Ce projet concerne l’étude d’une cascade redresseur-filtre-onduleur à neufniveaux-machine asynchrone et propose une solution pour résoudre le problème de l’instabilité des tensions d’entrée de l’onduleur à neuf niveaux à diodes flottantes.Dans la première partie traite de la modélisation d’un onduleur triphasé de tension à neuf niveaux à diodes flottantes et la simulation de quelques stratégies de commandes à savoir :- Commande (MLI) à huit porteuses en dent de scie bipolaire.- Commande (MLI) à huit porteuses en triangulaire bipolaire.Dans la deuxième partie, on analysera la cascade sans asservissement des tensions d’entrée de l’onduleur et avec asservissement des ces tensions.

Accounting for the shift from the premodern to the modern nation-state context, this thesis seeks to highlight some of the ethical implications that stem from contemporary fiqhī approaches (Islamic jurisprudential approaches) towards the issue of naturalization on how we morally evaluate individual political actions. By arguing for the need to centralize the research around political membership and not citizenship, this thesis traces fiqhī deliberations on political membership within the pre-modern and modern nation-state context to explore ethical implications that arise from contemporary fiqhī approaches towards the issue of naturalization. It addresses this by first contextualizing and problematizing the adoption of premodern concepts onto our contemporary reality, analyzing the purpose of governance within each context, and discussing the purpose, role, and implications of political membership under each. The second chapter explores the positions of the four Sunnī mad̲h̲āhib (legal schools of thought) around the issue of Muslims residing in dār al-kufr, serving as a premise to the third chapter which illustrates how contemporary fiqhī approaches towards naturalization which arguably reflect the absence of a sufficient theoretical framework for Muslim political membership, have resulted in ethical implications towards how we morally evaluate the question of Muslim political participation in relation to the rights and obligations of Muslims under the nation- state paradigm. In doing so, it argues for the need for greater theorization and understanding around Muslim political membership in the nation-state context that can help us grapple with fundamental questions around what political membership means for Muslims in the modern nation-state context in relation to their human existential function.

سعيت من خلال هذه الدراسة الموسومة بالعنوان "الحديث غير المحفوظ ودلالته عند الترمذي في جامعه" إلى معرفة دلالة الحديث غير المحفوظ التي أوردها أبو عيسى محمد بن عيسى الترمذي في كتابه "الجامع المختصر من السنن عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم و معرفة الصحيح والمعلول وما عليه العمل"، حيث جمعت نماذج من أحاديث حكم عليها الترمذي بأنها غير محفوظة، ودرستها دراسة حديثية، من خلال تخريجها التخريج الموسع، وتخريج ما يقابلها – وهو المحفوظ -، وجمع كلمات الأئمة النقاد في الحكم عليها، ومقارنة ذلك بكلام الإمام الترمذي، للخلوص في الأخير إلى الدلالة الدقيقة لهذا المصطلح لدى الترمذي

Le délai d’allumage est en pratique un facteur très important et sa détermination est nécessaire pour assurer la stabilité et le bon fonctionnement des systèmes de combustion. Il est donc nécessaire de connaître de façon précise le temps d’allumage pour atteindre un régime de combustion stable. Dans le cadre de cette thèse, nous avons étudier numériquement la phase d’allumage d’une flamme de diffusion turbulente. Cette étude se base, du côté combustion, sur le concept de en utilisant le modèle de la flamme cohérente CFM, qui emploi une équation de transport pour la densité de surface de flamme et, du côté turbulence, sur le concept des grandeurs moyennes au sens statistique en utilisant la moyenne de Favre avec le modèle k-ε pour la fermeture de système d’équations de conservation. Nous présentons les principaux calculs d’allumage, en se basant sur le temps d’allumage de stabilisation d’une flamme de diffusion. Ces résultats sont en très bon accord avec d’autres calculs.

يدرس هذا البحث حالة الحراك الشعبي في الجزائر من منظور إعلامي لمعرفة طريقة تأطيره على المستوى المحلي والمستوى الأجنبي خلال 10 أشهر من إنطلاقه. يسعى هذا البحث إلى دراسة التغطية الإعلامية المحلية (الجزائرية) والخارجية (الفرنسية) للحراك الشعبي الجزائري من خلال مقارنة محتوى المقالات المنشورة عن الحراك في كل من جريدتي "الشروق اليومي" و"لوموند" خلال الفترة الممتدة من 22/02/2019 إلى 31/12/2019. استعمل البحث نظرية التأطير الإعلامي ومنهجية تحليل المضمون الكمية لفحص أوجه الاختلاف والتشابه بين تغطية الشروق اليومي ولوموند. وتوصلت النتائج الكمية إلى رصد توجه يختلف بين الصحيفتين ويتوافق مع موقف الدول التابعة لها. وظفت كل من الشروق اليومي ولوموند أطر إيجابية في وصف الحراك، وأطر سلبية في وصف الواقع الجزائري. وتوضح النتائج أن الشروق اليومي تتبنى نظرة إيجابية بنسبة أكبر من لوموند من خلال التركيز على سلمية الحراك (أطر السلم وأطر الوحدة)، بينما لوموند تتبنى نظرة إيجابية في دعمها للحراك من خلال التركيز على التحديات (أطر الصراع وأطر الأزمة). كما تبين النتائج أن موقف الجريدتين من قضايا أيديولوجية وقضايا سياسية يعكس سياسة البلد الذي تنتمي إليه الجريدة. إذ تشير النتائج أن لوموند أكثر توظيفا لأطر سلبية في مسألة الدين والهوية، والتي أبانت عن موقفها المعارض لدور الجيش في الحراك وكذا تأييدها للمسار السياسي. بينما كان موقف الشروق رغم تذبذبه داعما للجيش وللمسار الدستوري، في حين أن موقفها من مسألة الدين والهوية، لم يكن معارضا بل كان في أغلبه متأرجحا بين التأييد/الإيجاب والحياد/التحفظ. من شأن المفارقات التي رصدتها هذه الدراسة في تأطير الجريدتين للحراك الجزائري أن تقدم تفسيرات عن استخدامات نظرية التأطير الإعلامي في معالجة مثل هذه القضايا المصيرية، وفلترة تفاصيلها بما يتماشى مع السياسة التحريرية للجريدة، ورؤية الموقف الرسمي للدول.

Samples corresponding to 3 different meat products (30 white meat samples from broilers and 20 red meat (10 from sheep meat and 10 from beef) taken in the Tiaret region were analyzed for the detection of residues. of antibiotics by the four-box method.This analysis based on the use of two strains sensitive to antibiotics which are Bacillus subtilis and Micrococcus luteus.The results revealed that 46.66% white meat and 20% sheep meat contained antibiotic residues and the absence of antibiotic residues in beef .
