الملخص

L’étude porte sur l’effet biologique d’extraits aqueux de Cleome arabica L. (Capparidaceae) récoltée à Ain El Milhe, région de Ghardaïa, Sahara septentrional, sur les adultes de Drosophila melanogaster, révélant une toxicité de cet extrait sur cet insecte par contact et par ingestion. La toxicité par contact montre un taux de mortalité de 100% obtenu pour l’extrait pur (100%) et des taux de l’ordre de 72.22%, 61.11%, 44.44% et 5.55% pour les concentrations 80%, 60%, 40%, 20% respectivement. La toxicité par ingestion présente un taux de mortalité de 100% obtenu pour l’extrait pur (100%) et de l’ordre de 83.33%, 77.77%, 66.66%, 55.55% pour les concentrations 80%, 60%, 40%, 20% respectivement. Le temps létal (TL50) le plus court par contact est de 1,6718 min pour la dose 100%. Pour la toxicité par ingestion, le TL50 le plus court est de 0,9391 heure pour la concentration 100%. La concentration létale 50 (CL50) évaluée étant de 0,093831 mg/ml pour la toxicité par contact et de 0,070971 mg/ml pour la toxicité par ingestion. Le taux de sucres totaux augmente avec la concentration de l’extrait aqueux. L’augmentation maximale est enregistrée pour la dose 40% avec 99,90±6,53 μg/ml. Le taux de glucose augmente en fonction de la dose appliquée, le maximum d’augmentation étant de 87,44±1,57 μg/ml rapporté pour la concentration 100%. Les fortes doses 80% et 100% augmentent le taux de protéines avec 58,39±3,08 et 59,24±0,60 respectivement. Il apparaît que les extraits foliaires de C. arabica n’ont pas d’effet sur le taux de cholestérol in vitro. L’extrait aqueux de Cleome arabica possède des propriétés insecticides chez D. melanogaster.

The study examines the biological effects of foliar extracts of Cleome arabica L. (Capparidaceae) harvested from Ghardaïa region northern Sahara on adult Drosophila melanogaster, revealing the toxicity of this extract on the insect by contact and ingestion. For contact essay, a 100% of mortality rate has been obtained for the pure extract (100%) and rates in order of 72.22%, 61.11%, 44.44% and 5.55% for the concentrations of 80%, 60%, 40%, 20% respectively. For ingestion essay, a 100% of mortality rate has been obtained for pure extract (100%) and 83.33%, 77.77%, 66.66%, 55.55% for the concentrations of 80%, 60%, 40%, 20% respectively. The lethal time (TL50) per contact was 1.6718 min, 1.6728 min, 1.6853 min, 1.7544 min, 2.8658 min for the 100%, 80%, 60%, 40% and 20% doses. And for ingestion essay, it was 0.9391, 0.9669, 1.4708, 1.5790, 1.526 hours for the concentrations 100%, 80%, 60%, 40%, 20%, respectively. The lethal concentration 50 (LC50) obtained was 0.093831 mg/ml per contact, and 0.070971 mg/ml by ingestion. The total sugar level increases with the concentration of the aqueous extract, with 51.69 ± 9.25 μg/ml, 72.33 ± 0.18 μg/ml, 99.90 ± 6.53 μg/ml, 89.64 ± 6.53 μg/ml, 53.62 ± 7.98 μg/ml, 64.64 ± 0.18 μg/ml reported for concentrations 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%, respectively. The maximum increase has been recorded for the 20% and 40% doses. There was an increase in glucose as a function of the dose applied, the maximum glucose level was 87.44 ± 1.57 for the 100% concentration. The high doses of 80% and 100% increase the level of proteins with 58.39 ± 3.08, 59.24 ± 0.60 respectively. It appears that the cholesterol level reported for the control individuals was 58.17 ± 1.18 μg/ml.
