O Allah to you belong the everlasting praise،O Allah to you alone we seek help and upon you we rely and to you we turn in repentance and unto you is our return. Greetingsto our beloved messenger،the chosen and selected one،who was given conciseness in speech and who is free from mistakes or error.This research highlights the high level of knowledge of the scholar Muhammad Anwar Shah Kashmiri among scholars and Islamic jurists and his opinions in Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) through his explanation of Sunan At Tirmidhi. We shall expose in this introduction and in the first chapter of this research،a short biography of Imam At Tirmidhi in his quest for knowledge،his status and on his book Al Jami Sunan At Tirmidthi; the subject matter of the book،his methodology،its distinguished features etc.Then the biography of Muhammad Anwar Shah Kashmiri; his struggle،his knowledge in Fiqh،books that he authored and his life till his death. After that we shall look into the issue of Islamic jurisprudence،its sources،usul al fiqh،Fiqh us sunnah ( Fiqh based on prophetic traditions)،the importance and merit of learning it،its developpement and Fiqh us sunnah in the modern age. So ،I mentioned the major issues that concerned the book of prayer. In the second chapter which is the core of this research،I mentioned the chosen legal opinions according to the chapters present in the book of prayer of Sunan At Tirmidhi. And it contains the major controversial issues present among the scholars in the book of prayer. I mentioned the fiqh issue،its evidence and inference and the reason of disagreement which occurred among scholars. Afterwards I discussed the evidences and statements،then I mentioned the chosen opinion of Al Kashmiri and his evidence on that. Finally I mentioned the opinion that I adhere to and the reason behind. With this approach،this fiqh issue is complete from all sides.In this process،it became clear to me that Shaikh Al Kashmiri has the capabitily of ijtihad (legal reasoning) and has the egibility for weighting and choosing from among the sayings of scholars and jurists. And it appears to me that this great scholar،Anwar Al Kashmiri was not a fanatic of Abu Hanifa and his school of thought in what is right or wrong. Even though that most of opinions agree with the hanafi madhab،we found him disagree completely in some other issues.Finally I concluded and in it contains the most important findings and recommendations and it is followed by various indexes. And All Praise belongs to Allah Lord of the world.
