This study aimed to the effectiveness of the training program in the development of mental abilities in a sample of students account center intelligence, mental, and indicate what program account intelligence and mental goal, and if it differs from the effectiveness of the program account intelligence mental in the development of mental abilities depending on the different child's sex .The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of a training program for mental intelligence account in the development of some of the mental capacity of a sample of children in the outskirts of Jerusalem.And the researcher application program account intelligence mental on a sample of 124 students, divided into two groups, the first experimental and strength (61) students aredivided into (29 students), and (32) a student, and the second control group consisted of (63) students The students are divided into (32 students), and (31) students.The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences between the students of both the experimental and the control group for the experimental group, and it shows differences for sex variable where the arithmetic average for males (89.65) while the arithmetic average for females (92.15). As well as there are differences between the students each experimental and control group to test the posttest, and was in favor of the experimental group.The main recommendations was to work on activating the role of counselor through grade education and that through the guidance of the teacher how to deal with students and focus on the psychological impact left by the teacher in the student, and should be included in curricula of mathematics and science if possible branches and methods of this program because it helps students to accept Article From a psychological point of view, and work ‌وon the training of teachers of mathematics through enroll them courses that will show how to develop mathematical thinking skills they have, and therefore the growth of mental abilities in this aspec
