The psychological well-being of emergency medical staff working in general hospitals is a public health concern locally and internationally. Emergency departments in Gaza serve in a complex context with an attitudes towards emergency medical services in Gaza general hospitals continue to be a source of overload and pressure upon emergency medical teams who are expected to resume their roles with high quality the severe shortages in tools, equipment, technical support,and human resources. This study, therefore, aimed to determine the level of psychological well-being and depressive symptoms medical staff in Gaza General Hospitals.Methodology:The design of this study is mixed-method and was conducted among emergency medical staff at governmental hospitals in Gaza using the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Warwick Psychological Well-being Scale (WPWS). Besides, three focus group interviews were conducted among emergency medical staff from 3 major hospitals representing North, Middle, and South in the Gaza Strip. Results:A total of 202 emergency medical staff participated in the study and filled the study questionnaires. 54.5% of the participants reported high psychological well-being, 43% indicated moderate psychological well-being. More than two-thirds (72.3%) of study participants indicated not having depressive symptoms, 18.3% had mild depressive symptoms, 7.4% had moderate depressive symptoms and 2% had severe depression, added to that, 0.5% of participants had moderate depressive symptoms and Low Psychological well-being. Study results also found a inverse relationship between psychological well-being and depressive symptoms, where an increase by 1 point on the psychological well-being scale leads to a decrease of 0.5 in depressive symptoms. Demographic variables including gender, age, academic degrees, place of residence, duty station, and years of experience were not found statistically significant in our psychological well-being. For the qualitative part, most staff indicated that they feel good about their mental well- feel that they have the skills to cope with stressful working conditions as they have accumulated experience throughout their years of work, however, they reported high stress levels in their work environment in the emergency departments.

النقد الثقافي عند الغذامي حمل نظرة خاصة و أفقا مغايرا و جديدا عما عهدناه في تحليل النصوص الأدبية ، فالنقد الأدبي الذي كان منذ القديم و حتى يومنا هذا يحلل وينقد النصوص وفقا لمبدأ الجمالية و بلاغة الألفاظ و قوة تأثيرها في المتلقي ، تغير ذلك الآن وفق رؤية الغذامي إذ يرى بأن ما يدعو إليه النقد الأدبي من جمالية وبلاغة عفا عنها الزمن و هي غلاف يضمر تحته إيديولوجيات خطيرة ومسائل لا يمكن السكوت عنها ،كالأنا المتضخمة و إلغاء الآخر و صناعة الطاغية ، و هي أمور خطيرة جدا لا يمكن إزالتها أو الوصول إليها إلا من خلال النقد الثقافي و بحثه في الأنساق المضمرة لتلك النصوص ،ورأيه هذا أدى إلى قيام بلبلة بين الغذامي و النقاد العرب جسدتها مساجلات ترجمت في أعمال الملتقى ، غير أن نظرة الغذامي تبقى نظرة خاصة به ، لأن النقد الثقافي وفق رؤية الغذامي يختلف اختلافا كبيرا عن النقد الثقافي غربيا .Cultural criticism when Alghadami download a special look and horizon different and new from what we knew in literary analysis of texts, Criticism literary was long ago and to this day analyze and criticize texts according to the principle of beauty and eloquence of words and the power of influence in the receiver, change it now according to the vision Alghadami Considering that what is preached literary criticism of the aesthetic and eloquence pardoned them both time and is the cover harbored underneath dangerous ideologies and issues can not be tolerated Kalona bloated and cancel the other, and the tyrant industry, which is very serious things can not be removed or accessed only during his research and cultural criticism implicit in the formats of these texts, and his opinion this has led to significant confusion among Alghadami between Arabs and critics translated diatribes embodied in the forum. ABSTRACTDystopian literature often aims to provide visions of possible futures where humanity as a wholecan be endangered. Such writers, regardless of language and ethnicity, aim to warn readers ofthe possible threats to privacy, security, and freedom. This dissertation, therefore, examines thenotion of what dystopia and totalitarianism have meant to individuals throughout the history ofdevelopment of a dystopian society by examining Yoko Ogawa’s The Memory Police. Itexamines Ogawa’s unique portrayal of a dystopian society and a totalitarian government. Itfurther aims to investigate the tropes used by the “Memory Police” in erasing objects, abstractconcepts, animals, plants, and above all, the memory of those same things. Through censorship,torture, and surveillance, the totalitarian government of the unnamed island succeeds in slowlyerasing and even eroding human bodies of the characters. Additionally, this study takes a closerlook at how the totalitarian government of the island embodied in the “Memory Police” affectsindividuals including their ways of resistance and leads to subtle ways of empowerment againstthe regime.

تبنت الجزائر مجموعة من الإصلاحات الاقتصادية نجم عنها تحرير النشاط الاقتصادي بانسحاب الدولة منه كما تم تكريس مجموعة من المبادئ من بينها مبدأ المنافسة الحرة القائم على حرية المبادرة، غير أن هذا المبدأ يصطدم بالعديد من العراقيل، البعض منها مكرس بموجب نصوص قانونية بحيث خصص له قانون خاص متعلق بالمنافسة وهو الأمر 03-03 أين تم ذكر القيود التي تمس بالمنافسة الحرة و التي يمكن أن تصادف العون الاقتصادي في السوق، أما البعض الأخر مرتبط بسلطات الدولة سواء كانت مرتبط بالسياسة الاقتصادية للدولة الجزائرية أو مرتبطة بالسلطة القضائية

Notre projet de fin d’étude fait partie d’un tronçon routier qui consiste à étudier le tracé de la CW14 reliant la daïra de Zemoura avec la Daïra de Ammi moussa sur 5,9 Km et ceci dans le cadre des prévisions du schéma national d’aménagement du territoire du schéma directeur routier.Dans notre projet routier, nous avons introduit le long des deux tracés des courbes de raccordement, respectant les normes imposées par le B40 pour assurer le confort et la sécurité de l’usager car toute négligence peut être fatale.Avec la catégorie de notre route est la catégorie 03. Et TJMA=1100 v/j. Année de comptage : 2020 Année de mise en service : 2025. Le pourcentage des poids lourds : Z =35%. Taux de croissance annuelle de trafic : τ= 5%. La durée de vie: 10ans.Les calculs sont faits manuellement et modélisé par le logiciel COVADIS 2013

تتنوع المنازعات المتعلقة بعقد إيجار السكنات الاجتماعية التابعة لدواوين الترقية والتسيير العقاري، فمنها ما تكون اثناء ابرام عقدالايجار مثل إثبات العلاقة الإيجارية بين المؤجر والمستأجر او القضاء المختص في الفصل في النزاعات المطروحة بمناسبةابرامه, او التي تكون بعد ابرام العقد والمتعلقة بإخلال طرفي العقد بالتزاماتهم التعاقدية، وكذا المنازعات التي تنشأ بعد انتهاءوانقضاء صلاحية ومدة العقد, وتهدف هذه الإجراءات إلى ضمان الحقوق والواجبات لكلى الطرفين ,وتوفير آلية لحل المنازعاتبطريقة عادلة ومنصفة, بالإضافة إلى أن النظام القانوني لعقود إيجار السكنات الاجتماعية التابعة لدواوين الترقية والتسيير العقاريتهدف ايضا إلى ضمان استقرار العلاقة بين المؤجر والمستأجر وتوفير سكن آمن ومناسب للمستأجرين .

Le cystadénome biliaire est une tumeur kystique bénigne rare du foie, caractérisée par ses difficultés diagnostiques et thérapeutiques. Son étude présente plusieurs pôles d'intérêt. D'abord il s'agit d'une tumeur très rare dont la fréquence ne dépasse pas les 5% de toutes les tumeurs kystiques bénignes du foie et elle touche essentiellement la femme. La symptomatologie clinique n'est pas spécifique, ce qui fait que le diagnostic positif se base surtout sur l'imagerie qui n'est pas toujours évocatrice. A travers le cas clinique que nous avons rapporté et à la lumière des données de la littérature, nous avons voulons mettre en exergue d'une part ces difficultés diagnostiques du fait en grand partie de sa latence clinique, de son manque de spécificité et de notre contexte épidémiologique o{scriptl}u les pathologies kystiques du foie sont dominées par le kyste hydatique source d'erreur diagnostique comme cela a été le cas chez notre patiente. Et d'autre part, nous avons mis en évidence, face à cette pathologie o{scriptl}u le risque de transformation maligne, bien que rare, existe, et compte tenu des nombreuses récidives, l'importance d'une chirurgie radicale qui actuellement constitue le traitement de choix et qui permet d'assurer dans la plupart des cas un excellent pronostic avec un taux de survie proche de 100%.
