الملخص

تهدف ھذه الدراسة الى بیان دور القیادة الروحیة في تحقیق الریادة الاجتماعیة وما للقیادة الروحیة من دور في الحد من عقبات التغییر، فھي مصدر الإلھاموالتأثیر بالعاملین والذي یمكن عن طریقھ ضمان الاستجابة الطوعیة ، فھي تسعى الى أفراد أكثر ثقة وولاء وارتفاع في تقدیم الخدمات المقدمة من قبلھم ، وبھذا تستخدم الروحیة لدى القادة سبیلاً لتحقیق مناخ للتفاعل الایجابي بین المنظمات والمجتمعات العاملة فیھا ,اذ تحاول الدراسة بإطاریھا النظري الفكري والعملي التطبیقي أن تدرس دور القیادة الروحیة في تحقیق الریادة الاجتماعیةعن طریقالحد من عقبات التغییر . لذلك انطلقت ھذه الدراسة من مشكلة معبر عنھا بعددمن التساؤلات الفكریة والتطبیقیة ، تھدف الاجابة عنھا لاستجلاء الفلسفة النظریة والدلالات الفكریة والمضامین التطبیقیة للمتغیرات الثلاثة التي تناولتھا الدراسة وھي ) القیادة الروحیة -الریادة الاجتماعیة -عقبات التغییر ( . وھي من الموضوعاتالحدیثة على البیئة العربیة عامة والبیئة العراقیة خاصة ، ومن ثم تشخیص مستوى أھمیتھا وأثرھا وامكانیة تطبیقھا في المنظمات . وقد تم تطبیق ھذه الدراسة في العتبة الحسینیة المقدسة على عدد من العاملین فیھا والذي بلغ عددھم ) 370( مستجیب . ً◌ً اواستعانت الدراسة بمجموعة من التحلیلات والاختبارات الاحصائیة باستخدام البرامج الاحصائیة SPSS var. 23و EXCELو Amosوقد تم تصمیم اداة قیاس خاصة لجمع البیانات اللازمة التي تخدم موضوعات الدراسة . وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أھمھا ظھور تأثیرللقیادة الروحیة بأبعادھاعلى الریادة الاجتماعیة كما ان الحد من عقبات التغییر یسھم وبشكل معنوي في زیادة قوة العلاقة بین القیادة الروحیة والریادة الاجتماعیة . وأختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصیات التي یمكن ان تستفید منھا باقي المنظمات , والتي كان أھمھا : اعطاء دور اكبرللقیادة الروحیة كأسلوب واعتماده كمنھج ثابت لتعزیز المعاییر الروحیة الواضحة وامتلاك الحس الاخلاقي وبناء علاقات أخلاقیة أكثر تمیزاً مع العاملین عن طریق كسب ثقتھم وإظھار التقدیر لھم.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the role of spiritual leadership inachieving social leadership and the spiritual leadership role in reducing the obstaclesto change. It is the source of inspiration and influence of the workers through whicha voluntary response can be ensured. It seeks individuals who are more confident,loyal and more able to provide the services provided by them , Thus using thespiritual leaders to "a way to achieve an atmosphere of positive interaction betweenthe organizations and communities working in them, as the study tries to theoreticaltheoretical and applied practical to study the role of spiritual leadership in achievingsocial leadership by reducing the obstacles to change.Therefore, this study started from a problem expressed by a number of intellectualand practical questions. The aim of this study is to explore the theoreticalphilosophy,the intellectual implications, and the practical implications of the threevariables studied by the study (spiritual leadership, social leadership, obstacles tochange). It is one of the modern topics on the Arab environment in general and theIraqi environment in particular, and then the diagnosis of the level of importance,impact and applicability in the organizations. This study was applied at the thresholdof Husseiniya Holy to a number of its employees, which numbered (370) responders.The study useda series of analyzes and statistical tests using statistical programsSPSS var. 23, EXCEL and Amos A special measuring tool has been designed to collectthe necessary data serving the study topics. The study reached anumber ofconclusions, the most important of which is the emergence of the influence ofspiritual leadership in its dimensions on social leadership, and the reduction ofobstacles to change contributes significantly to increasing the strength of therelationship between spiritual leadership and social leadership. The study concludedwith a set of recommendations that could benefit the rest of the organizations. Themost important of these was to give a greater role to the method of spiritualleadership and to adopt it as a consistent approachto promoting clear spiritualstandards, possessing moral sense and building more distinguished moral relationswithemployees by gaining their trust and appreciation
