الملخص

En raison des énormes progrès en terme de digitalisation, les entreprises ont connu une croissance rapide de leurs systèmes d'information. En effet, L’apparition des systèmes ERP vient révolutionner la gestion en entreprises grâce à l’intégration fonctionnelle qu’ils permettent, l’unicité de la base de données et la standardisation de l’information. Le contrôle de gestion dont l’information représente une matière première a été pleinement concerné par l’introduction des ERP ; de ce fait, notre étude vise à analyser l’impact de ses systèmes sur le contrôle de gestion à travers une revue de la littérature d’études précédentes suivie d’une démarche qualitative au sein de deux entreprises, Lafarge Holcim Algérie et GICA. Les résultats ont confirmé que l’ERP facilite le travail du contrôleur de gestion et lui permet un gain de temps important qui l’oriente vers des missions avec plus de valeur ajoutée

Due to the enormous progress in terms of digitalization, companies have experienced a rapid development of their information systems. In fact, the emergence of ERP systems has revolutionized management in companies thanks to the functional integration they allow, the unicity of the database and the standardization of information .Management control, which considers information as its raw material, has been fully concerned by the introduction of ERP systems; therefore, our study aims to analyse the impact of these systems on management control through a literature review of previous studies, followed by a qualitative approach within two companies, Lafarge Holcim Algeria and GICA. The results confirmed that ERP makes the work of the management controllers easier and allows them to save a lot of time, which directs them towards missions with more added value.
