الملخص

Dans la présente étude, nous nous intéressons à la simulation numérique de la coupe orthogonale d’un acier 42CrMo4. L’objectif sera de prédire les échauffements dans la zone découpe ; il s’agit, d’une continuité aux développements effectués par une modélisation analytique utilisant les modèles : thermomécanique d’Olley modifié et thermique décommander et Hou. La simulation, qui semble être prometteuse, a été effectuée sous le progiciel Abaque/Explicite () In the present study, we are interested to the numerical simulation of the orthogonal cutting of AISI 4140 material. The goal is to predict the heat in the cutting zone. This work is a continuation of the developments made by analytical modeling using the modified model of Oxley and thermal model of Komanduri and Hou.The simulation, which seems to be promising, was conducted under the Abaqus/Explicit package
