La réforme de l’éducation est un processus de changement dans le système éducatif pour le mieux en accord avec les développements et les exigences contemporaines. Les réformes de la deuxième génération du système éducatif algérien ne sont que la prolongation des réformes de la première génération ou la pédagogie adoptée est l’approche par compétence dans les écoles algériennes et tentent maintenant de les activer davantage à travers la formation des professeurs et le renouvellement de la politique d’organisation de l’éducation et des techniques d’enseignement. Cependant, l’efficacité de ces réformes est liée à la nature de la société et aux moyens disponibles. Et comme tout projet réussi qui nécessite un terrain saint et une base solide pour la construction, ces réformes exigent des esprits conscients, réceptifs au changement et une société flexible qui interagit avec le développement intellectuel Educational reform is a process of change of the educational system to what is better, in keeping with the progress in the curent time and its requirements. The reform of the second generation of the educational system in Algeria is only an extension to the reform of the first one. The competency based approach which was adopted in schools,is still depended on, in order to activate it through the formation of teachers and the renewal of teaching techniques.. However, the effectiveness of this reform is linked to the nature of society and the available possibilities. So any successful project requires a sound ground, a conscious mind that accepts change, and a flexible society that interacts with intellectual development
