Notre étude est une contribution à la connaissance de la phénologie des oiseaux d’eaux dans le barrage du bougara dans le cadre d’une étude de dénombrement avec l’identification de leur statut. Dans ce travail sur l’avifaune aquatique du barrage bougara, nous présentons les résultats recueillis à travers le dénombrement des oiseaux d’eau, qui s’étalent de 15 mai jusqu’au 20 juin 2019. Les résultats on montré que cette zone est fréquentée d’un total de 26 espèces appartenant à 11 familles avec un effectif de 2160 individus. L’effectif maximal est dénombré le 20 juin représenté par 1025 individus. Pour les espèces qui fréquentent ce site, on a enregistrées les statuts suivants ; 18 espèces enregistrées comme individus seul ,08 espèces enregistrées comme statuts en couple, 08 espèces sont enregistrées comme statuts avec les poussins et le statut individu incubateur, est absent.

في محاولة بحثية تأصيلية مُتعددة المُستويات ،نُعالج تقويميا ونفحص تجريّديا مدى فعّلية وفاعليّة الحوكمة الطاقوية كإطار جديد لضبط شؤون الطاقة العالمية ،بالاستناد إلى مصفوفتها القيمية المعيارية ،وتطابق بصمتها الإجرائية، في مسعى طرح عدسات تحليلية متكاملة، لمأسسة نهج عملياتي متعدد المستويات لضبط شؤون الطاقة المتسمة بالتعقّيد والتفاعل الشبكي مع أنماط عنقودية مترابطة ذا المِيّزة الحركية شكّلت بُنى هندسية ومعرفية جديدة . تندرج الدراسة في معالجة إشكالية البحث من الناحية التأصيليّة ،وفقا لخطوات منهجية مُنتظمة ،أمّكن من خِلالها فحص واختبار بعض افتراضات الترابط العلائقي الجُزئي بين المكونين "الحوكمة والطاقة"،في إطار المكون الكلي إسقاطي على "منطقة بحر قزوين"، المُتسمة باللاتوازن، واللاتنسيق البينّي ، عبر استقراء واستيعاب مصفوفة التفاعلات الجيوسياسية الغير مُنتظمة في إطار الصراع بين مثلث القوى الاستراتيجي" أمريكا ، روسيا ، والصين" ، مع تداخل شبكة قِوى إقليمية شكّلت زوايا أحجار الشطرنج "ايران،تركيا، واسرائيل" ، وبذلك تتأتّى فحوى وأهمية الموضوع العلمية والعملية ،في مدى قُدرة ضبط هذه المفارقة ، والسعي نحو تأسيس نمط مُتعدد المستويات ناظم للاختلالات الطاقوية ،وفرض نِظام مؤسسي فاعل للإدارة الرشيدة لأجنّدا الطاقة العالمية .ونحو الاختتام خلُصت الدراسة إلى بعض النتائج التي تكشِف المواضِع التي تكون فيها الحوكمة الطاقوية كقوة فاعِلة لضبط التناقضات في منطقة بحر قزوين ، وترسيم فاعليّة التعاون المُتعدد المستويات ، عبر استخلاص صعوبة تجاوز الطُروحات المعيارية للحوكمة الطاقة ،في إطار التمكين الإجرائي لغياب مأسسة حقيقية للقوى إدارة شؤون الطاقة العالمية .

The thesis explores how boron's properties enhance machinable materials through surface hardening processes. It examines relevant boron compounds and analyzes various surface hardening processes, including combined ones, such as borocarburizing, and conflicting ones, like quenching after boriding.Following a comprehensive analysis of surface hardening techniques, the focus narrows to boriding, a thermochemical boron diffusion process categorized as traditional or modern, depending on the complexity and newness of the technique, and the media used, solid, liquid, gas, plasma, ions, and so on.The process is carried out mainly on most metallic machinable materials, such as iron, titanium, and nickel, with limitations to some, like aluminum and copper, while incompatible with nonmetallic ones. Additionally, boriding prefers unalloyed metals and tends to be difficult the higher the alloying becomes.Boride layers, one of the hardest and wear resistant compounds, are synthesized through boron diffusion and layered on the surface of materials. The boriding treatment time and temperatures exposures are the key factors affecting the resulting boride layer thickness, the critical feature affecting the boride layer properties and their compatibility to the demanded application.Accordingly, the research explores different models, empirical, mathematical, of parabolic growth, and even artificial neural networks, to simulate boride layer thicknesses, then provides some comparisons between them for optimization purposes regarding the accuracy and effectiveness of their predictions.

Notre étude est réalisée dans le service de la médecine du travail de l´hôpital Frantz Fanon pour le but de élargir notre connaissance sur le rôle de la médecine du travail dans la détention des maladies professionnelles, des accidents du travail et de apprendre comment prévenir les risques que nous entourage dans les environnements de travail, ces taches de travail et de avoir les connaissances sur les avantages de cette spécialité.
