نفذ البحث في حقول سهل عكار بمحافظة طرطوس للموسمين الزراعيين3102و2014بهدف التوصيف الأولي لطراز البطاطا الحلوة المحليين(C1وC2) ،ومقارنة مؤشرات النمو (طول الأفرع وعددها، وعدد الأوراق)، والإنتاج (عدد الجذور، ووزن الجذور، والإنتاجية ومعامل الحصاد)، والمحتوى الكيميائي للجذور الإدخارية (المادة الجافة، والنشاء والسكريات )لهذين الطرازين مع تلك للطرازين المدخلين (C8وC9) .ثم دراسة تأثير ثلاث طرائق إكثار (العقل P1، الشتول P2، الزراعة المباشرة للجذور المقطعة في الحقل P3 )وتأثير نوع العقلة المستخدمة في الزراعة (طرفيةA، وسطيةM، قاعديةB)والمأخوذة من نباتات أم منتجة بثلاث طرائق (جذور كاملة T1 ،جذور كاملة معاملة بحمض الجبريليك T2 ،جذور مجزأةT3) وترافق ذلك مع انخفاض ملحوظ في كافة معايير الإنتاج المدروسة .تفوق الطرازان .

Salinization of greenhouse soils in Palestine, in particular in the Jericho district, is a serious problem facing protected agriculture, mainly due to the excessive use of chemical fertilizers and due also to the inferior quality of irrigation water. The possibility of using sewage sludge, a byproduct of municipal wastewater treatment processes, as a soil amendment to alleviate salinity stress of saline soils is highly attractive. Sewage sludge is rich in organic compounds and plant nutrients, and it can be considered as a valuable source of N, P, and K that are essential plant nutrients. Accordingly, the reuse of sludge may substitute substantially part of the needed plant nutrients. However, there is a need for ecotoxicological evaluation of the usage of sludge. It is well known that urban sludge is usually non-toxic, whereas sludge from industrial zone might be very toxic. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to assess the impact of amending alkaline calcareous saline soil with sewage sludge on the growth and development of processing tomatoes. Sewage sludge was obtained from "Al-Bireh Wastewater Treatment Plant" after processing according to the standard procedure, whereas saline soil was obtained from Azubidat area . The processed sludge was incorporated at various ratios and the experimental material was the processing tomato. Results show that amending sludge to saline soil at ratios of 1: 10 and 1: 6 had positive effects in improving soil conditions and also on plant growth and development . The most important parameter is the consumption quality of tomatoes, which include heavy metals content of fruits, and the degree of contamination of the fruits with pathogens. The main finding is that no contamination was observed, and the concentration of heavy metals is lower than levels considered toxic for humans. In conclusion, addition of sewage sludge to saline soil alleviates partially the negative impact of salinity stress, in particular at mix ratios of 1: 10 and 1: 6 (sludge: saline soil).

En Algérie ; les immeubles en béton armé restent le choix adéquat par rapport aux autres types vu la bonne maitrise de spécialistes dans le domaine de la construction. L’objectif de ce sujet est de traiter les différentes phases de calcul en commençant par le prédimensionnement des éléments selon les normes règlementaires. Puis, il est indispensable d’évaluer les différentes charges nécessaires pour la phase du traitement des éléments non structuraux et structuraux. N’importe quelle construction doit avoir un comportement statique et dynamique en fonction de l’effet extérieur tel que (vent ou séisme), à cet effet, les règles algériennes et comme tous les règlements parasismiques dans le monde exigent strictement de bien tenir en considération les conséquences produites afin d’éviter les catastrophes et les dégâts humains et matériels. Cette phase d’analyse est basée sur les notions de la résistance des matériaux, l’élasticité et la plasticité (comportement linéaire et non linéaire). A la fin de cette étude, une présentation graphique des résultats sous forme des plans d’exécution doit être appliquée.Summary In Algeria ; the reinforced concrete buildings remain the appropriate choice compared to other types given the good mastery of specialists in the field of construction. The objective of this topic is to treat the various phases of calculation starting with the pre-dimensioning of the elements according to the regulatory standards. Then, it is essential to evaluate the different loads required for the treatment phase of non-structural and structural elements. Any construction must have a static and dynamic behavior according to the external effect such as (wind or earthquake), for this purpose, the Algerian rules and like all the seismic regulations in the world strictly require to take into consideration the consequences produced in order to avoid catastrophes and human and material damage. This phase of analysis is based on the notions of material resistance, elasticity and plasticity (linear and non-linear behavior). At the end of this study, a graphical presentation of the results in the form of the implementation plans should be applied.

Ce mémoire de fin d'études se concentre sur l'optimisation de la gestion de l'énergie à l'usine BRIQUETERIE IZERKHEF de OUED AISSI.À travers quatre chapitres principaux, il aborde les fondamentaux de l'énergie, les méthodes de tarification électrique, une analyse approfondie de la consommation énergétique de l'installation étudiée, et une étude détaillée du bilan de puissance avec un focus sur la compensation de l'énergie réactive.L'objectif est de proposer des stratégies intégrées pour améliorer l'efficacité, la rentabilité économique et réduire l'empreinte environnementale des installations industrielles électriques.

من خلال تطــرقنا في دراستنــا هذه إلى اللبنــة الأولـى في بناء الدولة ألا وهي الجماعة المحلية ، والتي تعتبر الجماعات المحلية جزءا لا يتجزأ من الدولة ، أي أنها تابعة لها بالرغم من وجود اللامركزية التي تعتبر أسلوبا من أساليب التنظيم الإداري و التي تعني توزيع الوظيفة الإدارية بين السلطات المركزية في الدولة و الهيئات الإدارية المنتخبة التي تباشر مهامها تحت رقابة هذه السلطة.فتطرقنــا في فصلنا الأول إلى ماهية الإدارة المحلية في الجزائر من حيث البحث في أسباب النشأة و التطــور التاريخي للبلدية كنواة لنظام اللامركزية في الجزائر، كما قمنــا بإلقاء نظــرة مبسطة على التسيير المالي لها باعتباره المحرك الأساسي للتنمية المحلية حيث تعاني الجماعات المحلية من مشاكل عديدة ولعل أهمها الصعوبات المالية خصوصا منها الجبائية وعدم تثمينها بالإضافة إلى المشاكل في التنظيم والتسيير، تجعلها عاجزة عن مواكبــة تطلعات المجتمع المحلي مما يخلق فجوة كبيرة في مجال التنمية.في فصلنا الثاني قمنــا بتشريح للمكون الأساسي لميزانية الجماعات المحلية ألا وهــو الضرائب والرسوم حيث تعاني الإدارة المحلية من عدة عقبات تحول دون الاستفادة من الموارد الجبائية المحلية لا سيما ماهو مرتبط بالجانب التشريعي حيث لا تزال الجباية تخضع لمركزية التحصيل وهنــا تتعقــد وضعية المالية للبلديات بصفة خاصة نظرا للتطور الكبير في حاجات المواطنين مقارنــة مع العجــز الميزانياتي الواضح، لذا كان لزاما على الدولــة البحث في كيفيات إصلاح المنظومة الضريبية بما يجعلها أكثــر مرونــة و تلبية لمطالب التنمية، من هنا بدأ التفكيــر في إيجاد الآليات المناسبة والفعالة لتحسين أداء التحصيل الجبائي المحلي بما يضمن الدقة و الفعالية و الكفاءة اللازمة من جهــة و لا يكون عبئا إضافيا على كاهل المكلفين المحليين بالضريبة.لقد أثبت نظام المركزي للجباية عجزه عن إنجاز المهام المنوطــة به فكان من اللازم التفكيــر في إعطاء أكثر استقلالية محلية في مجال الجباية .
