This research aims to shed light on the reality of productive activity in the National Insurance Company operating in Syria. As well as verification of the accounting system applied in the National Insurance Company to provide the necessary to measure the company's productivity and the ways and methods of measuring this information capacity. Through the display range models and methods for the development of the accounting measurement of productivity, and choose the appropriate method to the nature of the insurance company, a financial method, using the model of the added value of the expression of the National Insurance Company productivity.In order to achieve the mission objectives have been drawing up a list of measuring productivity in the National Insurance Company, a list of value-added, based on accounting information provided by the accounting system which, and the information is accurate and reflective of thecompany's performance level and can be relied upon in making current and future decisions.Has been developing a set of hypotheses to achieve the mission objectives, and that by linking information provided by the accounting system by the process of measuring productivity in the National Insurance Company, using the value-added model, and to reach a set of indicators to measure the macro and micro productivity within the National Insurance Company as a labor companies in Insurance sector in Syria, has research found several of the most important results:The reliability of the information provided by the accounting system which, despite the presence of many of the gaps and shortcomings, but it provides information to assist in the production process of measuring, and the possibility to take advantage of value-added information for national productivity of the company to secure and make decisions related to the activity practiced by the measure.The researcher presented a set of recommendations of the National Insurance Company, in order to measure productivity, and determine the extent of the company's ability to use available resources to have efficiently and effectively, and thus achieve the company's goals in the optimal use of resources, and provide accurate and honest and important information to users of financial statements and for society as a whole
