ترجمة الملخص

This study investigates the mechanism of judicial censorship carried out by the administrative judicial boards on the censorship institutions in the Syrian Arab Republic. In this sense the study covers all the steps of such a mechanism, starting with the arbitration contract and ending up with the execution of the arbitration judgement.Moreover, this study focuses on such censorship, the thing which is achieved by reference to the set of the judicial rules and interpretations adopted in Syria. The study also refers, when needed, to the comparative rules applied in both Egypt and Jordan.
