ترجمة الملخص

In recent years, there has been an increase of interest in the social responsibility of the institutions, and the tendency of many institutions of all kinds to exercise this social responsibility with their internal and external audiences. In this study, we seek to shed light and expand knowledge on the reality of the exercise of social responsibility to the internal public and specifically in Algerian institutions. This study aims to address this issue theoretically, in addition, it aims to provide a picture of the reality of the exercise of social responsibility in the Algerian institutions, and this was done through a field study at the level of the Department of Civil Protection "Debash Abdullah" in the state of Guelma as model. In this study, the focus was on the extent to which social responsibility and its components are practiced in the institution in question. To know this, we designed and distributed a questionnaire form to the internal public of the institution. In addition, the analytical descriptive approach was implemented in both the theoretical and practical aspects. Observations and interviews were used as a tool for collecting information. The results of the study indicate that the institution in question practices social responsibility such as polarization, evaluating the performance of workers, programs to improve professional life and other aspects of social responsibility to its internal audience with some shortcomings in some points, which can be remedied through some adjustments in the institution’s programs related to its social responsibility.
