ترجمة الملخص

The Iraqi forces on 2 –august -1990, The have invaded Kuwait and then Kuwait has been considered as one of Iraqi's provinces. Many pretexts have been given by Iraq to justify its occupation some are historical belong to the independency of the two countries, and some other regarding the common borders of the two countries. The very fast international reactions represented by the resolutions taken by the Security Council to deal with the crisis. Most of these resolutions were taken from the chapter VII of the United Nations charter, the number of these resolutions were 11 resolutions within less than 3 months. The resolutions have dealt with the occupation and call on Iraq to respect the principles of the international law , then the resolution 678 which authorizes the use of force against Iraqi forces to leave Kuwait , and the resolution 678 which is well –defined as a resolution of ceasefire. The resolution has dealt with some important issues, where some of its clauses are dealing with the sovereignty of the states and the mechanism of its treatment through the internationally ensured ways. Worries were noticed due to such resolutions that may make the disputes between the two countries deeper at the time that they are principally tensioned. Therefore it is required to deal with such disputes legally to avoid any new disputes especially that Iraq has taken serious steps after the fallen of the regime to settle the disputes between the two countries, accordingly , the international security council has taken a serious step to lift the sanctions of chapter 7 of the charter on Iraq Through the resolution No. 2017 of 2013 to lift the sanctions of chapter 7 of the charter upon Iraq and to settle the other issues of the chapter 6 of the united nations charter.
