Cette thèse comporte deux volets, Le premier volet consiste à l’élaboration de matériaux adsorbants par des moyens simples et à faible coût, cette synthèse comporte une zéolithe de type sodalite, la polycaprolactone et un nanocomposite conçue par association des deux matériaux. La sodalite a été préparée à partir d'un dépôt de kaolin largement disponible de l'ouest Algérien et le polymère a été préparé à partir de son monomère. Plusieurs méthodes de caractérisation ont été mise à l’épreuve pour évaluer les propriétés physico-chimiquesdu nanocomposite synthétisé ainsi que ses composants, comme : FRX, DRX, BET, ATG,FTIR, MEB et AFM. Ces techniques ont montré à travers les diffractogrammes que la zéolithe synthétisée est une sodalite, les tests de surface spécifique ont révélé une structure poreuse et une surface BET de 32.79 m2/g pour la sodalite et 64.26 m2/g pour le nanocomposite. Le deuxième volet s’intéresse à l’élimination des polluants organiques tels que le glyphosate et la métrubuzine par adsorption. Dans l’étude des paramètres influençant l’adsorption, les résultats ont démontrés que l’augmentation de la concentration favorise l’adsorption des deux herbicides. Le glyphosate a une capacité d’adsorption plus élevée à pH acide alors que dans la métribuzine la plus grande efficacité d’élimination est obtenue à pH 5 et 6. Les tests d'adsorption ont dévoilé que le nanocomposite surpassait la performance de la sodalite. La modélisation de la cinétique de ces polluants a mis en évidence leur conformité au modèle cinétique du pseudo deuxième ordre et les isothermes d'adsorption obéissent au modèle de Langmuir. L'étude thermodynamique a montré un processus spontané et endothermique. (This thesis has two parts; the first part consists of the development of adsorbent materials by simple and low-cost means. This synthesis includes a sodalite type zeolite, polycaprolactone and a nanocomposite designed by combining the two materials. The sodalite was prepared from a widely available kaolin deposit from western Algeria and the polymer was prepared from its monomer. Several characterization methods were tested to evaluate the physicochemical properties of the synthesized nanocomposite as well as its components, such as: FRX, DRX, BET, ATG, FTIR, SEM and AFM. These techniques showed through the diffractograms that the synthesized zeolite is a sodalite, the specific surface area tests revealed a porous structure and a BET surface area of 32.79 m2/g for the sodalite and 64.26 m2/g for the nanocomposite. The second part focuses on the elimination of organic pollutants such as glyphosate and metrubuzin by adsorption. In the study of the parameters influencing adsorption, the results demonstrated that increasing the concentration favors the adsorption of the two herbicides. Glyphosate has a higher adsorption capacity at acidic pH while in metribuzin the highest removal efficiency is obtained at pH 5 and 6.Adsorption tests revealed that the nanocomposite outperformed the performance of sodalite. Modeling the kinetics of these pollutants highlighted their conformity to the pseudo-second order kinetic model and the adsorption isotherms obey the Langmuir model. هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف واقع الأداء المهني للأستاذ الجامعي في ظل ازدواجية أدوارها لأكاديمية والإدارية في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر الوادي، وذلك انطلاقا من التساؤل الذي تم طرحه والذي كان له تساؤل الرئيسي تمثل في أن ما هو واقع الأداء البيداغوجي للأستاذ الجامعي في ضل ازدواجية أدواره الأكاديمية والإدارية؟، أما فيما يخص أدوات جمع البيانات فقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان الإلكتروني (نماذج قوقل)، حيث تم تصميمه متضمنا (16) بندا توزعت على محورين، ولقد تم تطبيق الاستبيان الإلكتروني على عينة ضمت الأساتذة الإداريين في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر الوادي، حيث قدر حجمها (16) أستاذ أداري، موزعين في المناصب الإدارية الأتية: (عميد الكلية، نائب العميد، رئيس قسم، نائب رئيس قسم)، تم تفريغ البيانات في جداول وتعليق عليها وتفسيرها ومناقشتها. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج أهمها أن يوجد تأثير سلبي بين الأداء المهني وازدواجية الدور للأستاذ الجامعي،حيث بين النتائج بأن هناك تأثير سلبي في واقع الأداء البيداغوجي في ظل ازدواجية الدور، كما أن هناك أيضا تأثير سلبي في الأداء البحثي للأستاذ الجامعي في ظل ازدواجية أدواره الأكاديمية والإدارية، حيث تخلص النتائج بان الأستاذ الجامعي يـأثر سلبا في ظل ازدواجية الدور

Vitiligo is an acquired pigmentary disorder of the skin and mucousmembranes that is characterized by circumscribed, depigmented macules andpatches. Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is the use of low power visibleand near-infrared monochromatic laser to enhance the body’s natural healingprocesses.The aim of the study is to evaluate new ways for treatment of vitiligo usinglow level laser (675 nm) and conventional light, then to compare the results ofboth of them.This is a prospective clinical descriptive intervention study conducted duringthe period from Oct 2009 to Jan 2015. The study was conducted at theInstitute of Laser, Sudan University of Science and Technology. Thirty ninepatients were involved in this study, seventeen of them received incoherentlight treatment, and twenty two of them received laser treatment.Thirty nine patients were treated by the Omega Xp Mobile low level laser inthis study. Two probes of the Omega Xp device were used, the first probeemitting red laser in a wavelength of 675 nm and 30 mW power, and the otherprobe containing cluster of 60 light emitting diodes (LED) combined togetherand emitting incoherent light of different wavelengths (660 nm, 810 nm , 940nm, 880 nm, 850 nm) at once.The majority of patients treated by incoherent light (64.71%) showed goodrepigmentation response, while the majority of patients treated by laser(50.00%) showed very good repigmentation response. Five patients showeddelayed repigmentation response after stopping the treatment.From our study, we can conclude that the low level laser probe of 675 nm andthe 60 diode cluster probe are very effective and safe in treatment of vitiligo.It’s recommended to use an incoherent light for the treatment of focal andgeneralized vitiligo, while a laser for treatment of acrofacial and focal vitiligo
