هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي مفهوم الضريبة على أرباح الشركات و أثرها على قرار التمويل في المؤسسة الإقتصادية المؤسسة الجهوية للهندسة الريفية "بابر" -جيجل، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن أثر للضريبة على أرباح الشركات يكون إيجابي كلما كان معدلها مرتفع و ذلك يجب ان يكون مصحوب بارتفاع نسبة الإقتراض في هيكل رظاس المال و هذا ما يحقق وفر ضريبي نتيجة خفض الوعاء الضريبي للمؤسسة.

This dissertation sheds light on one influential aspect of the Cold War that is the cultural one. In addition to political and economic propaganda, the cold war was waged on important cultural propaganda fronts that proved its effectiveness and appeared to be more powerful than other weapons used in a real battlefield. It studies the Cultural weapons in Saunders’ the CIA and World of Arts and Letters, analyses James Bond novels and movies and highlights their contribution to the cold war in addition to the reflection of the cold war through songs. It also stresses the importance of expanding studies of the cold war beyond the traditional explanatory value of geopolitics boundaries to a cultural cold war study and explains the efforts made to utilize propaganda and culture as a successful strategy in the battle of hearts and mind.

في هذا البحث تم القيام بدراسة تحليلية وقياسية لأثر النفقات العامة على التنمية البشرية في الجزائر خلالالف ترة الزمنية ) 2114 1661 (، ففي مستهل هذا العمل تم التطرق إلى الإطار النظري للنفقات العامة والتنمية -البشرية، كما تم إبراز علاقة الربط والصلة ما بين الإنفاق العام والتنمية البشرية. ومن خلال المعطيات الإحصائيةتم تتبع تطور الإنفاق العام والوقوف على واقع التنمية البشرية في الجزائر.بغية الوصول إلى نتائج تطبيقية تم استخدام نماذج الإنحدار ذات المتجه والنماذج ذات المتغيرات المتأخرةزمنيا فتوصلة الدراسة إلى أن هناك تأثير للنفقات العامة على التنمية البشرية يظهره تطور مؤشرها ومؤشراتمكوناتها الأساسية ويكون هذا الأثر في الغالب من متوسط إلى بعيد المدى وضعيف بالنسبة لمؤشر التعليم.

Dans un marché concurrentiel, les banques se trouvent face au défi d’élargir ses gammes de produits et ses offres de services et d’intéresser aux exigences de la clientèle et celles du marché.De ce fait, le recours aux stratégies de fidélisation et l’adoption d’un plan marketing orienté vers la satisfaction des besoins et désirs des clients de la meilleure façon possible est une condition impérative de succès et de pérennité de toute entreprise bancaire.Notre étude consiste à analyser les stratégies de fidélisation dans le secteur bancaire précisément à la banque « Crédit Populaire d’Algérie », dans un tel contexte notre problématique s’articule autour de la question centrale :« Quelles sont les techniques et les politiques mises en œuvres par le CPA pour fidéliser sa clientèle et quels sont les effets de ces dernières ? »Il ressort dans notre étude que le CPA gère ses produits et services et elle essaye d’anticiper sur les attentes et besoins de ses clients pour satisfaire les exigences et de renforcer sa relation avec eux de sorte à les garder et assurer leur fidélité à long terme.

Swimming is an important recreational activity in most people, there is a high demand for the use of swimming pools, which makes them more susceptible to microbes and be a vector of infectious diseases, thus increasing the percentage of injuries and risks caused by their use. Accordingly, preventive measures and measures must be put in place to reduce the risk of these places. So we have done tests of swimming pool water, where the biological factor is an indication of the health of the water and make it safer when using, the greatest damage is biological. In this research we dealt with the three most important microbial tests approved by the Palestinian Ministry of Health and global health, namely total chain reaction, and to investigate the compliance of swimming pools water with environmental and puplic healthy agencies , guidelines, and regulations.The samples taken showed that the bacteria screening of all did not exceed the standards approved by the Palestinian Ministry of Health and World . But check been showed that 8.3% of the sample is not matching adopted in the pools A, B and E for , and in pool C presented in 66% of the sample were not accepted but presented about 40% in pool D which were not acceptable to Palestinian criteria. As for the E. coli bacteria, they appeared in one sample each in A, B and C, while Pool Ewas clean and did not appear in any sample. Quite the opposite in Pool D which had of E.coliin two samples.And for the first time, we did a reaction of these samples, to confirm the presence of these types of bacteria, in addition to knowing the microbes that were present in the pool before. We also took samples from the backwash of the filters and were examined by polymerase chain reaction and we noticed the presence of numbers of bacteria common between the samples and thus confirm the passage of swimming pool water, so the result is interrelated between the pool and the filter and the relationship is strong between them in getting better results for swimming pool

In recent years, there was an improvement in utilizing solar energyand using solar applications in Sudan. This improvement requiresawareness of using this technology and collaboration among allpeople who have been involved in this process.In this study, an attempt is made to architecturally incorporate ofsolar applications with different buildings in Sudan. Mounting ofsolar applications within buildings in Sudan is not according to anyarchitectural standards. That, therefore, led to losses of itsappearance within buildings.Special emphasis on buildings in Khartoum has been made.Samples from different types of buildings have been chosen as acase study, and have been analyzed to indicate how these buildingsaccept this technology and to study the architectural value of thisintegration.In addition to that, conclusions and recommendations for buildingsintegrated solar applications have been made, together with someguidelines for further studies. The goal is to have the solarbuilding.
