As it known, power plants operates when the nominal design capacity, the flow of the pressure and the temperature of specific steam, by that, it could achieve its goals at these indicators with a larger possible efficiency and less consumption. However, the actual conditions for the operation and investment power stations withinthe electric grid and its contribution to cover the demand of the electrical power loads to deviation in the generating capacity from the nominal operating conditions. The work of the power plants at partial loads is uneconomic compared with the nominal load.In this research ,an analytical methodology was adopted to study the changes in the parameters of the plant when the load changes steam turbine,ithas been studiedthe impact of Zara work for generating electric power at partial load on the major indicators of the plant. According to studle-flugle the changein steam was calculated in steam turbines stages and its effect on the change of the flow of steam into the hot water heaters and steam suppliedto the turbine condenser, This is proportionalwith the change of the steam flows. Expansion of steam in turbine sections (highpressure, medium and low)was identified on the “Scheme h-s”,when the distributed pressure on the stages of the turbine is changed,to calculate the amount of consumed heat in the turbine sections, the efficiency of the turbine sections and the total station efficiency.
