الملخص

Ce travail a été mené dans le cadre de la valorisation de la flore végétale spontanée qui pousse en Algérie. Il présente les résultats d’une recherche sur l’étude de deux procédés d’extraction, l’entraînement à la vapeur d’eau et l’hydrodistillation, et leur application à la récupération des extraits de l’origan : Origanum glandulosum. Les huiles essentielles ainsi obtenues ont été caractérisées par leur composition chimique grâce à des analyses par CPG et par CG/SM et par la détermination de leurs propriétés physico- chimiques. L’influence sur le rendement et la qualité des extraits, des paramètres liés aux procédés d’extraction, a pu être quantifiée. Des conditions optimales d’extraction obtenues suite à des études paramétriques et par plans d’expériences ont été dégagées. L’étude cinétique de l’entraînement à la vapeur d’eau et de l’hydrodistillation a, d’une part, permis de mettre en évidence les différentes étapes intervenant lors de ces procédés, d’autre part, révélé un modèle mathématique dans chaque cas. Enfin, les applications insecticide et antibactérienne de l’huile essentielle obtenue par le procédé de l’entraînement à la vapeur ont été réalisées et a enregistré de bons résultats.

This study was undertaken within the framework of the valorization of the spontaneous flora pushing in Algeria. It presents the main results of a research in the field of extraction of essential oil from Origan : Origanum glandulosum. The essential oil have been extracted following two proceedings: steam distillation and water distillation were characterized as a function of the different components content by GC and GC/MS and their physical and chemical properties. The effect of the process parameters and the nature of the raw material on the extract yield and quality were measured and optimal working conditions were obtained.: Kinetic’s study allowed to highlight the different steps occurring during the extraction and a mathematical model for each process of the extracts is given. At the last, the applications of antibacterial and insecticidal activities of the essential oil obtained with steam distillation were study and unregistered good results.
