Activités antioxydantes et antimicrobiennes de l'extrait brut et ses fractions de l'algue rouge Coraiina officinalis, récoltée sur la côte ouest algérienne (plage de Madrid)

الملخص

Dans le cadre de la valorisation de la biomasse algale marine des côtes algériennes,nous nous sommes intéressés dans ce travail à l'étudephytochimique et l'évaluation des activités aniioxydante et antimicrobienne de l'extrait brut et ses fractions de l'algue rouge ('omlhna offic:nahsde la plageMadride à l'ouest de la wilaya d'Ain l'émouchent.Les résultats ont montré que l'extrait brut a présenté un rendement élevé de 1.75% par rapport aux autres fractions avec des teneurs en phénols totaux,en flavonoïdcs et en tanins condensés de 0.2869 * 0.0168 mg EAG/ g MS, 0.0844 ± 0.0036 mg EC/g MS ci 0.3991 + 0.0173 mg EC/g MS, respectivement. Cesteneurs pour les autres fractions sont faibles.L'étude du pouvoir antioxydant par trois méthodes, le piégeage du radical DPPH, la réduction du fer et la quantification de la capacité antioxydantetotale, a révélé la présence des propriétés antioxydantes à différents niveaux pour toua les extraits étudiés. Les fractions éther de pétmieetéther diéthyliquepossèdent des capacités réductrices considérables dont les concentrations EC0 égalent à 2.0404 ± 0.0235 et à 2.6446±0.0189 mg/ ml. respectivement. Ces deuxfractions ont une activité antitadicalaire faible exprimée en pourcentage d'inhibition de 19.55 % pour l'éther tic pétrole et 16.87 % pour l'éther diéthylique à 6mg/ml. Pour les autres extraits, cette activité ne dépasse pas 13%. Pour l'extrait brut, sa capacité antioxydante totale (0.6802 ± 0.0254 mg EAA( g MS) est élevéepar rapport aux autres extraits.L'évaluation du pouvoir anlimicrobien sur sept souches (Esherwhia cou, Pseudomonas aen,gynosa.Kkl,sc,lla pneumonie, Slaphylococcu.saureus.Micrococus luteus, Bac,Jlw, cereus et (.'aPJJIda aIb,cans) par la méthode de diffusion sur agar a révélé que tons les extraits testés possèdent un fort effet inhibiteursur la levure C. albicans dont le plus élevé est enregistré avec la fraction acétate d'éthyle (23 mm)à 100 mg/ml. Par ailleurs, l'extrait brus et les fractions éther depétrole, dichlorométhane, éther diéthylique et acétate d'éthyle sont les plus actifs contre . aureus. D'autre part, les fractions éther de pétrole et dichlorométhaneont un effet inhibiteur sur B. cereu.s. These levels for other fractions are low.Thé study of antioxidant activity by threc methods, DPPH radical scavenging, reducing power and quantification of total antioxidant capacity, revealedthé presence of antioxidant properties ai différent levels for aIl samples studied. The fractions of petroleum ether and diethyl ether bave considerable reducingcapacity wilh EC 55 concentrations equal to 2.0404 ± 0.0235 and to 2.6446 ± 0.0189 mg/ml, respectively. Both fractions have 10w antiratiical activity expressed aspercent inhibition of 19.55% for the petroleum ethcr and 16.87% for diethyl ether to 6 mg/ml. For other extracts, this activity does rot excccd 13%. To tise crudeextract, total antioxidant capacity (0.6802 ± 0.0254 mg AAE / g DM) was high compareti to other extracts.The evaluation of the antimicrobial potency on seven slrains (Lschenchsa cols, Pseudomonas aerugrnosa, KIebseilla pneunwni.a, SIa.phyiococcusaureus, Micr(cocus luteus, Racillus cereus and Candida aihicans) by thé agar diffusion method showed that aIl the tested extracts bave a strong inhibilory effecton C. alb,cans yeast, which is recorded the highest with thé ethyl acetate fraction (23 mm) st 100 mg/ml. In addition, tise crude extract and petroleum ether,dichloromcthane, tiiethyl etiser and ethyl acetatc fractions are most active against £ aureus. Furthermore, petroleum ether and dichloromethane fractions have aninhibitory effect on B. cereus.
