Managing water consumption of the crops is one of the strategies which have been adopted locally and worldwide in current trends of sustainable agriculture, in addition to the low level of water resources in UAE because of the rare precipitation, no fresh free flowing water; no rivers, lakes or streams. The present study was objective to evaluate the effects of organic exogenous Glycine Betaine on two forage crops Alfa alfa (Medicago sativa L.) & Cowpea (Vigna unguiculata L. Walp.) within different levels of drought stress. A pot experiment was designed on completely randomized block design (CRBD) with three replicates in each treatment in each plant. Seeds were germinated and the plants watered as required. Exogenous Glycine Betaine was applied as foliar spray in three concentrations (0,100 and 200 ppm) for five times with five days intervals. Water deficit stress start within the second Glycine Betaine treatment in three levels (24h: 100% well-watered recommended), (48h: 60% water deficit) and (72h: 40% water deficit) depending on the required quantity. Growth characteristics, pigment concentrations, biochemical content and Mineral nutrients levels were measured in response to the treatment variables. Results show Glycine Betaine has significant increment in Growth parameters, biochemical contents and Mineral nutrients concentrations. As a conclusion the results suggest that exogenous applications of Glycine Betaine were improve the drought tolerance in Cowpea and has enhanced the Alfa alfa performance under water deficit stress in both concentrations 100 & 200 ppm under drought stress of 60% of irrigations water . In due of comparison of Cowpea and Alfa alfa in their response to Glycine Betaine under the water deficit conditions, it’s found from this study that Glycine Betaine has better effect on the Cowpea under drought stress than Alfa alfa.

تقوم أغلب الأنظمة السياسية المعاصرة على مبدإ الفصل بين السلطات ، باعتباره من أهم المبادئ التي تكفل الممارسة الديمقراطية.إن دراسة موضوع التوازن بين السلطتين التنفيذية و التشريعية له أهمية بالغة ، إذ يُمكِن من معرفة و حصر أهم مظاهر التعاون بينالسلطتين ،وكذا الرقابة المتبادلة بينهما .ما يسمح برد كل سلطة إلى نطاقها الدستوري إذا حاولت تجاوزه و الخروج عنه ذلك أن المساواة بينالسلطتين تفرض توازنا بينهما فلا تكون إحداهما خاضعة للأخرى ولا ترجح كفة سلطة على حساب السلطة الأخرى .ولكن ، وبالرغم من أن التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 أكد صراحة بأن الدولة تقوم على مبادئ التنظيم الديمقراطي و الفصل بينالسلطات إلا أننا نتساءل عن مدى تجسيد ذلك وهل هناك توازن بين السلطتين التنفيذية و التشريعية في النظام الدستوري الجزائري أم أن كفةالسلطة التنفيذية هي الراجحة ؟

Notre thème de recherche intitulé « la mort et les rites funéraires chez les femmes d'Ath Hamdoun », s'inscrit dans le champ de l'anthropologie religieuse plus précisément l'anthropologie de la mort.Cette recherche a pour objectif de donner des illustrations concernant les rites funéraires et leur déroulement au sein du village Ath Hamdoun (Commune d'Aghbalou, la wilaya de Bouira).L'analyse des données de notre terrain d'investigation, nous a permis de déterminer que le lavage du corps à une valeur très importante ainsi qu'une place considérable est réservée aux femmes laveuses vu le courage avec lequel elles le pratiqués.Comme nous avons constaté que les pratiques funéraires à Ath Hamdoun passent par tout un processus dès la mort de la personne jusqu'à son enterrement, que ce soit dans son lavage du corps, la mise en linceul, le dîner du défunt, les chants funèbres apportés durant et après la toilette mortuaire, la prière funèbre, enfin ; l'enterrement. Elles se suivent l'une après l'autre, ces étapes ce n'est pas ce qu'on peut échapper dans ce protocole funéraires. Ainsi et afin de montrer la valeur du défunt et rappelé ses bienfaits, les femmes d'Ath Hamdoun apporte des chants funèbres. Ces chants ont une grosse richesse vu l'importance spirituelle et moral qu'ils apportés

This study is an exploration of the multifaceted challenges that second-generation returning migrants from the United States encounter in the Palestinian schools during the school year (2022/2023). It delves into the experiences of 25 different school students, who lived in the United States, returned with their parents to Palestine and enrolled in the Modern English School (MES) in Ramallah city. The study investigates the returnees’ transition to new educational and cultural environments at school. For this qualitative case study, a triangulation of research methods was applied. The tool kit included observations of the participating students, semi-structured interviews with the students, their teachers and parents, beside two focus groups. Results reveal several key difficulties, including cultural adjustment, language barriers and identity formation in the context of Palestinian schools. Contextualizing the strategies that students employ to overcome these challenges within the broader framework of acculturation theory illuminates the use of integration and assimilation techniques. Returning migrant students appear to assimilate into the Palestinian school system rules in terms of discipline, attendance and examination criterion. Whereas they preserve American cultural features, they integrate with the surrounding Palestinian one. Living in Palestine and attending school expands their knowledge about its culture, which is the main goal for parents to return to their homeland. However, they need their parents’, teachers’ and the local community’s support to make their transition process a successful one.

مرت المؤسسات العقابية في العالم بعدة مراحل تاريخية متطورة تماشيا مع تطور النظريات المتعلقة بالمحكوم عليه، وهذا مع تطور الفكر الاجتماعي وتماشيا مع المواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، والتي تأثر بها المشرع بمختلف دول العالم بدرجات متفاوتة، بما فيه المشرع الجزائري وأخذ بتكريسها في تشريعاته من خلال تجسيده للمبادئ العامة في الأمر 02/ 72 المتضمن قانون تنظيم السجون وإعادة تربية المساجين بالنصوص القانونية المطبقة له، وألغي بالقانون 04/05 المتضمن قانون تنظيم السجون وإعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للمحبوسين، وذلك بتكريس وتطوير القوانين المتعلقة بإدارة السجون، كما انضمت الجزائر إلى مختلف الاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان والمصادق عليها وذلك من أجل تغيير النضرة إلى الشخص المحكوم عليه كمجرم الذي يجب معاقبته لكن ليس بالإعدام أو الجلد بل بإعادة إدماجه في مجتمعه وتأهيله وإصلاحه حتى لا يعود إلى ارتكاب الجريمة بعد الإفراج عنه

هدفت دراستنا لمعرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين القابلية للاستهواء والتوافق الدراسي والفروق في القابلية والتوافق حسب متغيري الجنس والشعبة حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 100 تلميذ وتلميذة السنة الأولى ثانوي من ثانوية بريان، واستخدام المقياسين مقياس القابلية للاستهواء لأبو رياح ومقياس التوافق الدراسي لعبد العزيز الدريني .وبعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام الحزمة spss تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية:-توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القابلية للاستهواء والتوافق الدراسي لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي.-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القابلية للاستهواء لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس.-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق الدراسي لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي تعزى متغير الجنس.-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القابلية للاستهواء لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي تعزى لمتغير الشعب (علمي- أدبي).-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي تعزى لمتغير الشعب (علمي- أدبي).
