الملخص

Dans ce travail, nous avons synthétisé le propargylamine en « one pot» à partir d’une réaction de couplage A3 d’un alcyne, d’une amine et un aldéhyde et AHA avec un catalyseur hétérogène à base de cuivre.Le propargylamine synthétisé a été caractérisé par spectroscopie infrarouge et RMN 13C, RMN 1H.Notre catalyseur est un catalyseur actif et stable pour 5 cycles dans la synthèse de propargylamine avec des bons rendements qui varie entre 70 et 95%.

ترجمة الملخص

n this work, we synthesized propargylamine in a one-pot reaction from an A3 coupling reaction of an alkyne, an amine and an aldehyde and AHA with a heterogeneous copper-based catalyst.The synthesized propargylamine was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and 13C NMR, 1H NMR. Our catalyst is an active and stable catalyst for 5 cycles in the synthesis of propargylamine with good yields ranging between 70 and 95%.
