الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية في حوكمة النظام المالي البنكي تركيزا على البنوك التجارية العاملة في الجزائر، وذلك بالاستعانة باستبيان مقدم إلى عينة بلغ حجمها 136 فرد مكونة من موظفي البنوك التجارية في الجزائر والأساتذة الجامعيين في ميدان العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذه الخدمات تلعب دورا في إشباع احتياجات الزبائن من الخدمات البنكية وكذلك تساهم في حسن تسيير الموارد المالية للبنك التجاري والتوفيق بين متطلبات الربحية، السيولة والأمان. وفي الأخير تم تقديم عدة توصيات بشأن تعزيز آثار الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية على أداءات البنوك التجارية.

The study aims to explore the effect of electronic banking services on the governance of the banking financial system by focusing only on commercial banks operating in Algeria. a questionnaire tool which is adopted to guide this study, was submitted to a sample of 136 individuals from both commercial bank employees in Algeria and Algeria’s university professors in economic, commercial and management sciences faculty. The study concluded that these services play a huge role in satisfying customers' needs for banking services, as well as contributing to the proper management of the commercial bank's financial resources and reconciling the requirements of profitability, liquidity and security. Finally, several recommendations have been suggested concerning the effects of electronic banking services’ enhancement over commercial banks’ performances. Cette étude visait à déterminer l'effet des services bancaires électroniques sur la gouvernance du système financier bancaire, en se concentrant uniquement sur les banques commerciales opérant en Algérie. Un questionnaire, adopté comme outil principal de cette étude, a été soumis à un échantillon de 136 individus, composé d'employés de banques commerciales en Algérie et de professeurs d'université algériens de la faculté des sciences économiques, commerciales et de gestion. L'étude a conclu que ces services contribuent à satisfaire les besoins des clients en matière de services bancaires, ainsi qu'à la bonne gestion des ressources financières des banques commerciales et à la conciliation des exigences de rentabilité, de liquidité et de sécurité. Enfin, plusieurs recommandations ont été formulées concernant les effets de l'amélioration des services bancaires électroniques sur les performances des banques commerciales.
