بخاتمة ضمنتها أهم النتائج المتوصل والتي يمكن إيجازها فيما يلي: التجارة الالكترونية تعتمد أحدث التقنيات في ممارسة النشاط التجاري، الذي يتم بين التجار بعضهم البعض من جهة وبينهم والمستهلكين من جهة أخرى،- أهم صورة تتجسد فيها التجارة الالكترونية هي العقد الالكتروني.
