Polyamines, spermidine and spermine constitute a group of cell components that are important in the regulation of cell proliferation and cell differentiation.The enzyme superoxide dismutase catalyzed the breakdown of superoxide anion (O 2 - ) and provides the first line of defense against oxygen toxicity. This work is an attempt to look for possible biochemical marker and causes of breast cancer based on the above polyamines.The levels of spermine and spermidine and superoxide dismutase levels were measured in serum of two women groups. Group one contains (66) breast cancer patients while the second group contains (20) healthy women used as controls.Blood samples from the two groups were prepared for quantitative determination of polyamines using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), while SOD was determined using uv-vis spectrophotometer.It has been found that spermidine is significantly increased (P<0.05) in patients with breast cancer (0.184±0.037) compare with normal subjects (0.14±0.01), also spermine level was significantly higher (P<0.05) in breast cancer patients (1.105±0.379) compared with control (0.22±0.08) and with spermidine.SOD level was significantly lower in breast cancer patients (330.141±54.527) when compared to the control group (535.875±39.855) with (P<0.05).From the result of the present study, it can be concluded that detection of polyamines and superoxide dismutase in serum were useful and valuable as diagnostic marker for breast cancer

إن تسليط العديد من المؤرخين والجغرافيين الضوء على المغرب الأوسط جعله يحظى بالعديد من الدراسات التي كانت تمس كل من الجوانب الجغرافية السياسية والثقافية وغيرها، وهذا ما جعل للمغرب الأوسط نصيب في هذه المؤلفات خاصة بعد الانقسامات الكبيرة التي حصلت للمغرب الإسلامي في القرن السابع للهجري وظهور كيانات سياسية جديدة كالزيانيين في المغرب الأوسط، والذي تحدث عنه كاتبنا ابن فضل الله العمري في كتابه: مسالك الأبصار في ممالك الأمصار ج4 ،كما تطرق للأوضاع السياسية ببلاد المغرب الإسلامي في القرن السابع للهجري و الذي كان في ظل العهد الموحدي المحافظ على استمرارية تماسك كافة طوائف مجتمع المغرب الإسلامي ،وأحدثت تمازج كبير وتنقل واسع للقبائل العربية و البربرية وجعلها تحت نظام إداري موحدي ممتد من برقة شرقا إلى البحر المحيط.

مــلخص المذكرة تناولنا هذا البحث آليات مكافحة الإرهاب في القانون الدولي والتشريع الجزائري بحيث أصبحت ظاهرة الإرهاب من اخطر الظواهر الإجرامية التي تهدد الحياة اليومية للإنسان في أي مكان في العالم ,كما أن هذه الظاهرة لم تعد ذات صفة محلية أو إقليمية ترتبط بدولة ما أو بحضارة بعينها,ونظرا للانتشار الواسع لأعمال الإرهابية تيقنت الدول من ضرورة العمل على توحيد الجهود الدولية في سبيل الوصول إلى وسائل كفيلة بقمع والحد من الأعمال الإرهابية. فاشتراك المجتمع الدولي في مصلحة مكافحة الإرهاب وتعزيز الجهود من اجل إيجاد آليات للحد من انتشار وتوسع هذه الظاهرة كونها تهدد أمن و السلم الدوليـــين والاستقرار في جميع البلدان والمجتمعات . في هذا السياق نجد أن ما خصته الجزائر في التسعينات من مواجهات ضد الجماعات الإسلامية المتطرقة يعد من أكثر التجارب الرائدة في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب ,حيث عملت على استخدام كافة الوسائل القانونية والعسكرية والسياسية التي مكنتها إلى حد ما من وقف حالة العنف التي كانت مسيطرة في ذلك الحين

الملخص:تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة فلسفة الدولة الحديثة عند توماس هوبز (1588-1679) باعتباره من أهم مؤسسي نظرية العقد الاجتماعي، والذي قام بتفسير كيفية نشأة المجتمع المدني، كما أسهم في بناء دولة حديثة تقوم على أسس مادية؛ وذلك من خلال تصوره لقيام المجتمع المدني مخالفا كل التصورات السابقة، وبرر من خلال أفكاره الهدف الذي كان يريده من قيام هذه الدولة الحديثة وهو حفظ الأمن والسلام، وأما الأساس الرئيسي لفلسفة هوبز السياسية هي تأسيس الحكم المطلق.Study summary:This study aims to study the philosophy of the modern state when Thomas Hobbes (1588-1679) as one of the most important founders of the social contract theory, and that the interpretation of how the emergence of civil society, as shares in building a modern state based on material grounds; and through the vision of a civil society contrary to all previous conceptions, and justified through his thoughts goal that he wanted to do this the modern state which is the maintenance of security and peace, and the main basis for the political philosophy of Hobbes is the establishment of absolute rule.

This thesis embarks on an exploration of the Islamic conceptualization of suffering, virtue, and its implications for palliative care, weaving together insights from Islamic ethical thought, scripture, philosophy, and Sufi spirituality. Initially, it lays the groundwork by delving into the Islamic understanding of suffering, presenting it as a divinely ordained aspect of human existence with significant moral and spiritual dimensions. This foundation supports a detailed examination of how suffering fosters the development of key virtues—Ṣabr (patience), Shukr (gratitude), and Tawakkul (reliance on God)—articulating an Islamic perspective that views suffering as a catalyst for ethical growth and spiritual resilience. Transitioning to practical implications, the thesis then assesses how this Islamic understanding can inform and enhance palliative care for Muslim patients, advocating for a model that not only addresses physical pain but also provides spiritual and moral support. This inquiry culminates in the argument that integrating Islamic teachings on suffering and virtue with Muslim palliative care patients offers a holistic approach to navigating suffering, underscoring the potential for human flourishing even in the face of life's inevitable adversities. Through this exploration, the thesis contributes to the broader discourse on the human condition, emphasizing the transformative potential of suffering and virtues within the Islamic tradition.
