لم يعد الحديث عن مجتمع المعلومات في الجزائر بصفة خاصة و العالم بصفةعامة كخيار تكنولوجي، و إنما كواقع سياسي واقتصادي وثقافي واجتماعي لا يمكن تجاهله، إذ سيطرت التقنيات الحديثة التي تتيحها تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على كافة مناحي الحياة، مما أفرز بالضرورة حالة من عدم التكافؤ و التوازن فيامتلاك واستخدام هذه التكنولوجيا سواء بين الدول أو بين الأجيال أو حتى بين مناطق الدولة الواحدة.من هنا يأتي هذا البحث و المعنون ب "إسهامات مشروع سيبر ريف "Cyber rif " في تقليص الفجوة الرقمية الجغرافية بالجزائر : بلدية بني درقون ولاية غليزان نموذجا" . ليسلط الضوء على مشروع سيبر ريف الحكومي الذي وجه أساس للقضاء على الفجوة الرقمية القائمة بين المدن والأرياف الجزائرية كمبادرةأصيلة و رائدة للتعريف و التحسيس بالمزايا التي تقدمها تكنولوجيا المعلوماتوالاتصالات من اجل النهوض الرقمي داخل هذه المناطقالمعزولةوتمكين سكانها منالنفاذ إلى المعلومات بأقصى سرعة واقل تكلفة.

This descriptive study aimed to identify the contribution of the Finjan Podcast in enhancing the social and cultural awareness of its listeners. This was achieved by understanding the nature of the podcast's content, analyzing how it addresses social and cultural issues, and revealing listeners' perceptions of the impact of this content on their awareness and knowledge. The study's problem statement stemmed from the following main question: How does the Finjan Podcast contribute to enhancing the social and cultural awareness of its listeners? To answer this question, a set of sub-questions related to the analytical study and the audience study were formulated. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing two data collection tools. The first tool, specific to the analytical study, was a content analysis tool, which served as the primary instrument and was used to analyze a sample of episodes from Abdulrahman Abumaleh's Finjan Podcast. Consequently, 07 episodes were selected using purposive sampling, and the content analysis form included 08 content categories and 09 format categories. The second tool, specific to the audience study, was a questionnaire, considered a secondary instrument in the study. The electronic questionnaire was distributed to a sample of listeners of Abdulrahman Abumaleh'sPodcastFinjan, resulting in an online sample size of 85 listeners.The results of the content analysis study showed that the Finjan Podcast addresses diverse social and cultural topics aimed at enhancing social and cultural awareness. It focuses on highlighting valuable social and cultural values, including cultural diversity, language, and innovation. The podcast also employs various persuasive techniques, and the Saudi (local) dialect is the most frequently used language in the program.As for the results of the audience study, they indicated that the majority of listeners perceive the Finjan Podcast as not being limited to a single function but rather as a psychological, social, and cognitive space simultaneously, which explains its success and widespread appeal among diverse audience segments. Furthermore, the Finjan Podcast plays an active role in enriching the intellectual and cultural lives of listeners and promoting the values of positive citizenship and active participation in society.

Les produits laitiers ont toujours été perçus auprès des consommateurs comme des produitssains et constituent une partie importante du régime alimentaire, l'incorporation de bactérieslactiques dans les différents produits laitiers a renforcé les propriétés acclamées pour la santé,et donné lieu à une consommation de plus en plus importante de ces produits. L'efficacité deces bactéries lactiques dans le yaourt dépend de leur viabilité qui doit être maintenue au coursdu processus technologique, de stockage et de conservation. De plus, les bactéries lactiquesdoivent survivre dans l’environnement du tractus gastro-intestinal.Le but de cette étude bibliographiques est de mieux comprendre l’interaction des bactérieslactiques Streptococcus thermophilus et Lactobacilus bulgaricus dans la fabrication du yaourt. Cependant, ces bactéries présentent des qualités organoleptique et thérapeutique.

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة استخدامات الأطفال للهواتف الذكية وأثرها على العلاقات الأسرية من وجهة نظر الأمهات في بلدية تماسين، وذلك من خلال التعرف على هذه الاستخدامات. وقد تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول التساؤل الرئيسي التالي:- ما واقع استخدام الأطفال للهواتف الذكية وأثره على العلاقات الأسرية؟ وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل،تم اتباع مجموعة من الإجراءات المنهجية تمثلت في المنهج الوصفي، مع الاعتماد على أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في الملاحظة والاستبيان، الذي تم توزيعه على عينة قصدية مكونة من 65 أمًّا في بلدية تماسين.وفي الختام، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك أنماطًا متعددة لاستخدام الأطفال للهواتف الذكية، ولها تأثير واضح على العلاقات الأسرية، حيث تبين أن الاستخدام المفرط يؤثر سلبًا على جودة هذه العلاقات. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود مخاطر صحية ناتجة عن الاستخدام المتزايد للهواتف الذكية، أبرزها ضعف النظر لدى الأطفال، إضافة إلى بعض الأمراض الجسدية والنفسية

تنشط المؤسسات اليوم في محيط تسوده المنافسة الشديدة والتغير المستمر، ولهذا تلقى عملية التنبؤ اهتماما بالغا من طرف متخذي القرارات وخاصة الانتاج الذي يعتبر المحرك الاساسي الذي تقوم عليه أي مؤسسة. هذه الدراسة عملت على توضيح كيفية تحسين القرار الانتاجي بشرح مفصل للسلاسل الزمنية باعتبارها من انسب وافضل الطرق ضمن مجموعة كبيرة من اساليب اتخاذ القرار، حيث تتميز بدقة عالية في التشخيص ووصف الظاهرة حاضرا ومستقبلا .في هذه الدراسة تم تطبيق منهجية بوكس جينكينز للتنبؤ بكميات الانتاج مؤسسة مطاحن الرياض سطيف وحدة –بتقرت- لانتاج السميد خلال الفترة (2008-2013)، معتمدة على برمجيات مساعدة على ذلك ،وبعد التطبيق توصلنا الى نموذج قياسي ملائم .الكلمات المفتاحية: السلاسل الزمنية، منهجية بوكس جينكينز، اتخاذ القرار.abstractAujourd’hui, les sociétés exercent dans une atmosphère caractérisée par la compétition intensive et l’instabilité continue, c’est pour cela l’opération de prévision attire la préoccupation des responsables, mais surtout ceux de la production. Cette dernière se considère comme un acteur principal dans chaque société.La présente étude a mis en évidence le mécanisme par lequel, on améliore la décision de production avec explication détaillée des séries chronologiques considérées comme une des meilleures méthodes de prise de décision, celle-ci se caractérise par une grande exactitude dans le diagnostic et la description du phénomène au présent comme au futur.Dans la présente étude, il a été procédé à l’application de méthode de Box Jenkins pour prévoir les quantités de production de semoule (dans la société Moulins de Riad Stif-Touggourt) pendant la période (2008-2013), avec emploi de logiciels préconisés, et après l’application, on a parvenu à un modèle standard

Scleractinian corals represent the foundation species of one of the most diverse and productive ecosystem on earth, coral reefs. Corals not only constitute the trophic basis of these ecosystems, but also provide essential habitats and shelter for a wide variety of marine species, many of which are commercially relevant. They also provide other important ecosystem services such as food provision, shoreline protection and opportunities for ecotourism. Despite the ecological importance of corals, very little is known about how their soft-bodied ancestor evolved the ability to form a calcified skeleton and became the ecosystem builders they are today.Corallimorpharia are closely related to reef-building corals but lack the ability to form calcified skeletons. Here we assembled and annotated two draft genomes of the corallimorpharians, Amplexidiscus fenestrafer and Discosoma sp., and further provided an online interface to facilitate the use of these resources. The two genomes can not only inform on the current evolutionary gap in genomic resources for the subclass of Hexacorallia but also provide important resources for comparative genomic studies aiming at understanding the evolution of coral specific traits. Our broad phylogenomic approach using whole genome data, including phylogenetic analyses of nuclear encoding genes as well as genome-wide presence/absence information and synteny conservation from six hexacorallian species, provides robust evidence that corallimorpharians are a monophyletic sister group of scleractinians, therefore rejecting the “naked coral” hypothesis.Being the closest non-calcifying relative of scleractinian corals, corallimorpharians appear to be the best candidates to understand the evolutionary origin of coral calcification. Molecular divergence analysis of scleractinian coral and Corallimorpharia genes suggests that the soft-bodied ancestor of corals evolved the ability to calcify within approximately 80 million years after the divergence of these two orders. To uncover the molecular basis of coral skeletal formation and growth, we integrate genomic and transcriptomic data as well as skeletal proteomic data, and show that gene and domain duplications have been the main evolutionary mechanisms underlying the evolution of calcification in scleractinian corals.

Le th`eme g ́en ́eral de cette th`ese concerne la conception, la mod ́elisation et la commanded’un drone quadricopt`ere. Dans un premier lieu, une introduction des drones, leurs types etleurs applications est pr ́esent ́ee. Le principe de mouvement du drone quadricopt`ere est d ́etaill ́e. Durant cette th`ese un prototype quadricopt`ere est r ́ealis ́e. Le mod`ele dynamique est obtenu enutilisant trois approches. Un d ́eveloppement math ́ematique r ́esulte un syst`eme d’ ́equations nonlin ́eaires d ́ecrivant le mouvement du quadricopt`ere. En deuxi`eme lieu la d ́etermination du mod`eledynamique des attitudes `a partir des r ́eponses en boucle ouverte du prototype. Par ailleurs la m ́ethode d’identification en boucle ferm ́ee en utilisant l’analyse fr ́equentielle. Le syst`eme de contrˆole est ́elabor ́e en utilisant les commandes PID, CMI et PID non entier pour la stabilisation du quadricopt`ere. Le r ́egulateur PID est impl ́ement ́e dans le prototype r ́eel et valid ́e `a travers des essais de pratiques.
