The research aims to study the possibility of using quantitative methods in helping to make administrative decisions in poultry companies, Saer Agricultural Production Company as a model. The problem of the research is the question: To what extent does the application of quantitative methods affect administrative decision-making, in the company subject of this study ?, This research aims To achieve goals, including: Identify the models of quantitative methods that are suitable for application in the poultry industry, identify the effect of using quantitative methods on administrative decision-making in institutions, and know their implications for increasing profits, the research aims to test hypotheses including: The existence of a positive correlation between the use of methods Quantitative and administrative decision-making, the message followed the analytical, descriptive, and historical approach.Results have been reached, the most prominent of which are: There is a positive correlation between the use of quantitative methods and administrative decision-making, as well as the use of linear programming in poultry farms that helps reduce costs. The use of goal-based programming helps poultry companies in the optimal use of poultry pens, which helps to increase production and profits, which It helps the management in making its managerial decisions.The research came out with several recommendations, including the importance of expanding the use of quantitative methods to help in making decisions in poultry farms and all productive institutions because of their positive impact in improving decision-making, reducing costs and increasing profits
