الملخص

La qualité de la fragmentation obtenue par l’abattage des roches influe directement sur ledéroulement des opérations technologiques d’exploitation.Ce travail de base sur une approche de prédiction et d’analyse de la qualité du tir en vue de’amélioration de la fragmentation des roches abattues, en utilisant le modèle de KUZ-RAM.Le gisement de calcaire d’Ain el Kbira été prise comme exemple d’application pour cetteétude. Le plan de tir proposé peut contribuer à l’amélioration de la qualité de fragmentationdes roches dans les conditions de la carrière d’Ain el KbiraLa prédiction des résultats de la fragmentation montre une amélioration en terme technique etéconomique.Mots Clés : Plan de tir, explosifs, fragmentation, surface libre, hors gabarit, optimisation,Calcaire –Carrière d’Ain El Kebira.Abstract:The quality of the fragmentation obtained by the felling of rocks has a direct influence on thecourse of technological mining operations.This basic work on an approach of prediction and analysis of the quality of the shot with aview to improving the fragmentation of the felled rocks, using the KUZ-RAM model.The limestone deposit of Ain el Kbira was taken as an example of application for this study.The proposed firing plan can contribute to improving the quality of rock fragmentation in theconditions of the Ain el Kbira quarryThe prediction of the results of fragmentation shows an improvement in technical andeconomic terms.Keywords: Firing plan, explosives, fragmentation, free surface, out of gauge, optimization,Limestone – Quarry of Ain El Kebira.
