الملخص

القيادة الروحية لدى مديري المدارس في النقب وعلاقتها بالأخلاقيات المهنيةإعداد الطالب: شاكر عوادإِشرَاف الدُّكْتور: د. نبيل الجنديالمُلخّص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى القيادة الروحية لدى مديري المدارس في النقب وعلاقتها بالأخلاقيات المهنية. استخدمت الدِّرَاسَة الحالية المنهج الوصفّيّ الارتباطيّ، تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمّ التحقق من خصائصها السيكومترية. وقد طبقت على (334) معلمًا ومعلمة من العاملين في المدارس داخل منطقة النقب اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. توصلت النتائج إلى أنّ درجة ممارسة القيادة الروحية لدى مديري المدارس كما يدركها المعلمون والمعلمات في منطقة النقب جاءت متوسطة في المجالات كافة، حيث جاء في المرتبة الأولى مجال (الأمل/الإيمان)، تلاه مجال (الرؤيا)، ثمَّ مجال (المعنى)، وأخيرًا مجال (الإيثار). وأظهرت النتائج أنَّ مستوى الأخلاقيات المهنية لدى مديري المدارس في منطقة النقب من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت متوسطة على المجالات كافة، في المرتبة الأولى مجال (الطلبة)، تلاه مجال (زملاء العمل)، ثمَّ مجال (المجتمع المحلي)، وأخيرًا مجال (المهنة). وبينت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية دالة إحصائيًا بينّ متوسطات القيادة الروحية ومتوسطات الأخلاقيات المهنية. وأظهرت النتائج كذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابات معلمي المدارس في منطقة النقب لمستوى القيادة الروحية باختلاف المتغيرات التصنيفية (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، وجاءت لصالح (الإناث، والبكالوريوس، والخبرة القصيرة)، بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا في متوسطات استجابات معلمي المدارس في منطقة النقب لمستوى القيادة الروحية يُعزى لمتغير حالة الاعتراف بالقرية. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد العينة لمستوى الأخلاقيات المهنية لدى مديري المدارس في النقب تعزى لمتغيريّ (الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة)، لصالح (الإناث، والخبرة القصيرة). بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا في تقديرات أفراد العينة لمستوى الأخلاقيات المهنية لدى مديري المدارس في النقب تعزى لمتغيريّ (المؤهل العلمي، وحالة الاعتراف بالمدرسة). في ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج يوصي الباحث في قيام وزارة التربية والتعليم في إنشاء برامج تدريبية متخصصة في القيادة الروحية للمديرين، وتضمين مفاهيم القيادة الروحية في برامج إعداد القادة التعليميين، وتطوير ورش عمل دورية لتعزيز المهارات القيادية الروحية، وتطوير برامج تدريبية متخصصة ومتكاملة لمديري المدارس في منطقة النقب. هذه البرامج يجب أن تركز على تعزيز الوعي بأهمية الأخلاقيات المهنية وتطوير المهارات اللازمة لتطبيقها في الممارسة العملية، ويجب أن تتضمن هذه البرامج تدريبًا عمليًا على حل المشكلات الأخلاقية واتخاذ القرارات في المواقف المعقدة .

The aim of the study was to identify the spiritual leadership of school principals in the Negev and its relationship with professional ethics. The current study used the correlational descriptive method, the questionnaire was used as a tool to achieve the study's objectives and its psychometric properties were verified. It was applied to (334) male and female teachers working in schools within the Negev region, selected by the simple random method. The results concluded that the degree of practicing spiritual leadership among school principals, as perceived by male and female teachers in the Negev region, was average in all fields, where the field of (faith/faith) came first, followed by the field of vision, then the field of meaning, and finally the field of altruism. The results showed that the level of professional ethics among school principals in the Negev region from the point of view of the teachers was average for all fields, in the first place field (students), followed by field (colleagues), then field (community), and finally field (profession). And the results showed the existence of a strong, statistically significant positive relationship between the averages of spiritual leadership and the averages of professional ethics. The results also showed the existence of statistically significant differences in the average responses of school teachers in the Negev region to the level of spiritual leadership according to the classification variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience), in favor of (the female, bachelor's degree, and average experience), while the results showed no statistically significant difference in the average responses of school teachers in the Negev region to the level of spiritual leadership attributed to the variable of the status of recognition in the village. The results showed the existence of statistically significant differences in the estimations of the sample members for the level of professional ethics among school principals in the Negev, in favor of the two variables (gender, and years of experience), in favor of (the female, and the average experience). While the results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the estimates of the sample members for the level of professional ethics among the principals of the schools in the Negev تعزى for my variables (the scientific qualification, and the state of recognition of the school). In light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends that the Ministry of Education establish specialized training programs in spiritual leadership for principals, and include the concepts of spiritual leadership in educational leader training programs, develop periodic workshops to enhance spiritual leadership skills, and develop specialized and integrated training programs for school principals in the Negev region. These programs should focus on enhancing awareness of the importance of professional ethics and developing the skills necessary to apply them in practice, and these programs should include practical training in solving ethical problems and making decisions in complex situations.
