L’étude d’une structure en génie civil établie non seulement la bonne conception mais aussi la réalisation qui se considère comme l’étape déterminant du succès de cette dernière (étude). Ainsi les connaissances théoriques s’avèrent incomplet pour accomplir une réalisation exemplaire.L’exploration de notre projet en question nous a permis d’évaser continuellement nos connaissances (théoriques en générale et expérimentales en particulier) acquises le long de notre formation spécialisée.De cette manière, l’étude idéale doit-être suivie d’une exécution absolue, en effet, le délai de réalisation, le choix et la bonne disposition du système de contreventement, le bonne adoption des matériaux de construction, la perfection de la variante de modélisation, le choix du type de l’infrastructure…sont les facteurs déterminant du résultat heureux de l’étude d’une ossature de la construction civil.La prise en main du logiciel de modélisation (SAP2000) nous a autorisé une nouvelle perception du comportement dynamique de la structure vis-à-vis des sollicitations qui a été une partie absurde au sein de notre imagination.

Les méthodes de seuillage d’histogrammes sont souvent considérées comme des méthodes de segmentation d’images privilégiées. Ces méthodes reposent sur l’exploitation de l’histogramme monodimensionnel de l’image qui caractérise la distribution des niveaux de gris. Cependant les performances de ces méthodes se dégradent rapidement lorsque les images à seuiller sont trop bruitées. Afin d’éviter ce problème des méthodes plus robustes basées sur l’histogramme bidimensionnel ont été proposées. Contrairement à l’histogramme monodimensionnel, construit en tenant compte que du niveau de gris d’un seulpixel, l’histogramme bidimensionnel tient compte à la fois du niveau de gris d’un pixel et de l’information locale. Dans ce cas un couple de seuils doit être déterminé. Cependant cette extension nécessite un temps de calcul très élevé. L’objectif de ce mémoire consiste à accélérer les calculs en faisant appel aux techniques d’optimisation méta-heuristiques.

The design of workplaces is impacting the national economies through its impression on worker productivity. Design professionals and facility managers have to develop a productive workplace where users are satisfied with the built environment. Therefore, the development of a quantification tool to assess the supportive level of a built environment toward productivity and user satisfaction is vital for any organization to accommodate economic development and its required present and future modifications. This research present an assessment tool to rank the workplace environment and evaluate user satisfaction in those environments. The literature was reviewed to identify the factors that affect workplace productivity. Then, the factors were evaluated by 90 local experts to evaluate the importance that each factor has on a given environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study created a checklist composed of the measures that assess the built environment in terms of productivity. The study applied the checklist to three cases studies in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia followed by evaluating user satisfaction in the highest ranked workplace in terms of productivity using post occupancy evaluation (POE) questionnaire survey, filled by 107 workers and the feedback was analyzed and presented using the mean satisfaction index approach. The results showed that users are strongly satisfied when working in a productive workplace.

يتمحور موضوع البحث حول رواية (حارسة الظلال) ل (واسيني الأعرج) الذي يسرد من خلالها يوميات (دون كيشوت) في الجزائر، بحيث يكشف الواقع الجزائري بتفاصيله وحالة العبث التي يعيشها المجتمع الجزائري. فإلى أيّ مدى تجسّدت القيم الفنّية والجماليّة في رواية ''حارسة الظّلال'' ل ''واسيني الأعرج'' ؟. و تم الاعتماد على المقاربة الجماليّة للنص الذي يبرز القيم الفنية والجمالية التّي استعملها الكاتب في روايته لإغنائها بالذوق الفني والجمالي الذي يجذب القارئ للكشف عن حقيقتها

أن دعوى الإلغاء هي التي تهدف الى إلغاء القرار الإداري الذي أصدرته الإدارة المطعون فيه بعدم مشروعيته، و أن سلطة القاضي الإداري تقتصر على بحث مشروعية القرار و مدى اتفاقه مع قواعد قانون و الإلغاء إذا كان مخالفا لها وهذا ما يسمى بقضاء التفسير. لقد أوضحتا الشروط الواجب توفرها في رافع الدعوى، و في القرار الإداري المطعون فيه و الآجال الواجب احترامها و التي من شأن الخطأ أو الإهمال أن يبقى على عدم المشروعية فيتحصن القرار الإداري و يضيع حق المضرور من إبطال القرار الإداري غير المشروع و التعويض عن الضرر الذي أصابه من جراء ذلك. و أبررنا العيب الذي يفشي إلى الفساد و يلحق القرار الإداري و يجعله عرضة للإبطال، نتيجة للتعسف في إستعمال الإدارة في سلطتها الممنوحة، سواءا التي ترك فيها قدر متفاوت من الحرية الا وهي السلطة التقديرية للإدارة ، أو التي كبّلت فيها صلاحيتها نتيجة لتحديد المشرع للغاية أو الهدف الخاص الواجب عليها إستهدافه أثناء إصدار قراراتها. حددنا مفهوم هذه القاعدة ، سواءا المفهوم القانوني أو القضائي أو الفقهي فإذا وجد القاضي أن أحد التطبيقات أو الصور التي عرضنا لها. قد لحق بالقرار الإداري فإنه يقضي بإبطال ذلك القرار، وبينا أهم السلطات التي يتمتع بها القاضي إزاء قيامه لهذا التصرف وفي تحديد نوع السلطة الإدارية وحدود رقابة القاضي الإداري عليها .والحكم الصادر بإلغاء القرار الإداري من طرف الجهات القضائية المختصة ( القاضي الإداري ) يكون له حجية مطلقة في مواجهة الكافة , أي ليس فقط بالنسبة للخصوم في دعوى الإلغاء بل نعيدهم أيضاً , فيستطيع أن يتمسك بالحكم بإلغاء القرار كل شخص ذو مصلحة ولو لم يكن طرفاً في الدعوى . وأنه متى ألغي القرار الإداري المخالفة للقانون , فأنه يعتبر ملغياً بالنسبة لكافة الأفراد والاشخاص وكأن القرار لم يصدر أصلا , فالحكم الذي يصدره الإداري المختص بإلغاء القرار الإداري أو التعويض على الأضرار المترتبة عنه , أو فحص وتقدير مدى مشروعيته أو تفسير القرار المشوب والمعيب له حجيّة وقوة الشيئ المقض فيه وذلك في مواجهة الكافة .

Heavy Oil Recovery is gaining much popularity because of huge consumption of oil in the modern industry. Main concern in the extraction of heavy oil is its high viscosity. Heating heavy oil by different electrical means has come out to be a promising solution for viscosity reduction. This includes the low frequency resistive heating, induction heating and high frequency microwave heating or the dielectric heating. Application of low frequency resistive heating is limited by the requirement of brine (conducting fluid) inside the reservoir while Induction heating is only applicable in the presence of ferrous elements in the reservoir. High frequency microwave heating can be used effectively for enhancing the oil productivity. Ultrasonic stimulation is another technique capable of reducing the viscosity of heavy oil without employing the heating techniques. Although many models have been presented addressing microwave heating of heavy oil but, no model has been found in the literature addressing the design of microwave sources and the experimental verification of the results. Similarly some authors have also addressed the ultrasonic stimulation of heavy oil but no one has discussed the behavior of ultrasonic waves at different power level along with the experimental verification. This thesis presents complete mathematical modeling of microwave heating, with numerical solution by considering two-dimensional radial model. In addition, the design, positioning, and orientation of the array of microwave antennas have also been considered in numerical simulations while results of some of the cases are also verified experimentally. Similarly, the Thesis discusses the ultrasonic modeling with numerical solution and experimental verification at different power levels and positioning of the ultrasonic transducer. These models present the results in the form of temperature & pressure distribution and productivity enhancement. For numerical simulations, a Finite Element Analysis based simulator has been used. Main focus was on the design and orientation of the array of microwave and ultrasonic sources and the validation of results with experiments. Results showed a good fit between the numerical simulations and the experimental procedures proving the efficiency of microwave and ultrasonic sources. It has also been found that microwaves and ultrasonic waves are beneficial for specific reservoir characterizations.
