مستخلص البحث أن الكفاءة التعليمية لمعلم اللغة العربية هي قدرة المعلم على فهم خصائص أو قدرات الطلاب من خلال الطرائق المختلفة هي فهم الطلاب من خلال تطور المعرفي الطلاب وتصميم خطة الدراسي وتنفيذ التعليم وتقويم النتائج التعليمية كذلك تطوير الطلاب لتفعيل الإمكانات. وأما الدوافع التعليمية هي قوة المحرك من داخل نفس الأحد لأداء التعليمية لزيادة المعرفة والمهارة والخبرة. فإن دافعية التعلم هي التشجيع الذي يأتي من داخل وخارج الطلبة الذي يتعلمون لإجراء تغييرات على السلوك بشكل عام وروح أو رغبة لتعلم. والباحثة تحاول أن تصف الكفاءة التعليمية للمعلم مما يقع بمدرسة "روضة الخير" الثانوية الإسلامية بروبولينجو وأن تصف دوافع الطلبة في تعلم اللغة العربية، وتحليل ارتباط بينهما في تعلم اللغة العربية. أن هذا البحث يهدف عن الأمور الآتية : (1) وصف الكفاءة التعليمية لمعلم اللغة العربية في مدرسة "روضة الخير" الثانوية الإسلامية بروبولينجو. (2) وصف مما يكون دافعية الطلبة في تعلم اللغة العربية في مدرسة "روضة الخير" الثانوية الإسلامية بروبولينجو. (3) وصف ارتباط بين الكفاءة التعليمية لمعلم اللغة العربية ودافعية الطلبة في تعلم اللغة العربية بمدرسة "روضة الخير" الثانوية الإسلامية بروبولينجو. تستخدم الباحثة المدخل الكمي حيث ابتدأت هذه الدراسة بالتفكير الاستنباطي للوصول إلى فرضية البحث ثم قامت بتنظيم العملية وتحليلها من أجل اختبار الفرضية في الميدان وفي الأخير أخذ الاستنباط من البيانات التجربية. أما نوع المنهج فهو المنهج الارتباطي يعني منهج البحث الذي تهتم لكشف عن العلاقات بين المتغيرتين أو أكثر لمعرفة مدى الارتباط بين هذه المتغيرات والتعبير عنها بصورة رقمية. أن نتائج البحث، كفاءة المعلم التعليمية اللغة العربية في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية "روضة الخير" بروبولينجو ويدل على المؤهل الجيد جدا. هذا يظهر بالحساب إحصائي (spss) 16 بالنتيجة المتوسط (M) 77 والانحراف المعياري (S) 3 على الفاصلة 74-80. ودافعية الطلاب لتعلم اللغة العربة في هذه يدل على درجة المتوسطة، يعني بالمتوسط (M ) 50، 2 والانحراف المعياري (S) 6،5 على الفاصلة 34-58 . والإرتباط بين الكفاءة التعليمية لمعلم اللغة العربية ودافعية الطلبة في تعلم اللغة العربية بهذه المدرسة في درجة المتوسطة بالنتيجة 0،42 ABSTRACT Arabic language teacher pedagogical competence is the ability of a teacher to understand the characteristics or capabilities of the students through various means, the main is to understand the students through student cognitive development, learning to design and implementation, and evaluation of learning outcomes well as the development potential of the student. While the motivation to learn is a boost to one's soul in doing learning to increase knowledge, skills and experience. Without the motivation of a person can never achieve the goals she wanted. Here the researchers attempted to discuss pedagogical competence of teachers of Arabic in MA "Roudhotul Khoir" Probolinggo and student motivation in learning the Arabic language and analyze the correlation between them. The purpose of this study was to: (1) determine the level of pedagogical competence of teachers of Arabic in MA "Roudhotul Khoir" Probolinggo. (2) Determine the student's motivation in learning Arabic in MA "Roudhotul Khoir" Probolinggo. (3) the correlation between pedagogical competence Arabic teacher with student motivation in learning Arabic in MA "Roudhotul Khoir" Probolinggo. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of research that is correlative research methods that reveal the relationship between two or more variables to determine the correlation between these variables and expose it as a number. Based on the research results can be described as follows: pedagogical competence of teachers of Arabic in MA "Roudhotul Khoir" Probolinggo showed very good category. This is evidenced in the calculation of SPSS 16, with the average yield (M) 77 and the standard deviation (S) 3 at intervals of 74-80. Student motivation in learning Arabic indicate the medium category, which average (M) 50.2 with a standard deviation (S) of 6.5 at intervals of 34-58. The correlation between pedagogical competence Arabic teacher and student motivation in learning Arabic in schools showed medium category with a result of 0.42. ABSTRAK Kompetensi pedagogik guru bahasa arab merupakan kemampuan seorang guru dalam memahami karakteristik atau kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh murid melalui berbagai cara, yang utama yaitu dengan memahami murid melalui perkembangan kognitif murid, merancang pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan pembelajaraan serta evaluasi hasil belajar sekaligus pengembangan potensi murid. Sedangkan motivasi belajar adalah dorongan jiwa seseorang dalam melakukan pembelajaran untuk menambah pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman. Tanpa motivasi seseorang tidak pernah bisa mencapai tujuan yang ia inginkan. Di sini peneliti berusaha membahas kompetensi pedagogik guru bahasa Arab di MA “Roudhotul khoir” Probolinggo dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab serta menganalisis korelasi diantara keduanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui tingkat kompetensi pedagogik guru bahasa Arab di MA “Roudhotul Khoir” Probolinggo. (2) Mengetahui motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di MA “Roudhotul Khoir” Probolinggo. (3) mengetahui korelasi antara kompetensi pedagogik guru bahasa Arab dengan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di MA “Roudhotul khoir” Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelatif yakni metode penelitian yang mengungkapkan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih untuk mengetahui korelasi antara variabel-variabel ini dan memaparkannya dalam bentuk angka. Berdasakan hasil penelitian dapat dipaparkan sebagai berikut: kompetensi pedagogik guru bahasa Arab di MA “ Roudhotul Khoir” Probolinggo menunjukkan kategori sangat baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dalam perhitungan SPSS 16 dengan hasil rata-rata (M) 77 dan standar deviasi (S) 3 pada interval 74-80. Motivasi siswa dalam belajar bahasa Arab menunjukkan kategori sedang, yang mana rata-rata (M) 50,2 dengan standar deviasi (S) 6,5 pada interval 34-58. Korelasi antara kompetensi pedagogik guru bahasa Arab dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar bahasa Arab di sekolah ini menunjukkan kategori sedang dengan hasil 0,42.

تناول هذا البحث دور الأمم المتحدة في حل نزاع دارفور، وموقف الحكومة السودانية من هذا التدخل، في ظل تعقيدات تتعلق بحقوق السيادة الداخلية ومخاطر التدخل الأجنبي. هدف البحث إلي تحليل دور الأمم المتحدة ومشروعية تدخلها في نزاع دارفور ومدي توافق أو تعارض هذا التدخل مع مبادئ وتوجهات سياسة الحكومة السودانية، ومسارات تطور العلاقة بين الطرفين في إطار الشراكة من أجل حل النزاع. تم في هذا البحث استخدام المنهج الاستقرائي التاريخي، والمنهج الاستدلالي والمقارن، والمنهج الاحصائي الوصفي من خلال الدراسة الميدانية في ولاية شمال دارفور لعينة من 302 مستجيب في تسع من محليات الولاية البالغة 18 محلية. خلص البحث إلي أن مجتمع دارفور قد تقبل تدخل الأمم المتحدة في حل النزاع وتفاعل مع برامجه وأنشطته، كذلك خلص البحث إلي وجود مستويات جيدة من التنسيق والتعاون بين الحكومة السودانية والأمم المتحدة في حل النزاع وتعزيز وبناء السلام، كنتيجة لتفهم الطرفين لاعتبارات الأمن الاقليمي والدولي، وحقوق السيادة الداخلية، كذلك حافظت الأمم المتحدة علي الحياد تجاه أطراف النزاع وتمكنت من تقديم خدمات كبيرة في مجالات التنمية الاقتصادية وبناء السلام والمصالحة. أوصي البحث بتكثيف الجهود الاعلامية للأمم المتحدة، والمحافظة علي استراتيجية حكومية مستقرة تجاه الأمم المتحدة، وضرورة إعادة النظر في استراتيجيات هيئات الأمم المتحدة، وجعلها أكثر حيادية، مع وضع أسس واضحة لمنع استغلال مؤسسات الأمم المتحدة في خدمة مصالح دولية خاصة، كذلك إعداد الدراسات الاجتماعية للبحث عن أسباب النزاعات القبلية وعوامل الاستقرار الاجتماعي في دارفورThis research discusses the role of the United Nations in resolving Darfur conflict, and the Sudanese government's position on this intervention, in light of the difficulties related to internal sovereignty rights and the risk of foreign interference. The purpose of the research is to analyze the role of the United Nations and the legitimacy of its intervention in Darfur conflict and its coincidence with the principles and policies of the Sudanese Government and the development of the relationship between the two parties within the framework of the partnership to resolve the conflict. The research used the historical inductive method, the comparative approach, and descriptive statistical methodology through a field study in the state of North Darfur for a sample of 302 respondents in nine localities.The study concluded that there are good levels of coordination and cooperation between the Sudanese government and the United Nations in conflict resolution and the promotion and building of peace, as a result of the understanding of the considerations of regional and international security, and Internal sovereignty rights.The United Nations has maintained its neutrality towards the parties to the conflict and has been able to provide substantial services in the areas of economic development, peace building and reconciliation. The study recommended intensifying the media efforts of the United Nations, and maintaining a stable government strategy towards the United Nations, and to rethink the strategies of the United Nations bodies and make them more neutral, with clear grounds for preventing the exploitation of the United Nations in favor of international powers, and increase researches on causes of tribal conflicts and factors of social stability in Darfur.

الملخــص :حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث الذي قمنا به معالجة موضوع " دور التكوين في تطوير الكفاءات في المؤسسات العمومية الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية لمديرية التربية لولاية تلمسان " وهذا نظرا للأهمية الكبيرة لهذا الموضوع في الوقت الراهن .ويعتبر التكوين اليوم ضروري في كل المؤسسات العمومية وخاصة في قطاع التربية لولاية تلمسان من أجل تحديث و تجديد المعلومات وتوفير المهارات المطلوبة لتطوير المورد البشري في المؤسسة العمومية وتصبح هذا الأخيرة تملك الكفاءة التي تبحث عليها من أجل تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة و تحقيق البقاء و النمو .وقد توصلنا أيضا من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي قمنا بها إلى أن عملية التكوين أصبحت تلعب دورا حاسما في قطاع التربية لولاية تلمسان وتوفر له كل الوسائل المادية و البشرية من أجل رفع كفاءة الموظف وتحسين العملية التعليمية .Résumé:Nous avons essayé à travers cette recherche, le traitement du thème portons «Le rôle de la formation dans le développement des compétences dans les institutions publiques algériennes une étude sur le terrain de la Direction de l'Education de Tlemcen" Ceci est dû à la grande importance de ce sujet pour le moment.configuration Aujourd'hui est nécessaire dans toutes les institutions publiques, en particulier dans le secteur de l'éducation de Tlemcen afin de mettre à jour et de renouveler l'information et de fournir les compétences nécessaires pour le développement des ressources humaines dans l'établissement public et de devenir ces derniers ont des rendements qui les recherchent dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs soulignés et atteindre la survie et la croissance.Nous avons également atteint par le biais d'une étude sur le terrain que nous avons fait dans le processus de configuration a joué un rôle crucial dans le secteur de l'éducation de Tlemcen et de fournir lui avec toutes les ressources matérielles et humaines afin d'élever des employés et d'améliorer l'efficacité du processus éducatifAbstract.We have tried through this research we have done to address the theme "The role of training in the development of competencies in the Algerian public institutions a field study of the Directorate of Education for the State of Tlemcen" This is because of the great importance of this topic at the moment.Today configuration is necessary in all public institutions, especially in the education sector of Tlemcen in order to update and renew the information and provide the skills required for the development of human resource in the public institution and become the latter have efficiencies that are looking them in order to achieve the objectives underlined and achieve survival and growth.We have also reached through a field study that we've made to the configuration process has played a crucial role in the education sector of Tlemcen and provide him with all the material and human resources in order to raise employee and improve the efficiency of the educational process.

لقد شهدت الطريقة التيجانية منذ تأسيسها مضايقات من قبل السلطة العثمانية، بسبب المكانة الكبيرة التي كان يحظى بها مؤسسها أحمد التيجاني وسط الصحراء الجزائرية، والتفاف الأهالي حوله، وانتشار طريقته بشكل سريع ملفت للانتباه، الأمر الذي اقلق بايات الغرب، فقاموا بتضييق الخناق عليه وشن حملات عسكرية متكررة على منطقة عين ماضي المركز الرئيسي للطريقة التيجانية للحد من نفوذها.

ABSTRAK Tujuan pembelajaran tarjamah di jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab Fakultas Humaniora dan Budaya UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang adalah memberikan ketrampilan menerjemah kepada para mahasiswa sehingga mereka dapat berwirausaha dengannya. Namun belum ada buku yang mereka hasilkan. Oleh karena itu, kajian tentang kemampuan tarjamah mahasiswa jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab menjadi sangat penting. Sehingga dapat diketahui bagaimana tingkat kemampuan tarjamah dan sebab-sebabnya. Maka peneliti telah melakukan penelitian tentang permasalahan ini, dan membatasi rumusan masalahnya: (1) Bagaimana kemampuan mahasiswa jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab dalam menerjemah teks keagamaan? (2) Apa sajakah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan mahasiswa jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab dalam menerjemah teks keagamaan? Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam tesis ini adalah metode kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi terjemahan mahasiswa dan untuk mengungkapkan data-data deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kemampuan tarjamah mahasiswa jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab adalah “cukup”. Dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan tarjamah mahasiswa jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab adalah faktor kelemahan dan faktor pendukung. Adapun faktor kelemahannya adalah tidak intensifnya latihan menerjemah, lemahnya penguasaan kaidah bahasa Arab (nahwu dan shorof), lemahnya kemampuan tulis-menulis bahasa Indonesia, lemahnya kemampuan penggunaan kamus Arab-Indonesia, kurang tersedianya fasilitas yang mendukung pembelajaran tarjamah di jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab. Sementara faktor pendukungnya adalah mahasiswa senang belajar tarjamah, tidak adanya keterpaksaan masuknya mereka ke dalam konsentrasi tarjamah, mahasiswa senang menerjemah teks Arab ke bahasa Indonesia, dosen yang disenangi mahasiswa, menguasai materi ajar, metode pembelajaran yang menarik, kurikulum yang menunjang, suasana pembelajaran tarjamah yang mendukung. ABSTRACT Translation study in Arabic department, faculty of humanity and culture, State Islamic University Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang has a purpose to give students some life skill on translation, so they can create their own job, being an entrepreneur or a translator. But, there are no books that have been published from the student’s translation. So, research about translation capability of Arabic department student is being important. Then, can be known about their translation capability and many factors that cause it. Therefore, the researcher has been done a research about this and limits the problems in: (1) How high translation capability of Arabic department students on religion’s text? (2) What are the factors that influent translation capability of Arabic department students on religion’s text? The research method used by the researcher is qualitative method to evaluate student’s translation, and describe data descriptively. And the results of research are the translation capability of Arabic department students on religion’s text is in enough level. And the factors that influent their translation capability divided in two factor negative factor and positive factor. Negative factors are practice on translation not intensively, weakness of understanding Arabic grammar, weakness of writing skill in Indonesian language, weakness of using Arabic-Indonesian dictionary, and less means available that support translation study in Arabic department. And positive factors are students like studying translation, there are no force entering translation specialization, students like translating Arabic text to Indonesian language, students like translation lecturer, lecturer mastering lecturing materials, cheerful learning method, supporting curriculum, and supporting environment to studying translation.

Notre recherche porte sur l'étude «L'image du père dans la gloire de mon père de Marcel Pagnol». Dans cette étude, nous présentons une analyse de l'image du père. Cette mémoire vise à déceler l'image de la personnalité du père et son effet sur la personnalité du fils. En adoptant l'approche psychologique, nous avons étudié le concept du père dans ses dimensions psychologiques, sociales et littéraires.Nous avons aussi analysé l'image du père et sa relation paternelle avec son fils dans la gloire de mon père (The subject of our research revolves around the study of the image of the father in 'My Father's Glory' by Marcel Pagnol. In this study we propose an analysis of the image of the father. This thesis aims to reveal the father's personality image and its effect on the son's personality. Relying on the psychological method, we studied the concept of the father in the psychological, social, and literary dimensions. By following the analytical method, we also came to know the image of the father and his paternal relationship with his son in My Father's Glory).

Notre étude a été réalisée sur deux volets, la technique de l’insémination artificielle et la maitrise des paramètres zootechniques afin d’assurer un taux de fertilité élevé.L’insémination artificielle est mise en oeuvre communément chez certaines espèces d’oiseaux d’élevage. C’est le mode de reproduction principal utilisé chez la dinde.La reproduction assistée permet également de préserver la diversité génétique et donc participe à la conservation de l’espèce. Elle évite également les éventuelles blessures pouvant survenir au cours de l’accouplement, peut réduire le stress, diminue le risque sanitaire via les semences contrôlées (transmission de certaines maladies sexuellement transmissibles ou maladies contagieuses) et facilite la reproduction lors de dimorphisme sexuel important. Enfin, elle peut accroître considérablement la fertilité.La remarquable amélioration des performances de reproduction dans les espèces avicoles au cours des dernières décennies est le résultat d’une stratégie ayant impliqué une ou plusieurs des étapes telles que le contrôle quantitatif de la production de gamètes des 2 sexes en relation avec une meilleure maitrise de l’environnement (photopériode, température, nutrition) et le développement des techniques spécifiques d’insémination artificielle par espèce aux niveaux parentaux et grand-parentaux. Plusieurs objectifs importants restent toutefois à atteindre, parmi lesquels la maîtrise de la congélation du sperme dans des conditions compatibles avec son utilisation industrielle en génétique et en sélection, l’obtention de résultats de fertilité élevés chez des femelles jeunes ou âgées inséminées avec de petites quantités de spermatozoïdes.Notre travail sera consacré en première partie aux rappels anatomiques relatifs à l’appareil reproducteur, la physiologie de la reproduction dont les caractéristiques sont indispensables à connaître pour maîtriser l’insémination, une deuxième partie abordera les techniques de contrôle du cycle sexuel de la femelle et du mâle, Une troisième partie décrira la technique d’insémination artificiel.
