ترجمة الملخص

The research topic "applying of non Islamic judicial verdicts in the personal status among Muslims" is one of the contemporary issues needed by Muslims, especially in this era . Because of the migrations of many Muslims to the non-Islamic countries and the increasing number of Muslims there, their existence in these countries becomes obvious . They are trying to abide by the rules of their religion as much as they can. Due to the lack of an Islamic province applies Islamic law , it has been necessary to indicate the verdict on this issue. The researcher indicated the correctness of applying of non Islamic judicial verdicts in the personal status among Muslims with a comparison between the Islamic Law and the French Law. The researcher concluded that the Muslim minorities are obliged to resort to the Islamic Law and they are not allowed to resort to the other laws except when it is necessary. In this situation , the verdict is valid and acceptable but if it is contrary to Islamic law, it must be corrected or rejected . If it is done by the knowledgeable scholars , the Islamic centers have the right to produce the verdicts in the personal status cases
