Le but de notre travail est l’étude des performances des systèmes de pompage photovoltaïque (PV) qui sont destinés pour l’alimentation en eau potable. Le mémoire est structuré comme suit: Le premier chapitre présente une approche générale sur l’énergie solaire ainsi qu’une description générale d’un système de pompage photovoltaïque. Le deuxième chapitre porte sur la modélisation du générateur photovoltaïque et les composants du sous-système de pompage photovoltaïque. Dans le troisième chapitre, nous présentons une méthode simple de dimensionnement basée sur les besoins en eau, les données d’ensoleillement et le rendement du groupe motopompe. Également, nous présentons les caractéristiques du système de pompage à l’aide d’un programme de simulation (sous Matlab). Dans le dernier chapitre, nous présentons une étude technico-économique du système de pompage photovoltaïque installé au niveau du bloc machines (Hall HT) du département d’électrotechnique. La description des étapes de réalisation de ce système a été aussi décrite dans ce chapitre.

As the number of available materials increases, it becomes more and more importantto be protected from unsuitable products or materials. This purpose is assured by the mean of biocompatibility tests.For the biocompatibility of a material to be proved, it must be subjected to various studies ranging from in vitro assays to clinical trials and involving distinct areas such as pharmaceutics, biology, chemistry, and toxicology. The use of standardized tests allows better comparison between the results of different studies to clarify the behavior of the materials and their safety in relation to cells and tissues.After the comparison realized in this work between the several methods of biocompatibility testing we found that:- A combination of various in vitro and in vivo tests can provide an overview of the interaction of biomaterials with the host.- The evaluation of biocompatibility is dependent not only on the tested biomaterial but also on the test method used. So clinicians need to be familiar with these methods.

In this study, the implementation of a competency based e-learning (CBeL) was investigated, and factors that affects its success were explored. An exploratory single case study with a mixed methodology was performed. An International multi-branch corporate who implemented an e-learning program that uses competency based approaches in the last six years were selected as the case of this study. The study was performed in two phases, in the first phase (Phase I), interviews were conducted with eight managers and twelve learners to record the difficulties they had during the program period. A survey tool of best practices was then developed based on the responses results of the first phase combined with the literature. In the second phase (Phase II), the survey tool was then used to collect feedback from thirty human resource managers and trainers about these proposed practices.As a result of this study, a new CBeL framework was introduced. The framework describes three main stages at which HR departments should envision while implementing a competency based e-learning programs: (Preparation, Implementation and Optimization). Each of these stages incorporate a set of practices that facilitate the implementation of a strategic CBeL process that can be evaluated.

Ce stage a été très enrichissant pour moi car il m’a permis de découvrir les détails d’octroi de crédit de gestion au sein de la BIAT et comment elle finance les PME à travers ce type de crédit. En outre, il m’a permis de savoir identifier les risques liés aux crédits et comment la banque doit analyser ces derniers à travers les pièces fournis par le client. En définitive, j’ai proposé de traiter ce type de crédit online sur notre nouveau système T24 comment le cas des crédits particuliers pour pouvoir gagner du temps et de l’argent à la banque.

Sentiment Analysis can be achieved using lexicons and machine learning methods to identify the sentiment of a content and opinion mining of a text. With the large amount of newsbeing generated nowadays through various news websites, it is possible to apply text mining techniques with the purpose of extracting general sentiment of particular news. The emphasisin this case is on using a Sentiment Analysis application to extract sentiment from news headlines. In this thesis, we have proposed a customized model for sentiment evaluation to measure tensions level (using negative and positive scores) for every day on Middle East news headlines in the Arabic media. The data are collected from Arabic media websites like Aljazeera, then the required pre-processing steps are applied. Steps such as stop words and punctuation marks removal, in order to get a pure dataset as an input for the regression learning model. In this thesis, we have used the news headlines with their dates collected overmany years ago from five different sites. Also, we have devised a method for collecting the news headlines automatically with their dates, category and description from RSS feed for news websites to use them for future works. In addition, the data were processed and revised by several important tools in Python. Moreover, We have used Google Cloud Translation API in an innovative way to translate headlines automatically. Then, we devised a method for headline labeling to give a score for each one, the Decibel formula is used as a quality measure (sentiment score) for every headline, based on two main lixicons, namely Word Net and Senti Word Net. We have trained a multiple linear regression model based on two importantentries for every day, the sum of positive scores and the sum of negative scores on that day,so that the model will measure the sentiment score for that particular day. We have testedthe model with important measures, we have obtained 0.937 Explained Variance Score, 0.94R2 Score and 0.04 MSE through a full year training data. Finally, we have connected themodel with Database and Flask server to achieve real time measurement.
