تعتبر مسألة نظرية الملاءمة في تسوية نزاعات الأحوال الشخصية من القضايا المهمة في نزاعات الوضع ما قبل المحاكمة في إحدى القضايا المهمة في الوقت الراهن ، وأنها أثرت على تطور القانون الدولي الخاص الذي حدث في السنوات الأخيرة. باثنين من الاعتبارات المرافقة جذريًا ، وهما توفير الأمن القانوني والآخر القدرة على استباق القانون ، مما أدى إلى تشجيع الاتجاه نحو تطوير تقنيات لهذا القانون وصياغة قواعد الإسناد المحددة والصارمة. أما الاعتبار الثاني ، فهو الحاجة إلى كل قاعدة قانونية عامة ومجردة لدرجة من المرونة عند تطبيقها على مراكز ذات طبيعة خاصة غير نمطية. هذه الاعتبارات ، أي بين ركود القاعدة القانونية المعدة مسبقًا في قواعد المحكوم عليه ، تولد الحاجة للعدالة للتدخل أحيانًا لتقليل الآثار غير الملائمة لتطبيق هذه القاعدة ؛ خاصة عندما يتبين أن هناك المزيد قانون relevat. والأكثر ارتباطًا بالنزاع الذي يعرضه القانون المختار.

Rap music is a form of music that has been widely used in the Arab world as a platform for social critique and a voice for the unheard. This study aims to investigate the use of rap songs in Morocco as an innovative vehicle for political expression. Using semiotic and textual analysis, this study delves into the semiotic intricacies of selected rap song lyrics, exploring their cultural significance and political messages to unravel the dynamic landscape of Moroccan rap. The analysis also reveals how different rap artists blend the foreign rap with Arab content, shedding light on how meanings are generated, interpreted, and contested while building Morocco rap culture within the society. In addition, the lyrics were textually analyzed to understand how rappers leverage language, symbolism, and cultural references to convey political messages in a given social and cultural setting. Through the application of social semiotics, the researcher gainda deeper appreciation for the role of rappers in advocating for the marginalized.

With the advent of distributed generation and decentralized technologies, electricity consumers are motivated to produce electricity at their convenience and contribute to a sharing economy by trading their excess electricity for an incentive without the involvement of utilities. Current peer-to-peer (P2P) electricity trading schemes include Virtual Power Plants (VPP) which is based on aggregators that aggregate small-scale Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) and allow entrance to the electricity market as one unit. In this research, such models are referred to as Community-based trading models (CBET). On the other hand, there are fully decentralized electricity trading models (FDET) that allow prosumers (consumers who produce electricity) to trade among themselves without aggregators or central intermediaries. These models can be enabled using the blockchain technology. Blockchain technology is still relatively new, where none of the FDET projects has moved beyond the pilot stage, and therefore their implications are not yet fully understood. This research analyzes the implications of transitioning from CBET to FDET models using blockchain technology on the infrastructure and institutions involved in the electricity market. The methodology used to collect data is through a series of qualitative approaches including exploratory methods, a multi-layered approach, and systematic literature review. Finally, a case study is done on the electricity market in Dubai to study a possible transition to FDET.

On a pu aussi déduire que la seule connaissance théorique n’est pas suffisante, car ilexiste un autre coté constructif qui ressort plus de l’expérience que de calcule et auquel ilest utile de se conformer.
