Cette étude porte sur " La Qualité de vie et l'anxiété chez les mamans ayant un enfant TDA/H ", notre objectif est de démontré l'influence de l'anxiété chez les mamans ayan un enfant TDA/H et qu'elles sont les facteurs qui déterminent la nature de cette influence. Ont à effectuer notre recherche au sein de l'établissement spécialisé en psychiatrie situé en Provence de Oued- Ghir qui porte sur cinq (5) mamans des enfants TDA/H. Afin de mieux réalisé ce travail, nous avons adopté la méthode clinique basé sur l'étude de cas et pour outils nous avons utilisé l'entretien clinique semi directif avec un guide d'entretien qu'en élaborer en fonction de notre objectif de recherche, un questionnaire sur la qualité de vie WHOQOL-BREF et une échelle d'anxiété d'Hamilton. Les résultats obtenus montre que les mamans sont effectivement affecté par le trouble de leurs enfants ce qui provoque en elles des états de stresse, de la peur, de l'inquiétude, des malaise psychique voir même a développer de l'anxiété a différent niveau qui bouleverse leurs qualité de vie globale avec une soustraction dans leurs relations et leurs activités

تناولت هذه الدراسة- بالمقارنة والتحليل– مبدأ إقليمية القانون الجنائي وهوالمبدأ الذي تأخذ به التشريعات الحديثة، حيث أن سيادة الدولة في الوقت الحاليأصبحت إقليمية، ومن هنا كان المبدأ العام بالنسبة لاختصاص القانون الجنائيمكانيًا هو مبدأ الإقليمية. غير أنه ترد على هذا المبدأ استثناءات متزايدة علىالدوام منها ما هو إتباع لفكرة الاختصاص العيني، ومنها ما هو إتباع لفكرةالاختصاص الشخصي، كما أن منها ما هو راجع لاعتبارات المصلحة العامةللمجتمع الوطني والدولي.تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز موقف التشريعات من المبدأ وتوضيحالاستثناءات التي ترد عليه بالمقارنة مع الشريعة الإسلامية.وقد اقتضت طبيعة الدراسة تقسيمها إلى أربعة فصول رئيسية وخاتمة.فالفصل الأول تناول مبدأ إقليمية القانون الجنائي وتطبيقه، بينما تناول الفصلالثاني الاستثناءات الإيجابية للمبدأ، أما الفصل الثالث فقد بين الاستثناءات السالبةللمبدأ، وفي الفصل الرابع تم التعرض لإقليمية القانون الجنائي في الشريعةالإسلامية، واختتمت الدراسة بخاتمة أجملت النتائج والتوصيات.وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى الآتي:-2) من القانون الجنائي لسنة 1991 م، بحيث لا ) -1 وجوب تعديل نص المادة 6يحولّ الحكم الصادر من المحاكم الأجنبية بالبراءة لعدم العقاب على الفعل بمقتضىالقانون الأجنبي، دون إقامة الدعوى الجنائية في السودان في الحالة التي يخضعفيها هذا الفعل للقانون السوداني بالتطبيق لمبدأ الإقليمية أو بالتطبيق لمبدأ العينية.-2 ضرورة تقييد إقامة الدعوى الجنائية الناشئة عن الجرائم المرتكبة خارجالسودان بوجوب الحصول على إذن من جهة ذات اختصاص.

L'équilibrage de charge dans le Cloud consiste `a distribuer le travail `a faire sur unensemble de noeuds de manière `a ce qu'aucun noeud ne soit surchargé ou sous-chargé,c'est `a dire que le travail est affecté aux noeuds selon leur capacité, et de telle sorteque tout le monde participe à sa réalisation. Dans le cas du placement de donnée, onassure l'équilibrage de charge en distribuant les données sur l'ensembles des clusterset en répliquant le plus prés de l'utilisateur, afin de garantir un bon niveau de service.Dans ce mémoire, une introduction au cloud, et les techniques d'équilibrage decharge dans les systèmes distribués est donnée. Un état de l'art des solutions dispo-nible dans la littérature est effectué. Enfin, la contribution consiste en un algorithmed'équilibrage de charge par la réplication basé sur le principe du protocole X-ON/X-OFF.

This study aimed to build standard levels for some of skills of volleyball among the volleyball players teams in public scools in governate of Qalqilia . The researcher has used the description approach with the survey method. The study sample was selected from players frome teams in some public schools that have been selected purposively. The number reached (88) players> The test battery consisting of five tests that measure basic skills in volleyball which are scroll up, scroll down, Transmitting frome the bottom, beating overpowering and rebuff wall. The results shwed that the level of the players in the used skillful tests was medium. Standard levels was built for those test that have been clarified in the presentation of results (scroll up, scroll down, Transmiting frome the bottom, beating overpowering and rebuff wall). The researcher recommends the need to adopt standard levels that have been reached in the current study and using a developed advanced training programe that first the age group to develop basic skills in volleyball.

The objective of the study is to evaluate the role of International Atomic Energy Agency in human resources development. The Agency is believed to be one of the specialized UN organizations aiming at peaceful applications of atomic energy in areas such as human health, animal health, agriculture, industry. Sudan joined the Agency in 1958 to make use of assistance provided to establish human development projects in the country through technical cooperation. Through this study, the role of research projects has been highlighted and the impact on human resources development and service enhancement is discussed. The annual reports from the Agency and the competent authority were the secondary sources. The primary source was personal interviews with national coordinators and the Director General of Sudan Atomic Energy Commission. The study concluded that the technical assistance from the Agency played a significant role in development through technology transfer especially in waste management, non-destructive testing, and human health. The role of Sudan Atomic Energy Commission in management of such projects is acknowledged

Ce travail de recherche porte sur une analyse lexico-sémantique des titres desunes de trois organes de la presse francophone en Algérie : El Watan, Le Soir d’Algérieet Le Quotidien d’Oran, durant une période qui s’étale de janvier jusqu’à avril 2020. Ennous appuyant sur une méthodologie de recherche basée sur l'analyse lexicale etsémantique des lexies extraites, nous avons fait appel à la tabulation, où chaquemécanisme de formation néologique a été exposé clairement, accompagné des types oudes explications, afin de porter un éclairage sur chaque néologisme, tout en essayant dedéfinir les relations qui existent entre ces lexies. Notre objectif était de dégager tous lestypes de procédés lexicaux et sémantiques, et de montrer quel est, parmi tous cesmécanismes, les plus utilisés lors de la rédaction des titres.

The optimization of data bases is at the heart of the issues raised by the databaseadministrator. Its objective is to provide, to different users, an optimal system in termsof cost and use. Optimization fear being reflected at several levels: the conceptual level,the physical infrastructure level and at query execution to achieve the best performancein terms of response time and use of resources.Our PFE consists of applying a set of comparative test son a data base, by varyingseveral parameters in different phases of our study, to achieve the best response time orthe lowest cost in terms of material resources.
