الملخص باللغة العربية:يتناول موضوع مذكرتنا الموسومة ب"ظواهر تركيبية في جزء عم " فضاء لمعالجة بعض الجوانب التركيبية كظاهرتي التقديم والتأخيروظاهرة الحذف لما لهذه الظواهر من جزالة في التراكيب ورصانة في النظم،كما لا يمكن لأي قارئ أن يتوصل بفهمه البسيط إلى مكنونات وأسرار هذه العناصر الدقيقة لأنها تحتاج لىقارئ حذق يغوص في أغوار النص القرآني ويستنبط منه الأساليب المحكمة، كما يسلط البحث الضوء على ظاهرتي الزيادة النحوية والتكرار من حيث هما في السائد لا يخرجان عن كونهما عنصرين لا يستخدمان إلا في التعابير البسيطة على عكس ماتم تداوله في القرآن الكريم إذ أصبح استخدامها وجها بلاغيا مخصوصا فليس كل تكرار ممل ولا كل زيادة نحوية ليس لها ضرورة بيانية،علاوة على ذلك فقد تناول البحث ظاهرتي الالتفات والاعتراض.

This is not an exhibition.is a platform for experimentation in the public spaces of the citythrough timely interventions in the form of installations, performances, discussions, walks, etc. These interventions aim at questioning and contesting established artistic and curatorial practices by transgressing the normalization of social, political and urban dynamics in the spaces they take place in and invite the audience to participate in the production of the works. The pilot version of This is not an exhibition. And this is not Beirut.,engages with Beirut in the aftermath of the August 4 explosion through artistic interventions taking place in public. The works produced shed light on the present and the reality of the city, as opposed to projecting an illusory future in which the city'sinhabitantsare mere observers of the city'stransformations. Public installations have been utilized since the mid 1990s in Beirut as a means to counter the reconstructive policies urban development by the company Solidere (Société Libanaise pour le Développement et la Reconstruction du Centre-ville de Beyrouth) which reshaped the city and erased its collective memory. In the wake of the explosion, there is a lingering fear of continuity of this mnemonic politics of erasure and further displacement of its residents. The works presented on this platform are non-representational and engage with the present and reality of the city rather than projecting a unified image of Beirut. Concocted in the BePubliclab –a timely experimental lab engaging with the social, political and urban dynamics that form the given space–This is not an exhibition. And this is not Beirut.,maps out the produced interventions across different points of the city. Through these works, the audiences are invited to navigate and explore the space of the city across a myriad of contributions, not restricted to a medium or an approach. The multimedia and multidisciplinary platform in the form of a website archives the produced spatial and temporal ruptures in Beirut. By navigating the city,we are able to perceive it in its heterogeneous fragments, instead of a collective and enforced romanticization of the blast. The importance of these works lies in the process, through which we allow ourselves to discover the needs of social, economic, political and urban spheres as we frame their ruptures

Le facteur Rhésus, qui tire son nom du fait que sa découverte fut faible en 1940, désigne l'an· protéine pouvant se trouver à la surface des globules rouge du sang. L "incompatibilité au système Rhésus entre les groupes sanguins de la mère et de l'enfant enfant Rh(+) ) peut donner lieu a l'hémolyse des globules rouges du foetus . C'est ce qu'on appelle la maladie hémolytique du nouveau- né. · Chez les bébés souffrants de cette maladie, la destruction des globules rouges libère un pigment je.jeune. labilirubine, qui sera à l'origine d'un ictère à partir de 80 à 1 OOmgl) ( 8h après la naissance) . Cette situation est devenue rarissime aujourd'hui. on peut généralement la prévenir grâce à une injection . d'immunoglobuline anti-D dés la première naissance d'un bébé rhésus positif. L'incompatibilité Rhésus ne se l manifeste que lorsque la femme était déjà en contact avec des globules Rhésus positif, transfusion àu sang Rhésus positif précédente grossesse ... etc. dans toutes ces situations_ l'injection des gammaglobulines anti-D . les 72 heures qui suivent la mise en contacte possible de l'organisme avec les globules rouge Rhésus positifévite la fernme de devenir immunisée.

La critique littéraire a rencontré un nouvel essor depuis la découverte de la psychanalyse par SigmundFreud. L’oeuvre, désormais, comporte un nouveau sens en relation étroite avec le psychisme de l’écrivain.Inconsciemment, l’auteur au moment où il écrit son récit, il dessine un autre tableau caché entre leslignes. Dans ce travail, nous adopterons la méthode psychanalytique pour aller à la recherche del’inconscient d’Albert Camus dans son dernier texte inachevé Le Premier Homme. SummaryLiterary criticism got a new path when psychoanalysis has been discovered by Freud Sigmund.And since then the literary book carries a new meaning is closely related to the psychology of theauthor. Author draws unconsciously a hidden picture between the lines of his book. Through thiswork I will try to study the unconscious of Albert Camus in his last novel, which he was not able tocomplete.

تنطلق هذه الدراسة من الحاجة إلى إعادةِ تناول "حالة الاستثناء" الّتي بُحِثَتْ كظاهرةٍ مؤقّتة وعابرة، حيث تبحث الدراسة حالة الاستثناء كحالةٍ دائمة ومُستدامة ومُطبّعة في الأنظمة السياسية، وتؤسّس لمفهوم "نظام الاستثناء"، وتفتح الباب أمام تصنيف جديد للأنظمةِ السياسية، بعيدًا عن التصنيف المُتمحوِّر حول ثُنائي "ديمقراطي" و"استبدادي". وتنطوي الدراسة على مُعالجة سوسيوسياسية تجمع بين حقليّ النظرية السياسية والنظرية الاجتماعية، حيث تُسائل الجانبِ السياسي لحالةِ الاستثناء كما جاءت عند أهمّ مُنظّريها كارل شميت ووالتر بنيامين وجورجو أغامبين، بالإضافة إلى مُحاولتها تقديم إجابات على التساؤلات حول الاستثناء من خِلال بحث نظرية الهابيتوس لـ بيير بورديو، فمُعادلة نظام الاستثناء تقوم على توازُن مُعتدل بين بنية دستورية ظاهرة وبنية غير دستورية مُبطّنة، ثُم ينفذ الاستثناء إلى الأُطُر السياسية والاجتماعية عبر هابيتوس مُشكَّل من ثلاثةِ مُكوِّنات تمتلك كُلّ منها أدواتها الّتي تُساعد على تطبيع الاستثناء وترسيخه، وهي الاستبداد، والمُهدِّدات الحقيقة والمُتخيّلة، والقبول المُجتمعي. وفي ذلك، اتّخذتْ النظرية من حالة روسيا الاتّحادية فضاءً عمليًا للبحث والتنقيب عن تشكُّل نظام الاستثناء وتطبيعه وبقائه، وتوصّلتْ إلى أنّ النظام الروسي الّذي تشكّل بعد سقوط الاتّحاد السوفيّيتي هو نظام استثناء، أي أنّه تشكّل من خِلال حالة استثناء، والّتي تحوّلت إلى سِمة أساسية في النظام، وبها كذلك يستمد مقدرته على البقاء.

يخضع قاضي التحقيق في أداء مهمته كمحقق لرقابة غرفة الاتهام، بالدرجة الأولى، كما انه يخضع أيضا ولو بدرجة اقل لرقابة أطراف الدعوى، أما الرقابة على أعمال قاضي التحقيق القضائية فتتم بواسطة الطعن عن طريق الاستئناف الذي يرفع أمام غرفة الاتهام في الأوامر القضائية التي يصدرها قاضي التحقيق، ومنه تمارس غرفة الاتهام رقابتها على قاضي التحقيق كهيئة تحقيق من الدرجة الثانية.ومن جهة أخرى يخضع أمر قاضي التحقيق بإرسال مستندات الدعوى إلى النائب العام عند الانتهاء من التحقيق في المواد الجنائية، إلى نظام خاص حيث تمارس غرفة الاتهام رقابتها عليه بصفة آلية ولو غياب أي استئناف وتقتضي هذه الرقابة إجراءات مميزة ينظمها قانون الإجراءات الجزائية الجزائري.

Les procédés d’oxydation avancée (POAs) s’intègrent dans le développement durable du fait de leur impact environnemental et leur coût. Ce sont des technologies viables et prometteuses pour la remédiation des sols contaminés par les composés organiques récalcitrants, persistants,… tels que les hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques (HAP), les biphényles polychlorés (PCB) et les hydrocarbures pétroliers. Ce travail a pour objet l’étude de différents procédés d’oxydation avancée et leurs applications pour la remédiation des sols pollués par les polluants organiques. Parmi les POAs, nous nous intéresserons aux procédés Fenton, l’ozonation et la photocatalyse hétérogène. En dehors de l'effet de la dose de l’oxydant en tant que facteur d'influence majeur, certaines informations tels les caractéristiques de polluants, l'intensité lumineuse, les caractéristiques du sol et le pH affectent l’efficacité du traitement. L’adjonction, par exemple, d’agents chélatans sur les POA traditionnels et l'utilisation combinée de POA avec d'autres techniques (par exemple, la bioremédiation) sont également documentées et discutées.
