ترجمة الملخص

.In this study, we addressed the topic of legal control over public economic enterprises. An administrative control has been imposed, which includes internal control, an intrinsic control adopted by the enterprise to safeguard its assets. This is manifested through the control of the general assembly of shareholders, the board of directors, and the auditor. In addition to these bodies, the legislator has organized other entities that are external and considered supervisory, including the presidency, the government, the Court of Auditors, and the General Financial Inspection.Furthermore, the legislator has imposed strict legal control that results in varying degrees of penalties, ranging from the management and establishment of its activities to its dissolution and termination. This aims to combat crimes committed by managers within public economic enterprises, in all their forms, whether under the penal code or commercial law.
