The issues discussed in this thesis are very much relevant contemporary ones. This thesis is about the financing modes that are followed in financing the development of Waqf in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It shows the old and modem modes that are usually used for financing Waqf. It also shows some of the other countries' experiences that have reasonably good experiments in this field such as Waqf fund in Kuwait Waqf shares in Sudan. In addition, it looks for the most impo11ant issues that prevent financing the development of Waqf in the KSA. Finally, this thesis reached that the consent financing modes are not enough for the development of Waqf. It also finds that the major issues that prevent the development of Waqf was focusing on the long and complicated government procedures, lack of Waqf separate union and lack of codified policies & legislation for Awqaf. At the end, it concludes that the financing side is the most important element for the success of Waqf sector. So, attention must be paid to this aspect as well as other aspects and some of the recommendations given in the end for the paper issue.

This thesis deals with the effect of irradiation on growth of tomato seeds. Tomato seeds were irradiated using x-ray radiation and Gamma ray radiation for different period of time. To grow those samples were supplied by magnetized water and tap water. Which reveals that the sample irradiated using x-ray radiation for three minutes and irrigating with tap and magnetized water was grown in 20 and 8 days respectively. The sample which irradiated for six minutes reveals the result of growth in 9 and 10 days respectively.In case of Gamma radiation the samples was exposure for 15 and 30 minutes. For the samples which exposure for 15 minutes and irrigating with tap water and magnetized water it was grown in 7 days for magnetized water and not yet grown for tap water.While the tomato seeds which exposure to Gamma rays radiation with tap and magnetized water was found that they were grown in 10 days for both samples. In conclusion, the samples which exposure for short period of time to irradiation and magnetized water was grown fast.

تشكل السياحة أحد الركائز الأساسية في الاقتصاد العالمي ، ويعود الفضل في ذلك إلى شيوع المفاهيم الإيجابية للعولمة القائمة على حرية انتقال الموارد البشرية ورأس المال والمعلومات والتكنولوجيا دونما أية قيود تحد من هذه الحرية ، حيث حققت السياحة الدولية نموا متسارعا ، و استطاعت بعض الدول منها العربية أن تستفيد بشكل متزايد من النمو السياحي العالمي، في حين تحاول دول أخرى مثل الجزائر الاستفادة من النمو السياحي العالمي وذلك كله لأجل الاستفادة من تلك التجارب العربية الناجحة. وفيما يخص حالة الجزائر فإنه وعلى الرغم من أن الجزائر تتمتع بالكثير من المقومات السياحية التي تمكنها من منافسة العديد من البلدان ، إلا أننا نرى وبكل موضوعية أنه لازال يواجه العديد من العراقيل. وعلى المستوى العربي ، وعلى الرغم من امتلاكه مقومات سياحية كبيرة إلا أن حصته من السياحة العالمية لا تتجاوز نسبة خمسة في المائة، وهي لا تتناسب مع ما يزخر به العالم العربي من ثروات مختلفة، وقد أدرك العالم العربي أهمية قطاع السياحة في النمو الاقتصادي وتخفيف حدة الفقر وتخفيف معدلات البطالة، ووضع الاهتمام بالتعاون العربي في هذا المجال في مقدمة أولوياته.

Dans cette thèse, on s’interresse aux équations intégrales singulières de type Cauchy, avec lesquelles on peut modéliser la plupart des problèmes de la physique. Ces équations ont une grande importance dans les mathématiques car il y a un lien très étroit entre ces équations et l’analyse fonctionnelle et la théorie des opérateurs. On a traité quelques méthodes analytiques et numériques qui nous ont permi d’utiliser les techniques des splines.

يعد المسرح الشعري من أهم الفنون الأدبية ، بحيث يمتزج فيه الشعر الغنائي بالدراما ويعتمد هذا النوع من المسرح على مواصفات شعرية ، سواء كان شعرا عموديا أو الشعر الحر ، وهذا لبناء النص المسرحي ، بحيث يتضمن مجموعة من العناصر التي يمكن أن نسميها بخصائص المسرح الشعري، من لغة وأسلوب و شخصيات و حوار ورموز وغيرها بحيث تناولنا في هذا البحث المسرح الشعري وخصائصه من خلال مسرحية الأميرة تنتظر للكاتب المصري صلاح عبد الصبور، وحاولت الإجابة عن التساؤلات المتعلقة بالبحث . وتطرقت إلى مفهوم المسرح عامة والمسرح الشعري خاصة ، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور خصائص المسرح الشعري في بناء هذه المسرحية .وختمنا بحثنا ببعض النتائج التي توصلنا إليها من خلال هذه الدراسة ، ومنها أن عبد الصبور قد وفق في وضع خصائص المسرحية الشعرية .The poetic theater is one of the most important literary arts, in which the lyrical poetry is mixed with drama. This type of theater is based on poetic specifications, whether it is vertical poetry or free poetry. This is to construct theatrical text.
