أدرجت العلامة التجارية الإلكترونية ضمن عناصر الملكية الصناعية والتجارية التي زادت قيمتها بعدما أصبحت بمثابة سوق لممارسة أعمال التجارية الإلكترونية في شتى المجالات وهذا ما خلق أنماط مستحدثة من الاعتداءات سواء كانت بقرضه الإلكترونية أو بمنافسة العلامة التجارية الإلكترونية منافسة غير مشروعة. ونتيجة لهذا الوضع تكفل المشرع الجزائري بوضع حماية موسعة تتلاءم مع التشريعات الحديثة وكذا عمدت معظم الدول بتوسيع دائرة الحماية بتوحيد الجهود لتوفير الحماية للعلامة التجارية في البيئة الرقمية.

Horizontal type separators are widely used in the petroleum industry for separation of oil from gas and water contained in oil reservoirs. The separation process for the fluids is needed in order to treat each petroleum product individually. The amount of the oil and associated gas which is coming from different wells is high and needs a quick and reliable separation unit. For that reason, in order to maintain the production of the oil field, it is important to have efficient control of the gas and liquid inside the separator unit. For example, the control system in the offshore platform has to maintain the gas pressure in the separator at a specific set-point despite various disturbances coming from the inflow stream and the gas pressure manifold. Poor performance of the gas pressure loop may result in over -pressurization. In the case when the separator pressure grows above the trip point of 120 PSIG, depressurization has to be done by sending the gas to flaring, which leads to a negative environmental impact. On the other hand, it is also essential to consider the change of the crude oil amount inside the vessel when tuning the gas pressure controller for optimal performance. This research focuses on designing the controller tuning strategies for the gas loop of the horizontal type liquid-gas separator. The model of the gas loop is considered as a process in this system which is controlled by the Proportional-Integral (PI) controller. The aim of the controller is to maintain the pressure equal to the set point regardless of various disturbances. The Modified Relay Feedback Test (MRFT) is a continuous oscillation method for identification of process parameters and controller tuning. In this research, the MRFT was used for the design of robust and adaptive PI controllers for a gas loop in the two-phase separator. The gas normally found in the separator is the natural gas (mostly methane) which is contained in crude oil coming from the reservoir. In this study, the PI controller was developed based on sixty four modes of operation corresponding to certain ranges of gas inflow and liquid level values - the two parameters that characterize the operating modes. It was shown through the developed model and simulations that these operating modes affect the dynamics of the gas loop. Dynamic properties of the process in each mode were studied through MRFT. Robust and adaptive PI controllers were designed in order to maintain the pressure during the change of the operating conditions. The performance of the robust and adaptive PI controllers are demonstrated by the loop reaction to the three disturbances and set point combinations which are the sinusoidal changes of the inflow and level and, step changes of the separator pressure set point, the inflow, level and the manifold pressure.

La vallée du Sébaou connaît un important développement démographique et socio-économique. L’eau souterraine est la ressource majeure pour une population croissante, soutient les activités agricoles, industrielles et assure l’approvisionnement en eau potable. Cependant, la demande en eau ne cesse d'augmenter; toutefois, l’irrégularité et la diminution de la pluviosité depuis l’année 1976 ont entraîné une nette réduction des apports. Parallèlement, l’oued Sébaou subit une dégradation significative dans le secteur aval de la nappe, par la menace de l’avancée du biseau salé. Face à cette situation alarmante des eaux souterraines, un programme de gestion et de protection s’impose. L’objectif de cette étude est axé sur une synthèse actualisée des connaissances hydrogéologiques de la vallée du Sébaou, et une approche appliquée de simulation des écoulements souterrains. L’exploitation des données climatologiques et hydrologiques permettra, grâce aux méthodes empiriques et statistiques, de caractériser le climat. De même, l’étude du remplissage alluviale constitue un support à l’étude hydrodynamique. L’exploitation des données géophysiques réalisées par la compagnie générale de géophysique (C.G.G.) en 1964, permet de préciser la géométrie de l’aquifère. Parallèlement, l’évaluation des caractéristiques hydrodynamiques nécessaires à la paramétrisation du domaine modélisé, sont fournis par l’interprétation des essais de pompage. Nous avons construit un modèle en régime permanent et transitoire de la nappe alluviale du Sébaou. Son principe consiste en la simulation de plusieurs cas de scénarios qui permettront de visualiser l’évolution des rabattements en fonction des débits extraits. Enfin, les résultats, obtenus à l’issue de simulation des écoulements, pourraient constituer la base d’une réflexion sur une modélisation géochimique et isotopique plus élaborée.

À travers ce travail de recherche nous avons tenté de relever les différentes représentations de l’Orient dans trois œuvres poétiques de l’écrivain orientaliste Victor Hugo Odes et Ballades, Les Orientales, La Légende des siècles ; puis nous les avons examinées sous le regard critique occidental et oriental contemporain, en appliquant à la fois deux approches critiques : l’imagologie et la théorie de réception de Jauss. Cette étude s’inscrit dans le cadre des études comparatistes ; elle se justifie par le contexte critique contemporain qui retourne à l’étude de l’orientalisme littéraire savant, tout en voulant chercher un nouveau discours humaniste entre l’Orient et l’Occident au sein de tous les conflits idéologiques et identitaires actuels qui séparent les deux continents.ملخصمن خلال هذا البحث حاولنا تحديد مختلف تمثيليات الشرق في ثلاثة أعمالشعرية للكاتب المستشرق فيكتور هوجو :قصائد و اغاني ,شرقيات , أسطورةالقرون , وبعدها قمنا بمعاينة هذه الاعمال من خلال وجهة نظر النقد الغربي و الشرقي , باستخدام , فينفسالوقت , منهجين نقديين : التمثلية و نظرية القراءة لياوس . هذا البحث يندرج في اطار الدراسات المقارنة , ويمكن تبريره بالسياق النقد الادبي اللذي يرجع الى دراسة الاستشراق الادبي الاكاديمي , و ذللك بهدف ايجاد خطاب انساني جديد بين الشرق و الغرب في خضم كل صراعات الاديولوجيا و الهوية اللتي تفرق بين القارتين.AbstractI tried through this research to identify the various representations of the Orient in three poetic products of the Orientalist writer Victor Hugo which are: Odes et Ballades, Les Orientales, La Légende des siècles and to examine them from Western criticism and the contemporary oriental one, using at the same time two critical approaches: imagology and the theory of reception of Jauss. This study is a component of comparative studies. Its justification is the contemporary critical context that stems from the study of the literary scholarly Orientalism, while aiming to put the end on a new humanist discourse between the East and the West within all current ideological and identitied conflicts that separate the two continents.

يعتبر التعاقد الالكتروني صورة حديثة للتعاقد تقوم على العديد من العناصر التي لا تتوفر في التعاقد العادي الذي يعتمد على الوسط المادي لإبرام العقد، على خلاف العقد الالكتروني الذي يتم عن بعد من خلال وسائط الكترونية تساهم في إضفاء الطابع الافتراضي على التعاقد، مما يجعله يتمتع بنوع من الخصوصية سواءً في مرحلة إبرام العقد أو في مرحلة تنفيذه، بحسب ما ورد في نصوص قانون التجارة الالكترونية الجزائري.تبرز هذه الخصوصية أيضاً من خلال الحماية التي سعى المشرع الجزائري تكريسها لطرفي العقد لاسيما المستهلك الالكتروني، حيث حدد جهة مختصة بالرقابة يقتسمها ضباط وأعوان الشرطة القضائية من جهة والأعوان المنتمين للإدارات المكلفة بالتجارة من جهة أخرى، إضافةً إلى إخضاع المورد لمسؤولية مزدوجة ذات طابع مدني وجزائي، ومن ثمة تعدد الجزاءات التي يتحملها بسبب عدم التقيد بالالتزامات المترتبة عن التعاقد الالكتروني.
