The recent study aimed to design a program for development the social skills for hearing impaired pupils , and investigate the effect of thetraining programand knowing the differences In social skills scaleand its dimension sub according to ( sex variable) and knowing the differences In social skills scale and its dimension sub according to (impaired degreevariable).The study dependedon the experimental method, the study society constructed from the hearing impaired pupils in the institute of special education of the hearing impediment, which is affiliated with the social ministry, the study sample consisted (20) pupils (deaf, hard of hearing).Ages between (9 to 12) yearsconsisted oftwo groups:Controlling group: contained(10 pupils) of hearing impaired pupilsExperimental group: contained(10 pupils) of hearing impaired pupilsThe study method:primary data collection formscale estimating social skillsof hearing impaired(the researcher design) training program in the development of social skills for hearing impaired pupil(the researcher design) the results of the study proved the effectiveness of the proposed training program in social skills development among pupils hearing-impaired where itwas found that the value of the average percentage gain among the experimental group for the total score of the scale
